Unfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite. The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel.

We enjoyed a lot the stay at this hotel. Nice location beside a large park, excellent food and service. Wang Jing, service manager at the reception, was especially helpful to book tickets for our visit at the Imperial Palace. The ladies at the Horizon Club Lounge made us the spent time there pleasurable.Thank you all!

The Zhonglian Hotel is one of the best-located hotels in Dandong, sitting right on the Yalu River with direct views of the Broken Bridge and even across to North Korea. The hotel is older and a bit dated, but it is well maintained and clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the vintage décor gives an old-time atmosphere that makes the stay unique. Breakfast is available with both Chinese and some Western choices, though the variety could be improved . Staff are polite and helpful, and the riverside location makes it easy to enjoy evening walks or explore nearby restaurants.

The check-in experience was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. The concierge Clark, knowing that it was my first time in Shenyang, enthusiastically introduced me to the city's scenic spots and routes. My phone couldn't connect to the domestic WiFi, and he actively sought help from his leader Sean to solve the problem for me, which took a lot of time. I was very grateful. The Guest Relations Manager Alisa saw that l was in a hurry and processed my check-in procedures in advance, and even sent a fruit basket to my room, showing great concern for my stay experience. It was wonderful. This is a very human hotel and llove it so much!

C'est la première fois que j'écris une critique pour l'hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné, simplement parce que le service est si bon ! Un merci spécial à Mme Tingting, la réceptionniste dans le hall, et à M. Xiao Sun, le concierge dans le hall, pour m'avoir aidé à choisir une chambre avec une vue magnifique ! Il a également pris l'initiative d'aider à apporter les bagages dans la chambre, a appris notre première visite à Shenyang et a recommandé des attractions touristiques et des restaurants! Très attentionné! Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! L'emplacement est également très bon! Cette maison est encore récemment rénovée, mais il n'y a aucune odeur de formaldéhyde et l'isolation phonique globale est également très bonne. Je resterai ici la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Shenyang ~

📍 Location, location, location This hotel is in a prime spot, about 3 miles from some of Dalian’s top attractions like Xinghai Square, Venice Water City, and Dalian Castle 🏰. Super convenient whether you’re sightseeing or just exploring the city. 😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved. Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry. 🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged. 🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel 🍳 Breakfast could be better This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic) 📦 Heads-up on delivery If you order food delivery, you’ll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself — they don’t bring it up to your room. ✅ Final thoughts Aside from those couple of things and the pool, my experience was honestly fantastic. Great location, super restful sleep. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dalian! 👍

one of the very best hotels in town. Lynn was super helpful and I enjoyed my hospitality with her. Would highly recommend this hotel among others in shenyang city. Location at center of center in town, shopping and food center within 2mins walking distance. Will come back here again for sure.

We are very happy about our stay at Wanda Realm Hotel in Fushun. The service is exceptional. My daughter developed rushes right after arrival. The hotel manager Mr. Wei Huang drove us to see a specialized physician, which was very helpful and beyond the ordinary service scope. We couldn’t say enough about our appreciation. The hotel’s gym and swimming facilities are well maintained, as well as room size and amenities. Highly recommended this hotel. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Mr Huang also helped me find my sun glasses that was dropped during the move to another room.

 the hotel was very nice. The nearby transportation was particularly convenient making it very easy to get around the front desk service was excellent and very warm. Next time I come to Shania. I will still choose their hotel. I stayed very comfortably and there were many delicious foods fun places and scenic spots. The hotel near my home is well equipped with facilities including a free gym and laundry room. I highly recommend it 

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.
