Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

This hotel is pretty close to Baiturrahman, a short walking distance. The hotel room is very basic. There is no elevator in this hotel and we have to climb the stairs but we are lucky that we got a room on the first floor. The staff also helped us with our bags, so there was no problem.

A la suite de la visite de la ville, vous pourrez vous aider à trouver un aéroport de la ville. Le vol est vendredi soir, l'hôtel nous permet de sortir le feu jusqu'à la prière de jumaat.

It was worth the price. However, the blanket had stains, and the bidet sprayer was not working properly (water flows very slowly, despite our trying to check the valve). The breakfast was simple, but it was really good for the price. I will definitely come again.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

Il est un hôtel de type boutique moderne et très utile.Personnel de bureau et titres.Le récepteur m'aide à trouver un transfert aéroport pendant une heure de vieux temps.La sécurité m'aide avec les bagages.Et un café sur le toit.Grand cri à leur.
