I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations.

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. They were attentive and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which I truly appreciated.

Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. I am confident that I will return here in the future whenever I need a peaceful retreat.

LloujylAmazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone.
First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China!
The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us.
It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day.
It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor.
The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc.
The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated.
Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service.
Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room.
On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x
One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in.
Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

IInvitéL'hôtel est situé dans les sous-urbes, mais il y a une station de métro à 500 m de l'hôtel. Le metro est très confortable, il y a un grand centre commercial où vous trouverez tout ce que vous pouvez avoir besoin (ces désserts de Holiland sont étonnants!) Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux et vous pouvez certainement trouver quelque chose de délicieux à manger à la fois de la cuisine locale et La chambre était propre et spacieuse.

IInvitéEnjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues.
On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station.
The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up.
When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant.
We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage .
The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel.
Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

IInvitéL'expérience d'enregistrement a été très bonne, le service de prise en charge et de dépose à l'aéroport était excellent, l'environnement de l'hôtel était également bon et le rapport qualité-prix était très bon. Nous voyagions avec une personne âgée. mangé quand l'avion est arrivé dans la soirée, alors nous avons demandé à Maître Liu qui est venu nous chercher de nous emmener dans un restaurant voisin. Maître Liu Il nous a fallu un kilomètre supplémentaire pour nous accompagner, ainsi que le chauffeur qui nous a accompagnés si tôt. la matinée a également été très ponctuelle. Merci spécial!

MMiles_DavisThis is a quality hotel. Excellent location next to the river in walking distance to major attractions and close to central railway station. The design of the building is marvellous and is an architectural icon in its right. The room was very large with wonderful views. The hotel backs onto the river with a large outside patio with stunning views.
A couple of points of critique. One the JianBing 煎饼 at the breakfeast wasn’t great. This is one of the Tianjin specialities but it wasn’t very fresh, no spring onion or seasoning, or lettuce. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a quality traditional breakfast. The other minor critique is the swimming pool which needs renovating. It is getting a bit dirty and tired which lets down the whole hotel which is in excellent condition.
Overall I would recommend and stay again. Service was good and the hotel has modern feel with excellent rooms.

ZZheleiJe convoite l'hôtel Four Seasons depuis longtemps. J'avais initialement prévu d'y passer une nuit avec ma femme pour mon anniversaire en octobre afin de profiter de son hospitalité haut de gamme. Ma fille étant de retour de Shanghai à Pékin, nous avons décalé nos préparatifs pour cet anniversaire. Nous profiterons de tout : de la chambre au petit-déjeuner, en passant par le thé de l'après-midi, l'Executive Lounge, les cocktails en soirée, la salle de sport et la piscine. J'ai le sentiment que le service et les prestations du Four Seasons sont à la hauteur de sa réputation, et je tiens sincèrement à lui attribuer une note de 5 étoiles. Je me demandais aussi ce qui rendait le Four Seasons unique et supérieur aux autres hôtels. Concernant les équipements, par exemple, la douche de plafond et la douchette sont compatibles et peuvent être utilisées simultanément, chacune dotée de sa propre fonction « one-touch », ce qui les rend faciles, simples et pratiques. En découvrant la culture d'accueil du Four Seasons, j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer le directeur Qi Yuanke. Elle et son équipe du service client sont discrètes, comprennent précisément les besoins individuels des clients et offrent un service vraiment impressionnant. C'est un peu comme un nouvel iPhone sur un autre iPhone, qui dépasse constamment les attentes. J'ai un sentiment : Apple peut-il faire ça ?! Four Seasons peut-il faire ça ?! Le matériel de l'hôtel est vraiment rafraîchissant, mais le service est véritablement son âme. Sa beauté réside dans l'amour et le respect sincères du personnel pour les clients. Pendant mon séjour à l'hôtel, de Taytay à l'enregistrement, à la beauté anonyme au départ, en passant par Shirely, Sunny et Jerry dans le salon exécutif, et même les belles femmes de la salle de sport, dont je ne me souviens même pas du nom, toutes exhalaient un parfum d'âme et nous enivraient. Merci, joyeuses fêtes, et que ces belles âmes fassent briller le Four Seasons à jamais.

Vous auriez dû allumer la climatisation à l'avance et c'est très confortable (tous les points pour les détails).
Environnement : J'adore les baies vitrées Je recommande vivement car la vue est très belle ! J'ai fait une réservation pour le thé de l'après-midi en haute altitude, qui a un thème de fleur de bégonia et convient pour s'enregistrer et prendre des photos ; la dame du thé de l'après-midi a pris l'initiative de remplir le thé et a demandé si le goût convenait~
Service : Après la réservation, le personnel prendra l'initiative de vous contacter pour vous renseigner sur vos besoins, votre itinéraire, votre heure d'arrivée, etc. Tout besoin sera résolu ; le personnel à la porte de l'hôtel lors de votre enregistrement est très conscient et prend l'initiative ; pour ouvrir la porte et vous offrir des fruits, des collations et du vin rouge.
