Nous avons aimé les sports d'eau inclus comme le paddleboard et le kayaking ( malheureusement, le grand tricycle d'eau était hors d'ordre). Les défauts - le personnel de la table était assez subpar et ne semblait pas communiquer très bien - une fille était vraiment très rude quand j'essayais de sortir une situation de chambre et je souhaite avoir son nom. Le Mojito est le seul à boire. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La cuisine était décente, mais le buffet était si chaud et humide sans climatisation.

Op zich een prachtig gelegen, groot en luxe hotel met uitstekende service. Maar helaas vooral gericht op party vierende Amerikanen. Daardoor continu geluidsoverlast. Op de eerste dag van ons verblijf party aan het zwembad met veel drinkende mensen in het zwembad en zeer luide muziek met DJ. Op de t****e dag werd een groot scherm opgesteld bij het zwembad waarop de Superbowl wedstrijd werd vertoond van 16-22 uur. Enorm lawaai. Ons diner in het restaurant was daardoor niet leuk en teleurstellend. Management reageert wel betrokken en positief, maar kan onze negatieve ervaring niet goed maken. Conclusie: wie een luxe-ervaring wil met veel party, drukte en harde muziek zit hier prima. Wie voor de rustige pura-vida ervaring met natuur in Costa Rica komt moet hier niet zijn!

We had read many great reviews before booking this property, but were a little apprehensive about if it would live up to expectations. Oh yes it did! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the property is very well maintained. While lounging by the pool, expect a lizard or two and your morning alarm could be the howler monkeys. This property is centrally located allowing you easy access to the beach and town, but the gardens and pool offer pure tranquility. You can physically feel the energy change as you cross the road and walk up the path up from the beach back to your room. There are steps into reception, down to the pool, restaurant and into rooms, so consider this if not mobile. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the evening meal offered two starter, two main and one dessert option that varied each day. The room was big, comfortable, toiletries provided and strong Wi-Fi throughout, even on the beach. We thought this property was great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a 2nd floor balcony room (206) x 2 nights. Pros outweighed the cons: very helpful, nice workers; strong shower water pressure; great mattresses; fabulously cool and quiet A/C; decent Wi-Fi; lovely natural grounds with birdsong amid exquisite sparkling pools; nice breakfast buffet included with room; Santa Rosa Plaza across the road with a fine grocery store and a great crepe cafe, among others. Cons: a lot of truck and car noise on highway as others have said; traffic congestion in Liberia during the main part of the day; and noise from people in the pool area late into the night. But I’d totally want to stay at Boyeros again - for the real Costa Rican experience - ear plugs not to be forgotten.

Tamarindo is a fun beach town, lots of restaurants and of course the beach. The pros: incredible view, free shuttle to the town, access to the Langosta Beach Club, helpful staff. The cons: location a little far from town, can’t walk it. And the BIG con were the locusts. They were everywhere, especially at night. This are huge (8-10 inch) insects that look like huge grasshoppers. My kids freaked out because these things fly around and land on you sometimes. The Wyndham staff can’t control it, but they are helpful to remove them from your door. If you’re grossed out by large insects, just be aware.

Ein Hotel mit amerikanischem Standard, das praktisch unmittelbar am Flughafen von Liberia gelegen ist. Die Stadt selber ist nicht sehenswert, so dass das Hotel gut zur Zwischenübernachtung taugt oder wenn man einen frühen Flug hat. Saubere, zweckmäßige Zimmer. In der Nähe ein paar Möglichkeiten zur Verpflegung, allerdings eher fast food als landestypisch.

Room was clean, modern, comfortable. Service was really wonderful and enhanced our stay here - it makes such a difference when people are nice to you when you are away from home. There were plenty of excellent food choices for us (one of us being a vegetarian). The hotel has a ”normal” side with bars and poolside music, as well as a ”quiet” side near the spa without the music...so it was good to have the choice of vibe to sit in. Altogether its a really well run hotel: one we were pleased to have stayed in and one we would definitely return to.

Le petit déjeuner est moyen; le coût est relativement élevé par rapport aux réservations locales ; il n'y a pas de service après neuf heures du soir, l'hôtel a directement verrouillé la porte et il n'y a pas de place pour acheter de l'eau.

C'est votre hôtel Hilton typique que vous trouveriez en Amérique, sincèrement si vous venez de venir vous pensez être rentré chez vous. La chambre est propre et standard, pas de panne ! Il est également très proche de tous les lieux de retour de voiture. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus avec réservation, c'est quelque chose que vous payez de la poche. Globalement, très grande option pour quelqu'un voyageant à l'aéroport Intl ou en dehors de Liberia.
