バンガロール(ケンペゴウダ)国際空港からタクシーで10分程度。キレイで明るい雰囲気のホテル。周りにはレストラン、薬局、スィーツ屋、ファストフードがありとても便利。ホテル両側に新しい建物が建つのか工事中で日中はかなり重機の騒音、また目の前が空港〜市内間を結ぶハイウェイなのでこちらも車の騒音やクラクション(インドの車はとにかくクラクションを鳴らしながら走る)がやかましい。気になる人は部屋がどちら向きなのかチェックイン時に確認のこと。ハイウェイ反対側は緑豊かな住宅街。私は7階で工事中と住宅街が半分ずつの角部屋だったので何とか耐えられた。

I recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light.
The staff at the hotel were a highlight, always engaging and ready to assist, which made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. Their helpfulness and friendliness added a personal touch that I appreciated.
One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done.
The hotel's location is another big plus, conveniently situated and easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to business meetings.
Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling. The combination of helpful staff, great co-working space, and convenient location makes it a strong contender. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangalore.

여자 혼자라 좀 걱정했는데 동네는 좀 외지지만 밝은 곳에 있어서 우버 타고 다니면 전혀 문제 없었습니다!

IInvitéI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

AAbhi VermaI am extremely concerned and disappointed with my recent stay. I found hair in my food, which was very upsetting. Additionally, my room was not hygienic—hair was found on the bedsheet and on the floor. This reflects poorly on the cleaning department.
I have always preferred staying at Oberoi because it has consistently been welcoming and maintained high standards. Unfortunately, this experience shows a noticeable decline in quality, which makes me hesitant and worried about returning in the future.

Tout le monde était gentil et gentil. Le spécialiste Harish nous a donné un excellent discours sur les Kodava (les peuples locaux) et sur les éléphants. Nous avons séjourné dans des immobiliers innombrables de Mariott dans le monde entier et c'était la première fois que quelqu'un nous a essayé de vendre une chambre mise à niveau que je me suis sentie erronée en raison de notre confort dans notre chambre réservée. Si vous voulez mettre à jour, vous devriez le faire comme complimentaire sinon ne essayez pas de voir quelque chose sur un prétexte fausse, car ils ont dit que nous ne serions peut-être pas confortables dans notre réservation existante. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le restaurant a également un traitement et un design de bienvenue spécial dans notre chambre.

IInvitéThe hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.

Notre première fois en Inde, et quelle étonnante séjour à l'hôtel Chancery!
J'ai séjourné ici avec un groupe de 6 étudiants, et dès notre arrivée, nous avons été traités avec une hospitalité de classe supérieure. Le personnel nous a accueillis avec des sourires, des portes ouvertes, aidés avec nos bagages, et a personnellement fourni tout droit à nos portes de chambre vraiment impressionnant service depuis le début jusqu'à la fin.
Les chambres sont calmes, propres et super confortables.
Le petit déjeuner était une autre évidence! Une large sélection d'options alimentaires indiennes et japonaises aussi une telle surprise agréable et absolument délicieuse.
Il y a aussi une salle de sport à l'hôtel, parfaite pour brûler de tous les bons aliments 😂💪.
La location-wise, il n'arrive pas mieux que ça. MG Road est à pied, avec beaucoup de restaurants, boutiques et centres de commerce à proximité.
Globalement, l'hôtel Chancery est fiable, très précieux pour l'argent et très recommandé.
Un grand cri à tous les membres du personnel de l'entrée, du bureau frontal, du restaurant, à la garde de maison chacun d'entre vous était ami, professionnel, et toujours souriant 👍👏.
Gestionnaire, vous avez vraiment une équipe merveilleuse... ils méritent une augmentation! 😄
