2026年2月に滞在しました。アクロポリス観光のために最適なロケーションです。 設備などは古いと口コミを読んで知っていたので、全然許容範囲内でした。なんといってもコストパフォーマンスがよかったです。 スリッパが用意されていたのも良かったです。 近くにレストランやスーパーもあるので滞在中に困ることはありませんでした。 ルーフトップバーには行きませんでしたが、眺めがよさそうでした。

Avis sur le NYX Esperia Palace Athènes – Un séjour luxueux avec quelques inconvénients Nous avons séjourné au NYX Esperia Palace Athènes pendant quatre jours complets – deux couples, chacun dans une suite exécutive avec accès au salon affaires. L'accueil a été chaleureux et efficace, et nous avons reçu nos chambres à 15h précises, conformément à la politique de l'hôtel. Les suites étaient propres, élégantes et bien équipées, avec des produits tels que des brosses à dents jetables, des kits de rasage, des loofahs, un sèche-cheveux, et bien plus encore. L'une de nos suites, située au 7e étage, offrait même une vue partielle sur l'Acropole, un atout appréciable. La climatisation, l'éclairage et les rideaux de la chambre étaient tous contrôlés par des commandes numériques, conçues pour chouchouter les clients – même si, en pratique, elles n'étaient pas très intuitives et nécessitaient quelques essais. Par exemple, pour éteindre la lampe de chevet, il fallait se lever et se diriger vers un panneau de commande. La télévision proposait les chaînes israéliennes (11, 12 et 13), ce que nous avons apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner au 10e étage était excellent, offrant une grande variété de plats de qualité, et le service en salle était au-dessus de la moyenne. L'un des points forts de notre séjour a été l'attention exceptionnelle d'Ilia, la responsable des relations publiques de l'hôtel. Elle nous a guidés quasiment de notre arrivée à notre départ : elle nous a recommandé d'excellentes tavernes, réservé des taxis et des restaurants, et organisé une visite guidée privée. Le dernier jour, nous avons également été chaleureusement accueillis par Dionysia au salon, charmante et attentionnée. Ceci dit, il y avait quelques inconvénients : Le service à la réception était irrégulier : tous les membres du personnel n'étaient pas accueillants ; certains semblaient froids ou arboraient des sourires forcés. Le salon d'affaires était décevant : petit, bondé, avec une offre de restauration modeste et des sièges peu inspirants. On avait plus l'impression d'une salle reconvertie que d'un véritable salon. Les piscines nécessitent une réservation à l'avance, ce qui laisse peu de place à la spontanéité. Les horaires d'utilisation sont segmentés (par exemple, de 13 h à 16 h ou de 16 h à 19 h), et les places après 19 h sont très limitées. La piscine sur le toit est bondée, et le restaurant adjacent est également ouvert aux non-clients. Expérience sur le toit : Un soir, de retour d'une soirée, nous espérions prendre un verre avec vue. Bien que deux tables au premier rang avec vue sur l'Acropole étaient disponibles, on nous a d'abord dit qu'elles étaient réservées. Quelques minutes plus tard, on nous a annoncé que nous pouvions nous y asseoir pour un minimum de 25 € par personne. Le passage soudain de « réservé » à « disponible moyennant un supplément » était décourageant, surtout pour des clients de l'hôtel séjournant dans des suites. La visite guidée recommandée par l'hôtel impliquait près de 4 heures de route sur un trajet de 5 heures, ce qui nous laissait très peu de temps à chaque arrêt. Nous vous conseillons de l'éviter. En résumé : L'hôtel est moderne, très propre et les suites sont luxueuses. Le service est généralement excellent, notamment grâce à Ilia et Dionysia. Cependant, ne comptez pas sur un accès spontané à la piscine ou au restaurant sur le toit : en profiter nécessite une planification, un peu comme réserver une pièce de théâtre. Si vous appréciez les suites bien conçues et les expériences structurées, cet hôtel pourrait être un excellent choix. Si vous recherchez de la flexibilité et des soins d'une journée complète dans les installations de l'hôtel, vous pourriez trouver cela un peu limité.

