Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Had a comfortable stay. Lovely staff, good location. Amazing view of the Race course. Lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Horse Race.

Il était difficile de comprendre ce que dit le personnel. Ils semblaient toujours impatients même quand ils essayaient d'aider. Il semblait que notre chambre n'était pas ce que nous réservions, mais nous n'avons pas soulevé avec le personnel, car il était difficile de communiquer en anglais. on roof top and they did not fill water in cooler we had to ask them twice then they did it after an hour. Also our sound and decoration guy had a tuff time getting his things in as their service lift had lot of issues and would not work sometimes. But the food was good over most of the time so kudos for that. Also last thing it’s like a mesh some lift only goes to 1st floor we can’t go via stairs. Also one side stairs will go to 5th floor other side won’t not very friendly.

The property is located in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Swimming pool was also well maintained. Buffet breakfast was awesome and most importantly hospitality was amazing. Overall great expereince.
