SSinitaChopraOur stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional.
A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

SSukhvinder KaurEnjoyed my stay at Ramada. Service was great and the rooms were comfortable. Chose the hotel as it was near the Golden Temple making it very convenient to visit the holy place.
Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

IInvitéNew, modern property close by the airport, stayed here to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding and escape the hectic ”chowks” of amritsar. Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms with quality toiletries. Bedding was very comfortable. Service was excellent on all departments, food and breakfast was great

IInvitéOurs was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

IInvitéITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too!
Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

IInvitéLocation is very good and in close proximity to the golden temple. Property was clean and staff was very cordial. Only part where they could improve is with respect to food. The food was tasteless and they don’t have a 24 hr kitchen which is little problematic for tourists who get up early in morning for the darshan. Having mcdonald’s adjacent to this property works in their favour.

VVk ravendara kumara GounderJe voudrais remercier sincèrement M. Sandeep pour son excellente aide dans l'organisation de notre voyage et une appréciation particulière à M. Harman, notre chauffeur de limon, qui nous a pris très soin pendant les trois jours. Son dévouement, son hospitalité et sa passion pour son travail étaient vraiment louables.
Il y a quelques points que je voudrais souligner pour l'amélioration. Cela a peut-être été une surveillance, mais j'espère que l'équipe pourra s'assurer que ces détails seront bien pris en charge pour les futurs clients, quelle que soit la date de rentrée.
L'expérience du petit déjeuner était globalement bonne, avec un service attentif, ce qui a dit que la variété et le goût de la nourriture pouvaient être encore améliorés. De même, au restaurant chinois, alors que la nourriture était satisfaisante, le goût et la taille de la portion laissaient un espace pour l'amélioration.
Sur le côté positif, la salle était confortable et bien entretenue, répondant à nos attentes.
Globalement, nous avons eu un séjour agréable, et avec quelques refinements, l'expérience pourrait être encore plus exceptionnel dans le vrai style Taj.

NNSPNKL'hôtel est situé dans un endroit stratégique, j'ai eu un check-in tardif et c'était un peu inconvenant, puisque le concierge se réfrigère sur le canapé jusqu'à ce que je devais les appeler. J'ai aussi appelé deux fois le concierge pour m'aider avec des bagages, mais personne ne répondait au téléphone pendant 4-5 fois, et quand personne ne répondait, personne ne vient vraiment m'aider jusqu'à ce que je descendais et les informe à nouveau.

From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is.
Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife.
The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff.
Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.
