Hyatt est le meilleur hôtel de Ludhiana. L'emplacement est très bon. Il est adjacent à un centre commercial et ne peut pas s'adapter à la cuisine indienne. Vous pouvez aller dans ce centre commercial pour manger KPF ou McDonald's. Eh bien, y compris le personnel de sécurité à l'entrée est poli. Nous avons loué une voiture de l'hôtel à l'aéroport et le responsable du hall était toujours avec nous devant la porte jusqu'à l'arrivée de la voiture, et nous avons également délibérément apporté des bouteilles d'eau minérale. gratitude sincère. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

The location is good, the room sizes are pretty good too. But thats the only good part.
The room feels very odd, the beds, pillows, all furniture is discomforting.
The TV is miniature sized.
Overall, they could have done so much better with the service as well as room interiors for a much pleasant stay.

It was a beautiful experience at the Taj Swarna, Staff were pleasant upon arrival - quickly checked in and directed to the lift. Staff were presentable and approachable. Taj Swarna has all the required amenities for a nice stay, it is only outdated with furnishing. Location is very close to a mall within 3 mins of walking. Room service was good - a little bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was good.

The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

J'ai eu un séjour fantastique à Regenta Place Amritsar, où le service exceptionnel et la situation principale ont fait la différence. Le personnel a réellement montré qu'ils étaient incroyablement utiles et agréables, allant au-dessus et au-delà pour assurer une expérience aisée, de l' entrée rapide sans problème à la prise en charge rapide de toutes les besoins qui se sont produits . Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, offrent un repos relaxant après un jour de visite, et le restaurant sur place a servi de délicieux repas avec une grande variété d'options . Le centre de l'hôtel est situé à proximité du Temple d'Or et d'autres attractions clés qui ont fait que la ville se trouve sans effort.

A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms with quality toiletries. Bedding was very comfortable. Service was excellent on all departments, food and breakfast was great

IInvitéOurs was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

Cleanliness of the hotel is very well-maintained
All of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially when providing advise and guidance on planning the itinerary of the day
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back here when we do visit Amritsar again in the future

IInvitéI reached the destination using maps. It's location is on the main road to airport. Very easy to access. It is newly launched only less than one year of operation. Building, rooms are well maintained, staff is very cooperative. But due to non availability of dormitry, the driver have to stay outside the hotel. This service must be started.
