C'est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Il est situé près du centre-ville. De plus, il offre la plus belle vue de tous les complexes hôteliers de Sumur Tiga. Le personnel est également sympathique et serviable. 😊 Il faut saluer la réceptionniste. Elle a vraiment fait un excellent travail pour servir tous les clients. Remarque : (Choisissez le bungalow avec vue sur la mer ou le bungalow en bord de mer) Si vous souhaitez la meilleure vue, il est préférable de renoncer à une chambre sans climatisation. En revanche, si vous tenez absolument à une chambre climatisée, il est préférable de renoncer à cette vue exceptionnelle.

L'hôtel Parkside Alhambra est l'une des premières options pour un séjour en plein centre de Banda Aceh. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, propres et confortables. L'hôtel est situé à proximité des restaurants et des magasins de ventes, la route Syafiattudin avec de nombreux magasins de souvenirs et le café local (Gayo) est juste à l'autre côté de l'entourage. Le Raya Baitul Rahman Masjid est à pied. Il est très confortable et confortable.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

A well-located hotel in central Banda Aceh well within walking distance of the mosque. Excellent service and the restaurant has a good selection of food. The buffet breakfast has a lot of nice traditional Indonesia dishes. Would definitely stay again!

Je n'ai pas aimé l'hôtel. Tout d'abord, nous avons réservé une chambre avec terrasse ou balcon, ils n'étaient pas disponibles. Deuxièmement, c’est inconfortable. Et troisièmement, sur la photo, tout est plus grand et plus confortable qu'en réalité. Odeur de moisi et serviettes non absorbantes. Seul le staff, qui compte cinq points, sauve la situation. Tous les problèmes ont été résolus rapidement et facilement, mais avec l'anglais, c'était assez difficile, le traducteur a sauvé la mise.
