I arrived here from Manchester on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day we had planned our check out, I travelled with my husband and my baby. We had many plans for Christmas however this took a turn. My baby was crawling in the room & one of the legs of the table fell on top on her as it was just holding on and the leg of the table was not screwed on properly. We spent our Christmas in the hospital watching over our baby.

Il est très impressionnant, les membres du personnel sont très aimables , excellent service. Bon emplacement, parking est bon . Chambre propre et très calme et chauffée. Nous l'aimons. Merci beaucoup.

L'hôtel était propre, mais j'ai réservé une chambre double pour partager avec ma sœur sur trip.com et quand j'ai payé et a reçu une confirmation que c'est une chambre double il n'était pas remboursable . Lorsque j'ai contacté l'hôtel, ils ont dit que parce qu'ils n'avaient pas de chambres doubles disponibles, il a reversé la réservation à double dans le système. J'ai contacté trip.con pour annuler la réservation ils ont dit qu'il était non remboursable, je l'ai expliqué que c'était leur système qui a fait l'erreur et pas moi, l'agent a dit que je contacterai l'hôtel et vérifier s'ils peuvent accepter une réservation, Elle a repris de dire qu'ils ont refusé et trip.com ne pouvait pas aider. Je suis furieux et j'ai dû aller dormir sur le lit du canapé et cela était inconfortable aussi le chauffage faisait un son tape car je suis un léger sommeil je ne pouvais pas dormir correctement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which makes it a great choice if you’re looking to relax away from the noise and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to unwind. I also appreciated the ample parking facilities, which made things very convenient for those traveling by car. However, one downside is that there are no nearby commercial centers, so finding food or groceries requires some planning or travel. Additionally, while breakfast was available, the options were somewhat limited and could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s a good option for a quiet and comfortable stay, especially if you don’t mind being a bit far from shops and dining option

The trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

A lovely building and entrance, including a lovely garden and fountain. Very clean and classy, reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic, so modern and clean with plenty of floor space and storage. Big smart tv, hair dryer, iron and board, free mini toiletries, tea/coffee, full length mirror…couldn’t have asked for more at such a reasonable price for the room! Only thing was the room felt extremely hot when I first checked in (even though radiator was not on). I asked at reception if I could have a fan as windows barely open and a few minutes later it was brought to my room! Restaurant and bar great, breakfast lovely…highly recommend this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for rest. The rooms were surprisingly big, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and clean. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were golfing in St Andrews area and looking for a 1 night stay and we booked premier Inn, hey it was a boys golf trip ! On checking in the receptionost wasnt quite bubbling with enthusasim, pleasant enough. Our Twin Room had a large double bed and a smaller than usual single bed, I got tyhe single bed. The room was clean and adequate, the shower ran tepid to hot. Breakfast was superb, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bakery selection and the cooked buffet was excellent. Unlimited tea and coffee. Al in all, the hotel was very good for a short stay.

Lovely hotel and surrounding, very convenient location. Some suggestions for improvement - We found the washroom setup perplexing - it was so small and it seemed the hotel disliked giving its guests hooks for hanging wet hand towels. The water pressure from the shower head was also miserably slow and it took forever to get our hair clean. Finally it’s the toilet flush - it was so hard to flush the waste. It’s pretty disgusting to find waste still floating around no matter how hard or long one tried to press / hold the flush button… 🤢

Chambres spacieuses eh moderned, lits confortables. Ménage régulier , petit déjeuner salé à commander dans le restaurant, prix très corrects en restauration, personnel aimable. Pas de sèche cheveux et prévoir bonnet de bain car le pommeau de douche est haut et fixe. Hôtel très calme et bien isolé. Rapport qualité prix excellent
