The hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon et si vous réservez la nuit précédente, les tarifs sont plus chers. J'aimerais qu'il y ait quelques autres choix pour dîner dans le restaurant de la maison.

It was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather. .

It was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years. In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only. In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

Les chambres et les équipements sont comme prévu parce qu' il est un salon de vacances ”express” . La réponse du service est rapide du front desk. 1. Il y avait un enveloppement en plastique et un chuck de poussière à l'angle de la chambre quand je suis entré. Le lendemain après la nettoyage, je retourne à la chambre à la fin de l'après-midi. Enveloppement et poussière restent intacts à l'angle. Je dois appeler le bureau de front pour que l'équipe de nettoyage du jour suivant vague et faire un nettoyage adéquat. 2. Le vent d'air au-dessus de la zone de douche était rempli et recouvert de poussière noire. 3. Il y a des insectes morts coincés sur la bande de caoutchouc de la porte de douche. J'ai essayé de laver le bain, mais comme il faut le tirer du scellé je l'ai laissé et à nouveau éviter le contact oculaire.🤮 4. Le cas de la pigeon a des peintures brunes à cette bordure. En outre, la madrasse a des dents et des grumeaux, donc je n'ai pas pu dormir comme si je me sentais démangeaisante à travers la nuit avec des images d'insectes de saleté qui brillaient par mes pensées. Associé à la musique et au bruit de bas. Je réserve les chambres plus de 3 mois avant le voyage et demande de haut étage comme j'ai vu des évaluations sur le bruit. Je ne resterai plus dans cet hôtel. Les installations de base sont ok mais la propreté est très importante

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

hôtel brillant juste à côté du marché Adelaide et de la ville chinoise . Chambres modernes, élégantes et confortables. Vérifiez rapidement et amiablement. Je n'ai pas eu la chance de vérifier le bar de toit à l'intérieur Ou des restaurants, mais ils étaient bons !

The best thing thing about this hotel is that it is located in the heart town. It is a walking distance from the Rundle Mall and Adelaide Convention Centre. It also has great spa and decent size pool; breakfast buffet and bar with happy hour daily. I highly recommend this place!.

Stayed here over Christmas. Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre. Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional. Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay) Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!
