Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été servi malgré la commande, et pendant le dîner de buffet, j'ai été demandé de régler ma facture dans la première heure en raison d'un restaurant encombré. 3.Room Facilités: Le mini-frigo dans ma chambre était non fonctionnel, et je ne voulais pas demander un remplacement. 4.Pest Questions: J'ai rencontré des moustiques dans ma chambre. Après avoir informé le bureau frontal, il a été appliqué un pulvérisation anti-mosquito. 5.Billing Confusion: Mon problème le plus important a eu lieu pendant mon premier repas au restaurant italien. Après avoir signé la facture avec mon numéro de chambre, j'ai reçu un appel pour demander le paiement de la carte de crédit. J'ai demandé au serveur de vérifier mon statut d'invité avec le bureau de front, expliquant que mon séjour était enregistré avec mon passeport. Cependant, cinq minutes plus tard, le serveur a frappé ma porte avec une machine de paiement, insistant que je réglage la facture. C'était aussi embarrassant que confusionnel, comme je l'avais déjà vérifié. A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes. All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else. Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining. We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality. The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them. We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good. But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us. The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it. The washroom in the prior room was not so clean. The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well. If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, which made it easy to move around. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the environment was quiet and comfortable for rest. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of food options. The quality and taste were satisfying. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff service. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great place to relax and enjoy some leisure time. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar and would love to stay here again in the future.

Le séjour dans Royal Pearl Suites a été une expérience très agréable! 🏖️ L'hôtel propose des chambres spacieuses et bien décorées avec des installations modernes, ce qui le rend parfait pour la relaxation et le confort. Le personnel était très aimable et attentif, toujours prêt à aider avec un sourire. 💙 La situation est excellente juste une courte distance de la plage, mais assez paisible pour profiter d'un séjour tranquille. 🌊 La vue sur le toit était astonissante, surtout pendant le coucher du soleil. 🌅 En général, un endroit merveilleux pour rester à Cox's Bazar si vous cherchez confort, hospitalité et un touche de luxe. Très recommandé! 🌟

During check-in, they took separate photos of both me and my wife, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this was never done. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels. During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour au Sayeman Beach Resort à Cox's Bazar. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et très confortables, avec belles vues qui ont fait notre séjour encore plus relaxant. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Voyage avec un groupe plus grand peut parfois être difficile, mais le resort a géré tout très bien, ce qui rend nos vacances sans stress et mémorable. Globalement, c'était une expérience merveilleuse et nous recommanderions certainement ce resort à tout le monde qui visitera le Bazar de Cox, en particulier les familles.

L'hôtel géré par l'armée, le personnel de service est très enthousiaste, l'attitude de service est très bonne, les besoins essayeront d'aider, particulièrement aimable pour les Chinois, et chaque fois que je vais à Jiada, je vis chez eux.

L'hôtel est bon mais un peu loin de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est bon et délicieux. La chambre est grande et confortable. Les choses sont utiles et faciles à communiquer.

The entire hallway of the floor we were staying smelled like cigarette and ****. People were smoking inside of the hotel on the 5th floor. We informed the authority but they didn’t do anything about it. Their morning breakfast was good tho. The bathroom of our unit was extremely small. We booked the hillside delux (the view from the window was terrible tho)
