Après avoir informé le bureau frontal, il a été appliqué un pulvérisation anti-mosquito. 5.Billing Confusion: Mon problème le plus important a eu lieu pendant mon premier repas au restaurant italien. Après avoir signé la facture avec mon numéro de chambre, j'ai reçu un appel pour demander le paiement de la carte de crédit. J'ai demandé au serveur de vérifier mon statut d'invité avec le bureau de front, expliquant que mon séjour était enregistré avec mon passeport. Cependant, cinq minutes plus tard, le serveur a frappé ma porte avec une machine de paiement, insistant que je réglage la facture. A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

L'hôtel est plus proche de la plage du Laboni et du suganda. Ainsi, tout le monde peut facilement marcher et atteindre la plage dans 10 minutes. La plupart des restaurants connus comme al goni, handi, palongki sont plus proches et nous n'avons pas de problèmes pour trouver un endroit pour manger. Le petit déjeuner buffet est servi pour deux matins de notre séjour et il y a des variétés dans les menus pendant deux jours, de sorte qu'il est devenu agréable car il n'y a pas de répétition significative. La piscine est juste étonnante et nous avons eu de la joie là-bas. À un moment où je me sentais en train de s'égouter dans la piscine ne sais pas comment, la personne responsable courait vers moi pour ma cri et m'a relâché. Merci à eux. Nous avons une chambre pour deux lits pour quatre personnes et tout était très bon. Mais ce que je mentionne à propos de l'hôtel est la propreté. La salle de bains commune dans le lobby est trop odeuruse pour ne pas l'utiliser. La salle de bains dans la salle précédente n'était pas si propre. La chambre est confortable et confortable. Si vous regardez dans ce cadre, l'hôtel Cox Today sera la première option jamais choisie. A part cela, ce voyage était trop bon. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, which made it easy to move around. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the environment was quiet and comfortable for rest. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of food options. The quality and taste were satisfying. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff service. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great place to relax and enjoy some leisure time. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar and would love to stay here again in the future.

During check-in, they took separate photos of both me and my wife, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this was never done. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels. During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

It was outstanding hotel I just love their hospitality and behaviour everything was perfect as my expectations. Highly Recommended

The entire hallway of the floor we were staying smelled like cigarette and ****. People were smoking inside of the hotel on the 5th floor. We informed the authority but they didn’t do anything about it. Their morning breakfast was good tho. The bathroom of our unit was extremely small. We booked the hillside delux (the view from the window was terrible tho)

All staff behaviour is amazing. i highly suggest this hotel for coxs trip. Thanks
