It’s actually a turn of fate that is leading me to write this kind of a review. I was going to give this place a 5 star review until a phone call disturbed my spa session at their extraordinary JIVA. I can’t give beyond 2.5 now. First the good things: 1. The newly renovated Paranda serves very good Punjabi food. 2. JIVA spa here is the best I’ve been to in India especially because the therapist (Lha) knew what she was doing. Give her a raise! 3. Stunning view from both my rooms. 4. Gurleen at reception is FABULOUS and the check in process was smooth. She also accommodated my requests. 5. It’s a GREAT hotel all in all. BUT 1. After checking out from one of the rooms (other one was occupied by teen daughter and her 2 friends. This was birthday staycation cum party), I had to go for my spa session. All bills were settled. The caller from reception asks me to come over because “we swiped your card for X amount when you checked out but money didn’t come to us. We need to see the proof.” 2. When My daughter and her friends checked out (I was still in the spa) she was told the same. Fortunately, she had my handbag with my cards AND the CC receipt I had saved. I usually never ask for the customer copy but I’m SO GLAD THAT I DID THIS TIME. 3. Now, nowhere in the world will you ask to give a proof for the payment already made and embarrass your patron. The reception staff did it TWICE. 4. When I raised it at the time of leaving the hotel, not even a sincere apology was extended. Only, “we’ll try to figure out why this was done”. 5. Minor irritants that I could have ignored but am unwilling to do so now: there was absolutely NOTHING in the minibar. Not even a can of soda. Heck, I had to call the room service to get the glasses. No fruit/snack/nuts/cookies. Yes, sometimes people like a quick munch—especially to take medicines—and can’t wait for room service. Yes, we can happily pay for minibar contents. 6. The fridge in my room wasn’t working. When I checked out, I took the Coke can that I ordered last night ***** to the poolside while I awaited my spa appointment. The beverage was warm and I requested for ice. I was asked if the can was bought in-house before they provided service. Whoa! If you are reading this, Taj Surajkund guys, please check my room service bill. 7. And this takes the cake—on the drive back home the girls (14, 15 and 16) told me that someone knocked at their door multiple times during the night. When they looked through the magic eye, they saw an eye staring back. They got scared as hell but didn’t wake me up because they know I sleep early. Each time the knock happened, they’d get into a huddle and clutch a glass bottle each in case a break-in happened. They were scared to call the reception because they probably didn’t want nuisance on a hard-earned pajama afterparty. Maybe it was a badly behaved guest who was pulling this prank…they thought. Again, I could have let this slide but not now…this is not what one expects in India’s oldest hotel chains. So, what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing, and uplifting staycation turned into something of a bitter aftertaste. And after having spent A LOT OF MONEY for just one night staycation, I am forced to leave this review here.

Good clean rooms, quiet and plesent stay, with all amenities. Staff is also friendly, smooth checkin process and you can order food from outside also like zomato.

The hotel is clean and well facilitated with great food! It takes a little bit from the center of Gurgaon but the quality except for the staff is great. Gym and pool are good to use. The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff.

Taj Gurugram se sent comme mon deuxième foyer en Inde. Je reste ici pendant au moins 10-15 jours tous les six mois et profite toujours du service et de l'hospitalité exceptionnels que cet hôtel offre. Ils font tout leur possible pour assurer un séjour confortable et sûr, ce qui est particulièrement important lorsque vous voyagez en solitaire. Le service de garde-fous de la maison, qui a pris soin de ma chambre et la gardé en excellent état tout au long de mon séjour, a fait une mention spéciale à Ritesh.

Nous avons fait une visite de deux jours à Kurukshetra et nous avons séjourné ici. Notre séjour dans cet hôtel était excellent! les chambres, lavabo étaient vraiment confortables, bien équipées, propres et avec toutes les installations. Le personnel était très utile et respectable! la nourriture était également très bonne. Le petit déjeuner était plein de choses et très bon ! Le parking était très confortable ! un grand espace juste devant l'hôtel. Il est très bon pour vous, mais vous n'avez pas besoin de vous amuser.

뉴텔리 공항 T1 에서 약 40분 거리에 위치하고있음. 뉴텔리 공항에서 일반 택시 이용은 거의 불가능 함, Uber 앱이 없으면, 일반 택시 타는 곳에서 무한정 시간을 허비 할 수 있음. 택시 타는 곳이라고 안내해준 곳에서 잘 살펴보면 인도 사람이 조그만 카운테에서 조금만 메모지를 받고 대기 중인 차량으로 가서 탑승 하는 것을 볼 수 있는데 그곳에가서 목적지를 말하면 요금을 지불하고, 영수증 겸 택시 탑승 번호가 적힌 페이퍼를 줌. 단, 우버로 300~500 루피 정도로 갈 수 있는 것을 나는 써비스 센터에 800 루피를 지불했음. * 예약한 숙소에서 뉴텔리 공항 T3로 올 때 소형 차량은 약 250 루피 정도, 중형은 520 루피 정도 요금 였음. 예약한 이 숙소 근처에 큰 공사가 진행 중으로 비가 오니까 완전 진흙 탕 거리 였고 주위에 딱 소형 마트가 하나 있는데 물과일과 우유, 캅 라면(한국 것, 매우 오랜 됨) 등을 구입 가능하고 빵은 개인적 소견으로는 한국인 맛에는 전혀 맞지 않았음. 비추천 함. 룸 안에는 인도의 아주 아주 조그만 검은 모기가 많아서 반드시 모기 향을 소지 하길 조언 함. *인도 여행시 필 수 품. 숙소 주변에 갈 수 있는 카페 등이 전혀없어 2박 동안 룸 안에 있다 그대로 공항으로 이동했음. 숙소 예약시 조식 포함은 신중 함을 조언 함. 완전 인도 식사로, 가능한 우

Nice place to stay, location was slightly further away from centre but it was near to my business location. Food was absolutely amazing with good selection, services are very good as well. Rooftop bar was also very nice and prices are reasonable.
