The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

Pas de parking attaché à l'hôtel, vous devez conduire pour vous garer ou payer 55 $ pour un chauffeur pour conduire. Le menu de service de la chambre était magnifique chose du restaurant en bas. Rien simple. Pas même le petit déjeuner de service de la chambre disponible. Sur la note du restaurant en bas, c'est là où le petit-déjeuner buffet était et je l'utilise sans heurt. Variété choquante. Même nous devons faire nos propres cafés dans un petit coin de la chambre. Un café à la fois alors que la ligne devient plus grande. Nous devons obtenir un ordre spécial pour les œufs parce que les œufs écrasés sont juste des mousses. Au moins le toaster a travaillé. Et l'espace peut-être 20 qui est bon pour un B&B mais pas pour un hôtel de 16 étages. Le petit déjeuner était à 8 heures pour éviter que les gens attendaient à 9 heures et plus tard. La chambre de bains vous devait alors marcher et fermer la porte pour y accéder. Pas de ventilation ventilée par ventilateur pour douches. Les mattes de bain étant si mince se plongent immédiatement après une douche. Pas de lave-faces. Le banc était trop bas pour une salle de bains. Tous les serviettes sont trop bas. La chambre de bain était belle, mais la pression de la douche était bonne. La télé à distance n'a pas fonctionné correctement, ne pouvait pas trouver toutes les installations telles que le café, le thé, le réfrigérateur, etc. Pas de dossier d'hôtel très bon pour nous aider. Le ”désk” était le cabinet de télévision quand il y avait beaucoup d'espace dans la salle de salon pour avoir un bureau. Les objets de température ne me donnent même pas le coup. Les lits et les pièges plats sont inconfortables. J'ai fini de dormir dans la salle de bains comme il était plus confortable. Je ne pense pas que je reviendrai bientôt. Non horrible mais pas grand. Le personnel était gentil, bien que ce soit un bon changement.

Great hotel location with friendly staff. Room windows need thorough cleaning. Very dirty and obscuring the beautiful external views.

It was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years. In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only. In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

Très bonne location!! La plupart des attractions sont juste à pied, surtout la place Rundle. Comme 6-8 minutes de l'hôtel. Les gares ferroviaires et les gares d'autobus sont également proches. Si vous êtes en plein ouest, il y a un KFC et McDo sur les deux côtés de la rue où l'hôtel est situé. De nombreuses options alimentaires pour le petit déjeuner buffet. Chambre et T&B sont grandes et propres. Complète avec des installations avec petit réfrigérateur et fer et stand. Highly recommended and will probably book here next time! 💕

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

hôtel brillant juste à côté du marché Adelaide et de la ville chinoise . Chambres modernes, élégantes et confortables. Vérifiez rapidement et amiablement. Je n'ai pas eu la chance de vérifier le bar de toit à l'intérieur Ou des restaurants, mais ils étaient bons !

Convenient location to go sightseeing, veryclosely with Rundle Mall and airport. However, the cuisine for dinner is too salty, can improve for changing the menu. Overall, good to stay at the hotel even though the room rate is a bit higher than weekdays as football event held at the Oval Stadium.

Stayed here over Christmas. Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre. Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional. Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay) Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!
