I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day. The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free. While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience. That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

Good location, very friendly service staff ! but negative, the staff are very distrustful and keep running after you to ask you to pay, especially in the restaurant. like . Very unpleasant and a big change from last year. That's why we changed the hotel. Hotel staff are incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Parking is available and a must have when staying in San Miguel Allende. Breakfast from 9-11 included eggs cooked for you, not the usual you would have expected like cereal etc. The area is relatively quiet, we slept like babies. The location is an an easy and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel and the best way to travel back and forth from the city. Beautiful environment that lives up to its name, MANSION SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE!!!!

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and spacious room. Abundant of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar worked perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen. J'ai entendu une musique pendant un peu, mais il n'était pas tard. Le personnel de l'hôtel était sympathique et bienvenue.

C'est une grande combinaison de prix et de qualité. Nous aimerions: 1) très belles chambres pour un bon sommeil et 100% bruit gratuit malgré l'emplacement à côté de l'autoroute, 2) bonne eau chaude, qui peut être un problème dans le pays, mais pas dans cet hôtel, 3) petit déjeuner, qui n'est pas grand, Mais il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin (vérification des photos), 4) réception amicale. Seul le problème était un ascenseur dans l'hôtel (en fait les deux ascenseurs étaient un problème), qui n'a pas été résolu pendant notre séjour.

La chambre n'avait pas de pantalons, de services de thé à café - aucun des équipements habituels ou de base fournis par les hôtels. Le pire était la zone de douche. L'eau s'échappe à l'extérieur jusqu'au plancher. La zone de la salle de bains était enfoncée. Il n' y a pas d' eau chaude dans le bassin . Aucune fermeture n' a été trouvée pour le bassin . La salle de bains avait une fenêtre ouverte et n' était pas soutenue par un ventilateur .

Convenient for early flights at Guanajuato Airport. Free airport shuttle. Big comfortable room. Free washing machine for use by guests (12 peso for detergent). Not much nearby. * There are 2 Holiday Inn Express in Silao. * There are no buses from Guanajuato to BJX airport. Uber costs 400pesos. Take a bus to Silao(37 peso).

The hotel is good, the room is clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

This place is superb. A hidden location wirh private gates, parking, beautiful rooms so spacious. Staff very friendly. I loved that thwy used Dove bodywash and shampoo. The pool is beautiful and a bar with drinks and buffet breakfast. I would 100% return to this hotel. My children loved it 10/10

I was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.
