The location of the hotel is amazing, right above the pier and next to the sea. The hotel itself is quite old and alot of the amenities and room fixtures are broken or under maintenance. The room had a great view but that was it. The balcony door kept banging all night due to wind and there was nothing we could do about it.

Convenience, sincere, nice view but furniture a little bit old.  Breakfast is simple.

Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future

To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

My stay at The Swallow Falls Inn – The Inn Collection Group was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, set in beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for exploring the nearby countryside and waterfalls. The inn itself has a welcoming, traditional feel that adds to the overall charm. The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the room felt cosy yet spacious. Staff service was another highlight — everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, making the stay feel warm and personal. Facilities were well maintained, and the dining and communal areas were inviting and comfortable. Overall, with top scores for location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, this inn offers excellent value and a relaxing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting.

Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value. Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them. Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical. All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

L'hôtel Imperial est un charmant hôtel avec vue sur la baie de Llandudno. La chambre était très grande avec beaucoup d'espace de tiroir et de garde-robe. La salle de bain était aussi grande avec douche sur la salle de bain. Il y avait une fenêtre qui s'ouvre et avait une vue comme les photos l'ont vue. Lieutenant lit. Eau bouteille. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet avec beaucoup de choix, et le restaurant est un petit déjeuner de qualité. Les frais de la chambre sont très bons pour vous, vous pouvez vous acheter des produits de la chambre. Le thé frais est disponible si vous préférez ou machine à distribuer le café, le chocolat chaud, etc également disponible. L'utilisation de l'aire de loisirs de la condition de la mine est disponible pour les invités, les bains et les pantalons. Tout en quelques jours, cet hôtel sera de retour.

La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et de mer, avec vue spectaculaire. La location est si calme.Top location presque tout était à pied, grand vue, magasins à proximité pour les achats et les aliments, stations d'autobus sont à pied Globalement très bonne expérience. Le nom réel est ”The Seafront Hotel”.

Location wise very accessible to places you want to go.. room wise, it’s clean but it was noisy as the event finished 12mn. Our room and the event hall is just wall apart. When going to our room we have to pass by to their event hall. The central heating was not working.. quite cold in the room🙄..overall it’s good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the pier, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.
