Beautiful hotel  Reception: Friendly and very efficient and exceptionally friendly staff  Room / facilities: Room number 208 is on floor  2 and is very clean. We stayed 1 night Self control air conditioning with a door that opens to the balcony, however the air con did not really cool the room sufficiently. The room has 2 very comfortable single beds, bench and seat, hanging area, safe , hot water hug, coffee cups and glasses (but no tea or coffee), mini fridge, phone, flat screen TV, walk in shower, which when showering water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Parking: is available but is limited to about 10 cars in the off street open air park area. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. Validation or password required. Breakfast: Available for all guests and consists of a small buffet, with the bonus of fresh egg products being cooked to order. Refill of the food was very slow as many foods were empty when we arrived at 9.00 am Conclusion: Fantastic hotel for an overnighter or a few days stay. Id recommend this Hotel. Letdowns: Lack of tea and coffee in the room. Location / Nearby: Town, the promenade, restaurants… Recommendations: Ask for a rear room as you will get street noise until midnight Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

Cet hôtel est très pratique pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner près de l'aéroport. Il se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est récent et le personnel est accueillant. Cependant, un hôtel d'aéroport devrait proposer le petit-déjeuner plus tôt, dès 6h ou 6h30, car les clients prennent souvent l'avion le lendemain. Notre vol étant à 8h15 et le petit-déjeuner commençant à 7h, nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre petit-déjeuner. De plus, l'hôtel ne nous a fourni ni fruits ni yaourts à emporter. Je pense qu'ils devraient en tenir compte, car il s'agit d'un hôtel d'aéroport et non d'un hôtel du centre-ville. L'hôtel possède un magnifique sol en miroir et est d'une propreté impeccable. Le principal inconvénient est le bruit des chariots qui passent, les portes qui claquent et l'écho dans les couloirs qui perturbe le sommeil. Le restaurant est bon et les frites sont faites maison.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Adria Palace. Son emplacement est idéal, permettant de se déplacer facilement dans la ville et d'accéder aux principaux sites touristiques sans difficulté. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenues, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour reposant. Le personnel a été particulièrement remarquable : poli et toujours prêt à nous aider. L'atmosphère générale de l'hôtel est calme et accueillante, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le service était impeccable et tout semblait organisé et pris en charge. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent la région, que ce soit pour affaires ou pour le plaisir. Il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et un séjour fiable et confortable.

Nous avons eu un problème à l'arrivée avec la réservation qui n'apparaissait pas dans l'hôtel. J'ai dû appeler le numéro d'assistance italien mais nous avons dû attendre plusieurs minutes de manière incompréhensible car j'imagine qu'ils ont un planning à la réception avec des arrivées en fonction des réservations. nous avions alors trouvé une fille des Pouilles qui a débloqué la situation.

This hotel is absolutely ideally located for Tirana airport and rental car pick up/drop of - a short walk from the terminal. The reception staff speak good English and are friendly and helpful. Our room (a quad) was spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have a kettle and mugs provided. We had dinner in the Italian-style restaurant and it was very nice - good pizza, pasta etc. Out only issue was that our room was SO HOT. The aircon didn't seem to work and opening the windows meant is was noisy. We only stayed one night so didn't have a chance to see if this could be fixed easily. Overall, this hotel is definitely rather overpriced for what you get, but nevertheless we would stay here again if needed because the location is so good.

C'est un très bel hôtel à Durrës, idéalement situé en centre-ville. Le service y est très chaleureux (ω) et j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Enea et Hergi pour leur aide précieuse lors de mon arrivée en Albanie. Ils ont été d'une grande gentillesse et nous ont beaucoup aidés, nous faisant découvrir le pays et nous le faisant adorer ! Je choisirai sans hésiter l'hôtel Duka lors de mon prochain voyage en Albanie.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at La Onda Hotel in Durres. The service was very good from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They truly give their best to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast was very good with plenty of nice options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything we needed. It is also very neat, clean, and has a beautiful look. You can tell they take good care of the place. We had a great experience and would happily stay there again. We definitely recommend it.

Le service était excellent. Le personnel est très sympathique. J'ai dû partir en pleine nuit à cause de mon vol, je ne peux donc pas commenter le petit-déjeuner gratuit. Cependant, l'atmosphère de la véranda est très agréable, j'ai pu y commander une pizza et la déguster sur la terrasse, ombragée par des parasols. L'hôtel est facilement accessible à pied depuis les restaurants, le café et l'aéroport. La chambre était propre et pittoresque, mais basique. Pas de cafetière ni d'eau gratuite. Il y avait cependant du shampoing et du savon. La climatisation était bonne.
