The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor.

C'est un hôtel très approprié pour des vacances. Descendez du train à Toba et sortez par la sortie 1. Nous attendrons l'hôtel pour attendre la petite navette (vous pouvez voir la photo pour les horaires de la navette.) Il est préférable de contacter l'hôtel à l'avance. Il faut quelques minutes pour rejoindre l'hôtel en voiture. Il y a 2 chaînes d'hôtels sur la petite péninsule. Très calme. Chaolu Pavilion est un hôtel de style japonais avec des chambres relativement grandes face à la baie et à la pelouse de l'hôtel. Le préposé à l'enregistrement a donné une introduction très détaillée. Il était judicieux de réserver le petit-déjeuner et le dîner car il n'y avait vraiment rien à manger à proximité de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient plutôt bons. Je suis allé à Pearl Island dans les environs. C'est à quelques pas. Il faut acheter des billets. Personnellement, je pense que c'est assez moyen, j'ai pris le train pour 2,3 arrêts jusqu'au sanctuaire d'Ise Jingu, ce qui était plutôt bien. J'aime beaucoup la source chaude extérieure. La source chaude extérieure est saupoudrée de poudre de perle et ma peau est éclatante après y avoir été trempée. Il y a du café gratuit dans le hall. C'est beau de s'asseoir et de prendre une tasse de café et de regarder. la mer.

If you wanted to fully enjoy the Suzuka Theme park and the rack track. It will be the best to stay here. Because you will need almost 2 full days to fully enjoy the whole thing. I stay in the duplex room with my daughter and my wife. We love it so much, the duplex room is spacious and rewewed, with a balcony as well. That can used by 6 people. The hotel had a direct access to the theme park so you can enjoy your breakfast then go straight into the park sharply! We've also ordered the breakfast and dinner package from trip.com with a nice price, they are both buffet served and food are much higher than my expectations, quality are very nice and wide range of variety you can choose, there is also a small corner for kid to grab their favourite food by themselves, they designed that buffet table lower for kids access. They also offer shashimi seafood rice don you can make your own choice, from tuna, scallop, mentaiko and salmon. We enjoyed a lot! The hotel also provide onsen you can use, there is one indoor and one outdoor onsen in the hotel spa facility, it looks very new and clean. It is not very big but also not crowd while we were there. However, the water temperature was not too hot like normal. I recommend this hotel for any family going to visit Suzuka theme park, it will be the best choice.

Le vent a été aussi impressionnant immaculatement maintenu, calmant, et le lieu parfait pour se dégager après un jour d'exploration. Le repas et le petit déjeuner kaki étaient exceptionnels. Chaque repas a montré la fraîcheur des aliments de mer et des ingrédients saisonniers, avec chaque cours présenté avec soin. Le plus grand intérêt est celui de la attention aux détails, et chaque membre du personnel est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour s'assurer que notre séjour est confortable, depuis le check-in sans soudure jusqu'au service réfléchi tout au long de notre visite. Vous pouvez vraiment sentir la fierté qu'ils prennent pour offrir une hospitalité exceptionnelle. Si vous cherchez une expérience de luxe ryokan avec de merveilleuses nourriture, des vues inoubliables et un service inoubliable, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato est absolument digne de la visite.

My stay at Shima Hantou in Shima City, Japan was a delightful experience. The location of the hotel is convenient, earning it a solid 4 out of 5 rating. Although it is a bit far from Ise City, it's easily accessible by car, with just a 1-hour journey. The hotel's cleanliness also deserves a commendable 4 out of 5 rating. As a traditional Japanese hotel, the exterior has a charming appeal. While the interior design may not be the most modern, it is still well-maintained and clean. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating for service. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a basic hot spring bath, which was a relaxing experience. However, it's worth noting that there is only one pool for bathing, and the absence of a cold water bath and sauna facilities somewhat limited the options. Therefore, I would rate the facilities as 4 out of 5. Overall, I highly recommend Shima Hantou for a pleasant stay in Shima City. The location, cleanliness, and exceptional service make it a great choice for travelers seeking a traditional Japanese hotel experience.

Les grandes fenêtres de notre chambre offraient une vue panoramique sur la baie, et le coucher de soleil était spectaculaire ! Nous avons savouré une luxueuse sélection de fruits de mer au dîner et au petit-déjeuner, un vrai délice. Nous avons également fait griller des guimauves dans le salon, joué au ping-pong et fait du yoga matinal ; nous avions donc de nombreuses activités à notre disposition. Le grand bain public était très agréable et l'eau était agréable, mais cela aurait été encore mieux avec un bain à eau libre. Le personnel de l'hôtel était également très sympathique et nous a offert un excellent service. Merci beaucoup !

Très convenable transport à Nagashima hotsprint Resort paradis de la station kuwana, avec un environnement relaxant et un bon personnel.

Deuxième Fairfield Inn de ce voyage sur Ise Road, il se trouve juste à bonne distance de la ville de Kumano. On se croirait dans un motel à l'américaine, mais il est aussi très pratique pour les randonneurs et très économique. C'est un nouvel hôtel avec chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. Il y a un salon de thé et un coin repas dans le hall de l'immeuble. Il y a un grand supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Il est très pratique d'acheter et de manger. Il y a aussi des restaurants de barbecue à proximité pour choisir Le service de la réception est très sympathique ! Si vous voyagez à Shingu et dans la ville de Kumano en voiture ou si vous avez le temps, vous pouvez choisir ici.

L'hôtel est très bon, il est très bon, il est très bon, il est très bon. La chambre nous a été un peu ”fatigue”, mais avec lichwa a été compensée par des petits-déjeuners/diners très délicieux (le petit-déjeuner était européen, le dîner - kayseki, dans les deux cas nourri ”sur le massacre”), ainsi qu'une vue parfaitement fantastique du balcon. )) Onsen est assez spacieux et agréable, il y a une sauna. Il n'y avait pas de rotenburo sur la rue, mais il y a une telle option. Il était grand pendant trois jours!

フロントの方はどなたも優しかった。 夕方に着いたが第一、第二駐車場は満車だったので横のマックスバリュの屋上に置いた。隣なので許容範囲。マックスバリュは24時間営業だし、その横はスギ薬局で買い物には困らない。ウェルカムドリンクも有難い。エアコンが部屋調節できないのは難点。3月で夜は寒かったので毛布を借りたが、冷房になっていたというオチだった。暖房に切りかえてくれたら暖かく問題なく過ごせた。 ホテル自体は年季があるが水回りはリフォームされていて綺麗。掃除も行き届いている。貸切浴場は入りたい時にフロントに電話して空いていたら入れると。古いローマ風で、一組終わるごとにマット交換されているので助かった。天井は隙間がないが隣の人の声が聞こえるので注意。 朝食はプレートでオカズが提供される。あとは味噌汁やご飯パンがセルフである。カレーや生*もある。一言いえば野菜があると嬉しい。 値段は安くコスパが良いホテルだと思った。
