This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Avec les élèves, pousser la tasse pour changer de temps comme si le temps était bourré, changer d'âge, changer de mémoire! La prochaine fois, vous devrez choisir l'hôtel Ley International !

Les produits chinois de petit déjeuner et de petit déjeuner offerts par l'hôtel sont un peu monotons, le goût est encore bon, il est recommandé de vous enrichir encore

L'environnement de montagne est propre et tranquille, surtout adapté à la maison de Buddha. Il y a un sentiment familial, un style de classe et de qualité supérieure, le cœur de la cour s'épanouit dès l'entrée. La chambre est propre et propre, les réserves sont complètes et l'effet d'isolement sonore est très bon. Le chef est modéré et poli. Il expliquera en profondeur la route de parfum et le service est en profondeur et chaleureux. Détendez-vous de la chaleur, de la tranquillité et de la qualité de la maison, viens à la montagne de Kowwa pour être ici pour la première sélection. (Le Festival du Lun-de-Long a également envoyé le cadeau de l'accompagnateur de son sac, heureux)

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement unique, idéal pour admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil. L'hôtel est très calme, loin de l'ambiance bruyante des marchés des autres hôtels de montagne. L'aménagement est ingénieux et de nombreux détails témoignent d'une bonne intention. Les petits équipements de la chambre (sèche-cheveux, vêtements d'hiver, brosses à dents, peignes, etc.) sont de très bonne qualité ! Le personnel est de grande qualité. Le petit-déjeuner, le café au lait fraîchement moulu, le thé de l'après-midi, les fruits, le dîner et les ragoûts du soir sont également excellents ! Autre conseil : la chambre est très petite, double, avec une chaise simple et pas de canapé. Il faut donc s'allonger seul sur le lit en entrant. Il n'y a pas de place pour poser les bagages. Il n'y a pas de grand miroir. Il n'y a pas de cours de yoga Ba Duan Jin, comme le recommande l'hôtel. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de salle de sport. L'éclairage intelligent à contrôle de température est vraiment bien pensé ! Cependant, j'ai entendu le bruit de la détection automatique qui s'allume et s'éteint toute la nuit, ce qui a perturbé mon sommeil. La maison regorge de petits gadgets, et je suis profondément touché par les bonnes intentions de l'hôtel. Cependant, compte tenu de la petite taille de la chambre, il est recommandé de réduire certains éléments décoratifs (comme les services à thé à deux tiroirs) et d'augmenter le nombre d'équipements nécessaires (canapé, porte-bagages, miroir en pied).

The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. La chambre était très agréable, confortable, propre et bien rangée. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner buffet étaient excellents et offraient un large choix (je pense qu'ils n'ont rien à envier aux hôtels cinq étoiles). Bien que l'hôtel soit situé dans un site touristique, le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel. Ce qui m'a encore plus plu, c'est l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel, à seulement une dizaine de minutes à pied pour admirer le coucher de soleil à Aoyu Mouth et le lever de soleil à Guangming Ding. Bien que le temps ait été pluvieux et brumeux ces jours-ci, j'ai eu la chance de voir le coucher et le lever du soleil. Le service de l'hôtel était également très bon. Le soir, il y avait des spectacles professionnels (avec les employés de l'hôtel comme artistes) ; bien que la scène soit petite, les performances étaient très professionnelles et il y avait même un quiz interactif avec le public. Le matin, des doudounes étaient même mises à disposition pour admirer le lever du soleil sans prendre froid. Ce fut un voyage très chaleureux, et je reviendrai certainement avec ma famille si j'en ai l'occasion 👍

Great hotel! The prettiest, greatest hotel in the area. We had a room with a balcony view to the mountains, so calming and relaxing. If you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, here’s the perfect place for you. The bathroom is very clean and hygenic, and the beds are also really comfy and fluffy. The owner is really hospitable, welcoming and friendly, he is really familiar with the area so he recommended us a lot of different places and good restaurants. He helped us during all our stay. It is true that the hotel is a little bit far away from the nearest town, but it is really worth it because at the end, it is not far away (15 min by car) from the nearest Huangshan entrance. We would definitely go back there!! 超棒的酒店！这一带最漂亮、最棒的酒店。我们住了一间带阳台的山景房，景色宁静又治愈。如果你想远离城市的喧嚣，这里绝对是理想之选。浴室非常干净卫生，床也超级舒适柔软。 老板热情好客、友善亲切，对当地非常熟悉，给我们推荐了很多好去处和美食餐厅。整个住宿期间他都提供了很多帮助。虽然酒店离最近的小镇有点远，但绝对值得 —— 毕竟开车到最近的黄山入口只要15分钟。我们一定会再来！

Voici l'hôtel le plus confortable que j'ai habité à Hoshan. C'est l'hôtel le plus confortable que j'ai ouvert. La réception est très gentille. Parce qu'il y a un séjour de trois personnes, j'ai besoin d'un petit-déjeuner et de la salle administrative gratuite. La tête et le lit sont particulièrement tranquilles, le topo est attiré par la tête de cet hôtel, il vaut la peine de vous recommander! La prochaine fois que je vais à Hoshan, vous devez toujours vivre cet hôtel. Les plats du restaurant chinois de l'hôtel sont très frais, vous ne devez pas sortir pour manger!