Le personnel de la réception était incroyablement aimable et serviable, et m'a fourni de nombreuses informations. Les installations sont un peu anciennes mais bien entretenues, et les douches fonctionnent parfaitement. Je recommande vivement de réserver une chambre avec vue sur l'Acropole pour profiter du panorama nocturne. L'emplacement est idéal, et je choisirais sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour. Les hôtels à Athènes sont généralement assez chers ; c'est donc une excellente option si vous recherchez un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Le service était super ! Arrivé seulement vers 00h30. Tout s'est bien passé. Emplacement un peu éloigné mais sinon tout était super. :)

This was a great stay for us and our family. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular sights and eateries in Athens and most were within a 10-20 minute walk. The nearby Monastiraki metro station made it easy to get to and from the airport as well. The rooms are nicely appointed with a couple of chairs, work station, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge and TV. The beds were small but comfy enough. Our family had a 2 and 3 bed rooms and we found the 2 bed room was a lot more spacious. The bathrooms in both were small but we appreciated that the hot water came on quickly and there was a small window for ventilation. Our room was quiet at night but our family noted street noise on the lower floors. The elevators were often tricky to catch as they are small but we appreciated it when we didn't feel like the climb to the sixth floor. The amenities at the hotel were good for the price. The roof top patio and bar area was a highlight and we enjoyed a couple of afternoons up here watching the sun set and the lights turn on at the Acropolis. The prices of the bar were inexpensive and they had a good variety of options. There was a sitting room that had tea and coffee midday and they kept it open in the evening so we were able to sit together and talk. They had laundry service, baggage storage and could help arrange tours or car hires as well at the front desk with their friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast at this hotel was very good for the price. They had something for everyone and lots of place to sit. Highlights for us were the Greek yoghurt and the spinach and feta stuffed pastries. They also had mini sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, breads, baklava, croissants, dried fruits, fresh fruits, juices and a coffee machine. We looked forward to breakfast each morning. The hotel provided a good base for exploring and was centrally located. We would say if you're looking to save money and have a good breakfast to start your day in Athens this hotel is a good choice.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

Superbe hôtel dans un excellent emplacement, à proximité des arrêts de bus à arrêts multiples et d'autres attractions. Le toit est fabuleux, avec de superbes vues et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment varié et délicieux. Le champagne de bienvenue à l'arrivée était une touche vraiment accueillante. J'ai pu m'enregistrer tôt et partir tard, ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié. Je réserverais à 100 % cet hôtel pour mon prochain séjour à Athènes

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du quartier de Seafront Lifestyle Hotel, à proximité de la mer, avec une vue magnifique et un accès facile à la plage. Les chambres sont modernes, propres et soigneusement conçues, avec une atmosphère relaxante. Le petit déjeuner était frais, délicieux et présentait des goûts locaux. Les installations étaient bien entretenues, et la vibe globale de l'hôtel était élégante mais confortable.

L'emplacement est idéal, simple et propre. L'accueil était sympathique et le petit-déjeuner correct. L'eau chaude était abondante et la chambre n'était pas froide. Veuillez noter que la chambre simple est assez grande et ne contient qu'un lit. Le lit était confortable, mais la couverture et les draps pourraient surprendre les Coréens.

The hotel reception is spacious by Europe standards. Checkin was seamless however we had to pay for taxes at the time of checkin. Took a little while to work out the lift as the doors don’t open automatically. You had to manually open the front door to get into a reasonable small lift that catered for 2 people and 2 luggage. It reminded me of an old school type lifts seen in movies. Rather cool. Rooms looked newly renovated and modern. Pod Coffee machine with illy pods, desk, a single chair and a wall hung tv. With this said, we had a room facing the road and whether the windows didn’t close properly or the windows were very thin with no sound proofing, but the noise from the road was bad. We were on the 5th floor and every car that went by, we heard. The heavier vehicles were worse. Does not work especially if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was average with comparison to many other hotels around the world however I would say quite sufficient by European standards. Precooked eggs, scrambled, boiled and sunny side up, basic cereal and fruit selection and bakery was a bit dry. Omelette made on order. Staff in restaurant were excellent and extremely helpful. Location was excellent for this hotel as it was walking distance from buses and train, restaurants and some markets. Communications with its reservations team was shocking. Even after 6 emails with regard to a future booking, I did not get a single reply. Eventually met the hotel manager and had the issue resolved so a big thanks to Ms. Maria. Overall, comfortable apart from the road noise. Would I book again, will not be my default hotel so I may be looking at other hotels but would not rule it out completely.
