L'enregistrement en ligne devrait être illégal lmao, pour quoi sont les gens alors? Je suis d'accord avec le check-in en ligne pré, mais le check-in en ligne personnel est une bonne stupide. Je voudrais également mentionner que vous envoyez trop d'e-mails, surtout ennuyeux quand il n'est pas traduit dans la langue des voyageurs. A part cela, il était propre, simple mais agréable. Je vous recommande, bon prix ! Les toilettes et les toilettes sont trop sombres.

I love this hotel a lot. it’s a small family owned one but very neat and tidy, breakfast tastes so good and the staff are all very nice. it’s around just 5 minutes walk to central train station which makes it so much easier for us after long whole day trips. It definitely worth staying!

Minibar gratuit avec remplissage quotidien est rarement trouvé dans les hôtels en Europe. Le petit déjeuner buffet est absolument le point de vue. L'omellette est crispy dehors et fondue à l'intérieur, préservant la fraîcheur et les saveurs originales de tous les ingrédients. Toutes les personnes de l'hôtel sont gentilles et aidables. La location, qu'elle soit ou non convenable, dépend de la situation. Tout est à pied.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Arte Hotel Salzburg. The location is excellent—right next to the main train station, making it perfect if you’re arriving by train or planning day trips. The Old Town is a pleasant walk away, so it’s still easy to explore the city. The real hidden gem is the Sky Bar. It offers breathtaking panoramic views over Salzburg, especially at sunset and in the evening. The cocktails were great, and breakfast is also served there, making it a fantastic way to start the day. I’d definitely recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors to make the most of the views. The only downside was the communication regarding the complimentary Salzburg public transport pass. We were told at check-in that the hotel would provide it, but despite asking three more times during our stay, we never received it. It was disappointing as we had planned to use it for getting around the city. I hope the hotel can improve this process for future guests. Overall, it’s a modern, well-located hotel with spectacular views, and I’d happily stay here again.

La location est excellente juste à quelques pas de la gare principale ainsi que de la gare principale de bus et de tram. La carte de Salzburg a également été un bonus fantastique, nous aidant à sauver beaucoup sur le transport, nous permettant de sauter sur et de sortir des bus et des tramways quand nous nous sentions comme explorer différentes parties de la ville. En général, nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux et nous recommanderions avec plaisir cet hôtel à tout le monde qui visite Salzbourg.

I am stayed at Hotel Mercure Salzburg City for two nights during my time in Salzburg, and it turned out to be an excellent base for exploring the city. What made the stay even better was being upgraded for free to a premium room, which included a complimentary mini bar — a very welcome perk after a day of sightseeing. The premium room was spacious, clean and modern, with a comfortable bed, good lighting and plenty of storage space. The free mini bar was a nice extra touch, allowing me to relax in the evening without needing to head back out for drinks. The hotel felt quiet and well-run, which made it easy to rest, even though it’s located in a busy and well-connected part of the city. Location is one of the hotel’s strongest points. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Salzburg’s main train station, which is ideal if you’re arriving by rail or planning day trips to places like Hallstatt or Vienna. It’s also around a 15-minute walk to the centre of the Old Town, meaning you can reach Salzburg’s most famous sights — such as the Cathedral, Mozart’s birthplace and the Hohensalzburg Fortress — without needing public transport. Airport access is also extremely straightforward. Bus number 2 from Salzburg Airport stops just a minute’s walk from the hotel, making transfers simple, quick and inexpensive. This is particularly helpful if you have luggage or an early flight. I would recommend Hotel Mercure Salzburg City to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel that balances convenience with good value. It’s not overly luxurious, but it offers everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay in Salzburg, making it a smart choice for both short city breaks and longer trips.

Cet hôtel était idéalement situé, juste en face de la gare centrale de Salzbourg, offrant un accès facile à toutes les attractions touristiques. Il était également à proximité de restaurants, d'un supermarché, d'une banque et de cafés. L'intérieur de l'hôtel était unique et chaleureux, avec le chant des oiseaux dans les couloirs et les rocking-chairs dans les chambres. Le personnel était aimable et courtois, et répondait rapidement à toutes les demandes. Bien que le prix d'un hôtel dans une destination touristique populaire soit plus élevé que dans les autres hôtels des environs, c'était un excellent choix pour mon séjour de quatre nuits à Salzbourg, une expérience confortable et chaleureuse.
