La location est bonne. Le comportement du personnel est très professionnel, ils organisent tout ce dont nous avons besoin, même dans un très court délai.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

Nous avons été impressionnés par les installations, mais malheureusement très déçus parce que nous avons oublié un objet et que le personnel nous a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le trouver, ce qui n'était pas vrai.

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

The hotel is good and clean . Staff is very helpful , Fiza in the dining area is very prompt and takes care of the dining requirements. Would love to come back to the place when visiting next time.

La cote cinq étoiles en Inde est presque la même que la cote trois étoiles en Chine, mais elle est plus acceptable en Inde.

Food was good, staff was courteous, rooms were very clean. It was a very good experience. The buffet they serve is also very good. Can be recommended to ocd individuals.

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.

Thats why if you have noticed I came back to stay the same hotel because I really enjoyed very much. I forgot to mentioned the gym its was amazing good 5 stars and everything in this hotel really breath taking

Amazing stay! Excellent staff, always ready to help definitely made our stay very warm and comfortable  Breakfast had a good selection of food Freshly made paratha, masala omelette, puri and many of other dishes.  Hotel was clean  Thank you for a wonderful stay and big thank you to all the staff!
