Il soggiorno al Grand Hotel San Gemini è stato davvero molto piacevole. La struttura è ospitata in uno splendido palazzo storico, magnificamente valorizzato: al primo piano si trova una sala recentemente ristrutturata impreziosita da affreschi straordinari, che da soli valgono la visita e restituiscono tutto il fascino del luogo.
L’hotel si inserisce perfettamente nel contesto di San Gemini, borgo delizioso in provincia di Terni, noto per la sua eleganza discreta, la tranquillità e l’atmosfera autentica. Queste caratteristiche vengono esaltate dalla struttura, che riesce a coniugare storia, bellezza architettonica e comfort.
Nota di merito particolare per Origine, il ristorante dell’hotel, che è a tutti gli effetti una realtà gastronomica autonoma e di alto livello. Segnalato dalle principali guide, propone una cucina oggettivamente eccellente, curata nei dettagli, con una proposta culinaria di grande qualità e una cantina altrettanto notevole, ben pensata e ricercata.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza raffinata e rilassante, ideale per chi cerca un soggiorno di charme in un contesto storico di grande valore, accompagnato da una proposta gastronomica all’altezza delle migliori aspettative.

Pas de boîtes de chaussures, de thé, de café dans la chambre. Mais vous pouvez essayer de le demander. Assisi est un endroit précieux pour explorer - prendre le bus en achetant du magasin (tabaconiste?) 1.30 euros pour aller au sommet. Ensuite, explorer différents endroits en descendant.

Hotel molto pulito e accogliente, con ristorante interno. La colazione abbondante ma non troppa scelta salata. La cena al ristorante é stata un pó deludente, abbiamo speso 97,50€ in 2 (un tagliere di antipasto, 2 tagliate di carne, 2 contorni, 1 bicchiere di vino e 2 amari) ma eravamo ancora affamati! Le porzioni erano veramente piccole!

Les propriétaires sont toujours présents et disponibles, surtout la Madame Nada très confortable et très gentil. Chambre et salle de bain propre et avec tout ce qui est nécessaire. Petit-déjeuner discret.

Ottimo Hotel situato all’ingresso di Foligno. Posizione perfetta, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e nemmeno 1 minuto dal centro storico.
Per chi viaggia in macchina, la struttura possiede un garage sul retro dove poter parcheggiare l’auto.

Bon emplacement, avec un grand parking gratuit. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et spacieuses. Bon petit déjeuner, avec beaucoup de choix, service très attentionné. Excellent nettoyage, tant dans la chambre que dans les parties communes. Seul point fâcheux, le service au bar est à améliorer sans aucun doute.

An absolute gem in the middle of Italy. Spacious, nicely decorated and very cosy house and bedrooms with a lovely garden. Modern bathrooms. Lovely breakfast and very caring and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

L'espace habituel de l'hôtel est petit, la position est plus loin de la vieille ville d'Assisi, il faut 15 minutes à pied, l'hôtel dispose de trois bus par jour. Parking gratuit.

AAlexandraA decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in.
The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect.
Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

NNixaSet quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. The room fixtures are early 70s and there’s nothing super fancy here, but it is a charming and relaxing stay. The room is spacious but the bathroom is tiny and really needs an update. Breakfast was a nice spread but staff were not topping up anything and most items had run out by about 9:15am. The front patio is a relaxing space to sit and take in the pretty flower pots. Staff are lovely and this was a terrific last minute option to access Old Town Perugia.

IInvitéWhat an amazing experience we had at Borgo Petroro! From the moment we entered in the little hamlet we knew we were in for something special. The quiet location among olive trees makes it a good base to explore the region and the surrounding towns like Todi and Montefalco wineries. The room is beyond comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the facilities like the pool and the restaurant where we ate delicious food in the courtyard. Service is top notch! We especially loved the breakfast where local products are presented. Next time we are staying more than one night!

IInvitéL'hôtel donne l'impression d'être très luxueux et spécial. Il est en fait un hôtel de base propre et décent sans frills. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre supérieure est de base mais propre. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, principalement des pâtisseries et du café sans pouvoir commander une omélette même avec paiement.
La location est confortable et il est facile de poursuivre votre voyage. Ne vous attendez pas à ce que ce soit plus qu'un hôtel de base propre. À mon avis, un petit déjeuner limité devrait être meilleur.

It must have been a mansion before it is converted into a hotel. It sure feels homey. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The 24-hour receptionists are warm and helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised as we were not expecting much. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here should we visit Umbria again.

The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects.
Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

IInvitéCute and cosy apartment, accessible by walking from the bus that stops at the duomo. From the train station, will need to take the funicular and then the bus to the duomo, and then walk to reach the apartment. There will be a fee for check in after a certain timing (I think 8pm?) unfortunately for us the funicular was on strike the evening we arrived and we didn't know until we arrived at the station.

AAlessia89Situation en plein centre historique à quelques pas de l'église célèbre de Saint-Francesque, le personnel a été très gentil et très utile pour nous donner des conseils sur ce que vous visitez et où manger. Excellent petit déjeuner! Chambre très propre! Vous ne pouvez pas entrer dans le centre-ville avec la voiture mais il y a plusieurs parkings à prix payants disponibles ou je vous conseille un petit parking près de la porte San Jacomo.

CClaudiaBelle charpente. Personnel sympa. Prestations adéquates. Cependant, le parking extérieur est complet le samedi soir car les clients du restaurant ne peuvent pas se garer. De plus, à notre arrivée, la chambre était froide : à mon avis, si des clients arrivent, l'environnement doit être préparé pour qu'il soit confortable (et cela compte tenu également du standing de l'hôtel et des coûts relatifs). Très beau spa avec piscine chauffée, sauna et bain turc (payant).
