InvitéI really had a pleasant stay. Everything about the hotel was relaxing and although I didn’t sleep well (due to being in a different bed to my own) there was nothing I could complain about. Staff were great, breakfast was ok (selection of cooked breakfast, pastries, toast,cereals & fruit) and you’re greeted with that famous cookie! :)

Utilisateur anonymeLa chambre était plus grande que prévu et avait une patio à se poser, le lit était confortable et tout est situé à quelques pas des chambres de mews. L'homme d'entretien a dû sortir et réparer le chauffage pour corriger la question.
La location est tout à fait incroyable et les jardins sont bien gardés.
Le restaurant gardenia est fermé quelques jours de la semaine pour dîner et aussi pour le petit déjeuner que je ne pensais pas être idéal. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons dû aller au sage restaurant spa qui avait une sélection très limitée de nourriture. Il y avait environ 6 plats à choisir, ils disent Le chef ne cuisine pas d'œufs cramés qui est un petit déjeuner essentiel, donc j'ai dû avoir une plaque de toast. Il y a eu un peu de déshydratation, mais il y a eu un peu de déshydratation. Je suis venu à l'hôtel il y a quelques années quand vous n'avez pas dû payer pour l'accès au spa, mais maintenant vous faites ce qui est un peu annoncé. Donc then you have either to eat very late at night or have a late lunch otherwise the £20 will not be well spent and you’d have to leave the spa after an hour

My wife and I stayed for three nights to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was exceptional and especially all the staff who couldn't do enough for us and with a smile and good humour. The service was spot on as was the food in the restaurant, we ate there on all three nights and enjoyed top cuisine, wines and beers. A special touch was the 'Happy Anniversary' slate with a couple of coconut ice sweets! The breakfasts were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, although we found the bacon just slightly tough but totally edible. Superb poached eggs! As a comment fresh fish would have been a nice addition at breakfast although smoked salmon was available. The bed was very comfortable and the room spotless and with most of the facilities one would expect. It would have been helpful to have a non-slip mat for the bath as well as a grab handle for safety. Also soap dispensers next the shower would have been helpful. As the summer is extremely hot (2026) air conditioning was very welcome! The spa facilities were lovely too!

InvitéPerfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

The hotel is a bit dated but for the price we paid, it was good value. In terms of location, it was great for us as we were guests at a wedding at Leeds Castle and this hotel was literally around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the leisure centre, but was told by family that it was really nice, especially the swimming pool. Regarding the room, as soon as you walk in you can smell the drains in the bathroom which is by the door but it's not that bad that you can smell it in the room. We had a family room which was large and had a king and two singles. The room was ok regarding cleanliness, some missed areas and dead insects which may have flown in through the big windows. Breakfast was nice with a decent selection of food and good choice of drinks which was needed after a hot weekend. Overall we are pleased with our stay and would recommend it.

All Who Wander
This is a lovely hotel with extremely spacious rooms and en suites. The Orangerie dining room has a lovely outlook onto the peaceful grounds. Although we didn't have an evening meal there, we did enjoy the breakfast. The staff were extremely accommodating with our delightful little son/grandson of ten months and deserve praise for their hospitality.
We were there for a wedding at the nearby Beacon Hotel (four minute drive or 20 minite walk with a pram) so it was incredibly convenient.
As its a spa hotel, I felt obliged (!) to have a wonderful massage which although £110 was well worth it!
A 20 minute walk takes you to the charming Pantiles area of Tonbridge Wells which had lots of eateries and was very unusual - quite unexpected.
Everything about the hotel was great value. It could do with slightly updating in decor but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

MG from SurreyI used Hilton's a lot on business in the past & Dover lived up to my high expectations. Booked 3 twin rooms for 3 nights for a reunion. Very happy with our stay & will book again. Friendly, attentive staff. Spotlessly clean rooms & bathrooms. Some of the comfiest beds we've slept in. A few issues with (cold) breakfast (resolved) & a great selection. Some of our party enjoyed the sauna. One downside - the single lift is very small & slow creating a bottleneck.

We have booked a long weekend stayed at the hotel in June. It is located close to the long beach which is great for a walk or a run. There is a fantastic cute cafe near the hotel called cafe on the beach. Coffee and pastries were excellent. Breakfast buffet was nothing special but acceptable for the price. Spa and pool facilities were great except that they charge you extra for bath robe and slipper. You have to ask at the reception for those. There is also no travel toothbrush tooth paste or shampoo. We were not expecting to pack them with us as we are used to having them provided by hotels which we have stayed. I would say this is the first time we have experienced this. Staffs were excellent, polite and very welcoming. It is worth staying if you travel close to the area.

I last visited Rowhill over 15 years ago. It has unfortunately lost its exclusive, luxury look and feel. Whilst bedrooms have changed and have a more modern look, the finish is not great and color choices not kind on the stains. They seem to have added a relaxation room which was a nice touch but. Slightly on the dark side to enjoy flicking through the magazines on offer. The bar food was better than nothing but plenty of room for improvement. Great breakfast though. Like a lot of these places the do not focus on the detail. The spa area now needs a loveing touch so it's on par with many of the new spas emerging or a good price review! Saying all that the staff were lovely, helpful and professional. I made the most of my stay and would still recommend.
