Die Einrichtung im Zimmer im Stxle der 70er ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wände im Zimmer die nicht verpachtet ist und Risse gat, soll glaub ich so sein. Wird sicher Vielen so gefallen, meines war es nicht. Schon gar nicht bei einem Grand Hotel.

Les détails de l'hygiène ne sont pas disponibles, les cheveux sont racines sur la tête (le prix n'est pas un peu plus cher que d'autres endroits, mais il est déçu de ne pas prendre en compte ce petit truc). Ecrire un grand lit mais en fait deux lits individuels. La réception a un personnel un peu étrange. L'isolement sonore est généralement possible, il y a des sauts de saut sur le sous-sol. Le paysage est magnifique et le restaurant est bon. Les bagages sont légèrement inconvenants à pied sur la montagne, il est meilleur de conduire.

Le paysage est très beau, l'hôtel est en face de la montagne, et la balcone est disponible pour voir le paysage. L'hôtel a une cuisine ouverte, la cuisine est complète et confortable. Le prix de Trip.com n'est pas cher.

The hostel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station, making it ideal for an overnight stay if you are travelling early in the morning or looking for accommodation close to the station. It offers many useful services that provide everything you might need. There are two vending machines in the hostel – one with snacks and drinks, and another with various hygiene products such as toiletries and earplugs. The hostel also has a bar where you can enjoy a drink, as well as a coffee machine and hot beverages available at affordable prices. The hostel also offers meals. Breakfast is available for €10–11 and is fairly basic, including several types of cold cuts, cheese, eggs, cereals and muesli, yoghurt, pancakes, jams, hot drinks, coffee, and juices.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Le personnel et le service sont très bons. Le personnel est très agréable, la meilleure location.

Einfache und unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr sauberes und relativ neues Hotel. Sehr kompetente, nette und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Frühstücksbuffet- einfach alles da was das Herz begehrt, das Auge erspäht und der Frühstücksmagen verlangt. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Wir werden bei anderen Österreichischen Städtetrips, bei der Buchung wieder harry´s home Hotels einplanen.

Mon séjour à l'Intercity Hotel Graz a été fantastique ! L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la gare, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable, et ma chambre était propre, confortable et calme. Je le recommande vivement si vous cherchez un hébergement pratique et sans tracas à Graz. L'épicerie BILLA Plus est à proximité.

The location is perfect. Close to Altstadt and other sightseeing spots. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. Just that cleanliness can be a bit better. And you have to order room service one day before, otherwise room service will not come.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
