Hotel was quite nice. We had a superior room which was fine. Room keeping daily which was fine too. We booked included breakfast and diner. Food was fine but overpriced. Location is in construction area so expect some construction sound. Staff is very kind. Would recommend!

The location is prime. You just have to ask about laxman jhula stand (or ask google map to show you the path. The property is amazing with plants and rustic look. The owners and the helpers are good but you will love martha and chi a (two rescued dogs. The people i met were amazing. So yeah, go for it.

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

Visited this hotel in April 2025, kind of new property only 1 year old, so it was neat and clean. Pros - Neat and clean, one of the big property in Rishikesh, many rooms. CONS - 5 kms outside from city center, Breakfast service is terrible, also food taste is also not good at all, Hot milk kept at buffet was spoil and they changed post we pointed out. pricing is high as property doesn’t look like 4 star.

A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors.

The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay.

I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

NNitinGargCAThe location of the property is excellent — you can reach Laxman Jhula within 5 minutes by walking, which makes it very convenient. The serving staff was also polite and helpful.
However, we faced a couple of issues during our stay.
Five days before arrival, we had specifically checked with the hotel whether early check-in would be possible, and they confirmed that it would be arranged. Based on that assurance, we even planned to extend our stay for another day. However, when we reached the property, none of the staff initially acknowledged this confirmation. The person attending us said he would check with the staff and mentioned that otherwise we might need to pay extra for early check-in.
Later, when the manager arrived, he did acknowledge that the earlier conversation had happened but mentioned that no rooms were available, which was quite surprising given the prior confirmation. In the meantime, since Laxman Jhula was nearby, we went to the Ganga ghat and spent some time there, and eventually they arranged the room.
Another disappointing aspect was that outside food was strictly not allowed. They were even reluctant to provide cutlery for outside food, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Overall, while the location is great and staff is courteous, the communication regarding early check-in and the strict outside food policy affected our experience.

Le jour où je suis arrivé, je suis choquée, parce qu'il regardait descendre : la peinture sortant des murs de chambre, des murs et des sols en forme sur la salle de bain, des serviettes et des feuilles de lit en forme. Les hôtels les plus sérieux auraient été jetés. En fait, cet hôtel se sent plus comme un auberge (un auberge à la baisse). Je ne pouvais pas croire qu'il avait tellement de commentaires positifs sur Trip.com. Beaucoup de gens l'avaient donné dix! Crazy! Et très suspect! Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Les propriétaires devraient faire des investissements importants dans la rénovation. Enfin, je ne devrais pas oublier de mentionner que la chambre avait une fenêtre de porte, mais sans vue, sauf pour le mur de l'immeuble à côté de la porte. IInvitéWe stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter.
The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip.
We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

Nnawab36085We had a very comfortable stay at Auradoon in Dehradun. The hotel is nestled on the foothills of the mountain range, offering breathtaking views of the hills right from our room. The location is awesome — peaceful and scenic, though a bit farther from the main town. Dehradun city center is easily accessible by taxi or private car, which made exploring convenient.
The rooms were great and spacious, with beautiful front-facing views of the hills that made every morning special. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — everything felt fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They promptly attended to all our needs and made us feel truly welcome. Special mention to Chef Himanshu — he was very caring and personally offered us some of the tasty dishes he had prepared. The breakfast was varied and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients every day.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Dehradun with excellent service and great food. We'll definitely visit again!

My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating.
Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order. 
I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me. 
The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.

It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.

RRaviprakash KarcherlaAfter 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town.
And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean
and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at
the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have
stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits.
Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.
