住了一週非常滿意，房間很大、書桌很長，適合辦公，每個房間都有陽台，酒店的早餐也很好吃，種類豐富～前台的小姐姐態度特別好，幫我解決了德語外賣App的問題，相當推薦！

一般，這個城市就這麼大沒辦法

Very good experience. The room is spaccious and comfy, stylish and equipped with bare necessities. I travel w/o soap, shampoo and hair dryer so it was a great surprise to find all of it plus paper cups to wash put the toothpaste! Bruno Barbieri would appreciate the towels in the bathroom instead on the bed! I enjoyed the tea corner, the shower and the terrace (great idea), the decor was really minimal and in grey tones with light wood finishes. Beds were ultracomfy, I have slept very well! Reception clerks very young and educated, I really enjoyed my stay.

Stayed for a night on with a tour group. 1.6 Klms out of the city centre. Friendly staff who were not ready when we arrived so gave everyone a free drink while we waited. Rooms were a nice size with good bed and pillows. Plenty of space to move around. Really good breakfast, nice and fresh and plenty of everything. The big let down was non functioning air conditioning. Would not be an issue in the winter but some in out group had 27C in their rooms and did not sleep at all - most rooms averaged 25C. Staff tried to fix but couldnt unfortunately. The next morning 25 very unhappy, tired and hot people were glad to get back on the bus and leave. Management really need to look at this and fix it as this could have been a great stay.

Stayed here for one night in April 2023 and thought it was fine. There is still reconstruction work going on on floor 1 but we didn't hear it. Did I hear it on the weekend? No. The junior suite was absolutely fine with a little balcony and a table outside. I am surprised this hotel doesn't have better reviews on here. POSITIVES: The room was very nice, bed was comfy and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent too. It is about 5 minutes to walk to the number 6 tram at the Friedhof St. Peter (Cemetery) stop from Moserhofgasse - this gets you into the city very quickly. NEGATIVES: There are only 5 very minor negatives about the stay here, which is the reason it only gets 4 out of 5. 1. Parking charges - you are nowhere near the middle of Graz but they would like you to park in their garage at a cost. Alternatively they offer you green zone parking on the street outside which is free, but only at the weekend. Why on earth they cannot come to some deal with the the BILLA supermarket next door is beyond me, as BILLA car parks are never full up. 2. The pillows were stupidly squashy and there were no spares/extra pillows in the room. 3. We were not offered a Wifi password when we arrived and used BILLA free wifi next door instead. 4. No spoons in the room. Granted they have a very nice Nespresso coffee machine and capsules but no spoons or stirrers for the coffee. The advert stated the room had a fridge - it didn't. 5. The HOTEL TV is a nuisance as the remote didn't work, neither did the HDMI socket. Why hotels switch off HDMI sockets on TVs is ridiculous - this is 2023 and we can bring our own devices, watch what we want on them and be able to plug them into the TV in the hotel. They need to fix this and regularly check their remote controls. If you are stuck for something to do on a Sunday, the Grazer Trödlermarkt (Fleamarket) is within walking distance of this hotel and although you probably won't buy anything, it is a real trip down memory lane looking at all the old junk that they have for sale there.

Definitively not worth it! I was here with a colleague during a job trip, for two nights. The 1th and the 2nd floors are still in a redecoration stage so they are quite noisy during the day, due to the ongoing works, but I assume this is a temporary issue. The 2 beds room on the 3rd floor they assigned us was newly decorated, wide enough and very modern, but the bathroom is completely unpractical: neither shelves or any other places to put anything, nor a place to hang towels excluding the one inside the shower cabinet, that of course is not useful if you need to hang any type of clothes. The bathroom light switches on automatically as the door is open, and there is no way to switch it off, it stays on for at least 10 minutes after leaving the bathroom which is a useless waste of energy. There is no extractor fan so after a hot shower, the whole room fills with humid vapour. The staff at the reception is nice and polite, but the manager should pay more attention to the cleaning staff: one of our two towels was removed and not replaced on the first day. Same story for the bottle of the shower gel, it was empty from the beginning, and never replaced or refilled. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price paid.

+ wirklich gutes Frühstück + junges, bemühtes Team + offene, helle Zimmer - fleckige Bettwäsche - sehr hellhörige Zimmer - laute Klimaanlage - obwohl vorab mit Kreditkarte gezahlt wurde, wurde ich direkt beim Checkin zu einer erneuten Zahlung aufgefordert. Ich hatte zwei Aufenthalte in diesem Hotel und habe das selbe Prozedere gehabt.

L hotel è molto pulito, le camere spaziose ed ordinate. Molto attenti allo spreco di plastica, letto comodissimo con topper. Colazione con ampia scelta e posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro sia in tram che a piedi. Personale cortese

Mein Aufenthalt im Ibis Styles Graz Messe stand von Anfang an unter keinem guten Stern. Obwohl ich Eltite-Member der Hotelkette, zu der das Hotel gehört, bin, und zusätzlich alle meine Daten, incl. Kreditkartendaten in der Buchung auf der Hotel-Homepage, hinterlegt sind, wollte mich die Rezeptionistin gleich beim Check-in "zwingen" sofort zu bezahlen. Argument: "der Chef will das so". Die Superior-Zimmer im 4. Stock sind zwar geräumig, erinnern aber eher an Krankenzimmer, als an einladende Hotelzimmer: keinerlei Dekoration, kein Bild, nichts.......Als ich in der Rezeption fragte, ob es eine "Snack-Karte" oder ähnliches gibt (das ist Standard bei allen anderen Ibis-Standorten, die ich kenne) war die Antwort: Nein, nichts.........Argument: "das Hotel hat erst seit November geöffnet!" Resumé: die oben beschriebenen Minuspunkte in Kombination mit zwar bemühten, aber komplett unerfahrenen Mitarbeitern und der unattraktiven Lage des Hotels (Vorstadt mit sprichwörtlichem "Friedhofsblick")ergeben leider ein sehr schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Einmal in diesem Haus ist genug!
