We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

L'hôtel est situé au centre, un peu jusqu'à la colline. Chambre propre, lit confortable et cuisinières. Bon petit déjeuner. Les membres du personnel, en particulier la jeune dame à la réception, sont amis, polis et professionnels. Le bureau de réception est fermé à 18 h. Si vous vous connectez plus tard, vous devez contacter la propriété à l'avance. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas fait, et j'ai dû faire environ 40 appels sur 3 numéros différents fournis. Ils n'ont répondu qu'après 50 minutes d'attente. Après mes appels, j'ai reçu le code d'accès et mes clés. L'hôtel est situé dans la zone tranquille, malheureusement, certains clients de l'hôtel ont fait un grand bruit au milieu de la nuit:à 15 heures, chasse à la porte des voisins, essayant d'entrer, pour une très longue 40 minutes ... J'ai dû sortir et l'empêcher, Si elles n'ont pas arrêté, je vais appeler la police. J'ai certainement eu mal de chance avec ce séjour, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, juste ma mauvaise expérience :( - Oui.

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Einfach wunderschön ein Traum großes Zimmer vom feinsten und ein wunderbares reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal vom Frühstück bis zur Rezeption einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen und mehrmals etwas klein aber dennoch das Schwimmbad benutzt da kann man relaxen und es sich gut gehen lassen wir kommen garantiert wieder.

I booked this hotel for my Mom. And she loved it: the staff was accommodating and caring, great location and delicious meals. Highly recommended

Es war wieder super, man kann das Auto auf dem großen Parkplatz parken für 50 Kronen pro Tag oder direkt beim Hotel kostet etwas mehr. Auto kann man stehen lassen zur Stadt fährt direkt ein Bus hin kostet nur 18 Kronen pro Person.

L'hôtel sur la photo a l'air sympa, mais nous ne nous attendions pas à séjourner de l'autre côté de la rivière, face à ce magnifique hôtel 😕, un ancien bâtiment d'un petit hôtel appartenant également à leur chaîne (réservation possible 🙂). Nous avons dû traverser le pont pour l'aller et le retour. Nous étions là pour le réveillon du Nouvel An 2025.

Un magnifique hôtel moderne qui revitalise le resort. Mais cet hôtel est une histoire différente. Il a toutes les chances d'attirer les jeunes et de respirer littéralement une nouvelle vie dans la ville. L'hôtel est très beau et luxueux. Dans la région de Respeshen, vous avez une source de boissons (comme je comprends, ”Forest”) et des cercles spéciaux. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec de grandes télévisions modernes et un lit incroyablement confortable. L'hôtel dispose d'une zone spa complète, excellente et d'une bonne salle de sport. Un bar de plaisir séparé sur le toit. Il y a des canapés très confortables sur lesquels il est agréable de s'asseoir et de profiter de la vue panoramique. Le petit déjeuner au niveau! Il a été ravi qu'il y ait une station omlete où tout est cuit à vous, ainsi qu'une bonne sélection de fruits et de bière frais. La cuisine est très bien placée, mais elle est très bien placée. Si vous cherchez une vacances élégantes, modernes et confortables dans un camping sans un ”ancien” raid, je reviendrai certainement !

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.
