DDanny_L_SmithWe booked a room here on our honeymoon tour around Scotland and it turned out to be the best hotel we stayed at in the country. Not only did the staff work so professionally, they were also so personable. As a treat for our honeymoon, the staff gave us a gift of chocolates in our room when we arrived with a honeymoon card, as well as a dessert when dining in the restaurant. The restaurant was one of our highlights, if you are staying in the hotel do not miss it. The food was delicious, very well seasoned, and presented beautifully. Moreover, the staff in the restaurant were also so helpful, giving suggestions and recommendations and giving attention to us without being overbearing. The room looked out over the lawn with the towns cathedral in the distance. There was both a bath and a shower, the television was modern with a clean image, there were plenty of free coffees, teas and snacks in the room, and the bed was very comfy indeed. Don’t miss breakfast! The great food from the dinner in the restaurant remains during breakfast time too!
I will be returning. This is a very special hotel.

工工作兼遊玩的ECJ'ai séjourné dans un hôtel de type château, qui était autrefois une école. Une famille de quatre personnes avait une chambre familiale. Les enfants aimaient beaucoup les lits superposés. Ils avaient leur propre espace indépendant et une télévision. L'hôtel proposait de nombreux thés Tangning différents. et une baignoire séparée, mais c'était tellement... Ce qui m'a rendu nerveux, c'est que l'eau du robinet était très grande une fois l'eau ouverte, de l'eau a accidentellement débordé sur le sol de la salle de bain. le sol de la salle de bain n'avait pas de trous de drainage car il s'agissait d'une rénovation historique. J'ai dû utiliser rapidement une serviette de bain pour l'absorber dans le lavabo. Il est recommandé aux hôtels de fournir des rappels lors de l'enregistrement ou de placer des rappels dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner était un petit-déjeuner écossais standard et dans l'ensemble, ce fut un excellent séjour.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Nous avons reçu un fan de poussière et brisé pour combattre la chaleur, mais malheureusement personne ne s'est excusé quand nous l'avons amené au personnel que nous devions laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit pour essayer de combattre la chaleur. Je sais que ce n'était pas la faute des individus, mais un bon service à la clientèle parlerait de pardon au client et aucun des 4 personnes dont nous parlions n'a fait une excuse et ils semblaient aussi désorientés.

IInvitéA good room and well worth it’s money (compared to the prices you have to pay for an accommodation in Edinburgh)! We had our own kettle, tea and coffee in our room, also the breakfast and the restaurant was great! The only flaw was that it was so far away from the city center and there aren’t many buses stopping near the accommodation, I should have researched that better. Besides that we had an amazing stay and I can recommend this place!

IInvitéInside the Stirling university which is a nice and quiet environment, but it requires travelling to the city centre. There is no restaurant which opens for dinner except that in the hotel.
The original room on ground floor given to us has a strong odour smell, which did not disappear after cleaning by housekeeping team. The reception initially refused to change the room. Only after we insisted then we were given another room on the first floor, but it wasted us almost 1.5 hour in waiting.
Otherwise, everything is very good including the excellent breakfast.

IInvitéComfortable stay, hotel a bit dated but clean and functional, staff mainly friendly, issues at breakfast with staff working really hard but not able to keep up with food replenishment, told by manager to use a paper cup as no clean cups available, had to ask twice for coffee machine to be filled with milk.
Reasonable choice of breakfast items, unfortunately no pastries though.
Good amount of free parking available, staff clearing and cleaning tables friendly and hardworking.

La chambre était propre et confortable, mais très difficile à garder une connexion WiFi dans la chambre (a dû rester dans la salle de bains pour obtenir tout WiFi utile). Avoir un bon séjour et recommandera à d'autres marcheurs de West Highland Way à se traiter à un séjour en route.

JJannie56The location of the hotel is perfect for those who travel by train. Stuff do not mind to give me me the new room as the first provided room smells a little weird, making me and my friend feel uncomfortable.
I have never seen any hotel using the heater for the towels. I like it

IInvitéL'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation pour explorer Stirling à pied, ne peut pas le battre! C'est un hôtel de base mais a tout ce dont vous avez vraiment besoin, sans frills. Le personnel était rapide et utile, parking sur le site. La salle de bain aurait pu être plus propre, la pression de douche n'est pas grande. Mais les chambres étaient calmes, le lit était confortable.

IInvitéI really loved my stay The Allan Park. Such a nice cozy homie place. Very spacious room that has everything you need, staff is really helpful and friendly, cozy lounge room with a fireplace. The only thing I would suggest adding is the hook on a bathroom door for a towel. Would love to stay here in future and highly recommend for anyone.
