La réception est utile, même si nous sommes arrivés à 11 h, elle a aidé à stocker nos bagages SND a donné une explication complète.
A proximité de la station Sendai mais consciente de perdre la direction, assurez-vous de demander la direction locale avant de partir à l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et les femmes travaillant dans le cantine étaient professionnelles.
Calme-toi et dormi bien.
Beaucoup d'équipements ont été placés près de l'ascenseur à G/F.
Heureusement, ce jour était soigneusement heureux, en utilisant le bus Loople pour se rendre à travers mais le lendemain (4/Apr/2026

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Location is good just 10 minutes walk to Clis Road. Price is reasonable, and breakfast is good. There are Parking lots nearby, but a bit expensive.
Trip described this hotel opened in 2023. But this is definitely not a new hotel, bathroom smell bad and cleanliness need improvment.

We were to people during 3 nights.
The pictures are from after our stay, that’s why it’s a bit messy. It was very tidy and nice before we moved in for our stay.
It was quite close to the station and a lot of restaurants close by, and extremely close to the morning market as well, which was nice.
The room was very nice and clean. A little bit spacious as well. If you have a suitcase I think you maybe manage to open it somehow. We didn’t use any cleaning service. They also had a sign you could use if you didn’t want new towels (which I thought was good from the environmental perspective).
The people were nice and polite. The amenity was good as well. They had de basic stuff, which was good.
Overall we think we had a very nice stay at this hotel.

La chambre est assez grande pour changer même ma valise d'une valise brisée à une nouvelle. J'aime avoir des baskets de bambou pour me porter quelque chose à la valise. Il est très agréable d'avoir une saune, une valise intérieure, une valise extérieure et une valise froide. J'ai été heureux d'avoir une crème glacée après la messe et je peux avoir une petite boîte de brames gratuitement.

Le bâtiment est neuf et propre. La baignoire est spacieuse, vous pouvez donc vous dégourdir les jambes et vous tremper dans l'eau chaude.
L'emplacement est derrière la caméra Yodobashi, à quelques pas de la gare de Sendai. Il y a une station de métro sur la ligne Tozai à proximité, ce qui est pratique.
Les quartiers du centre-ville tels que Kokubuncho se trouvent de l'autre côté de la gare, mais ce n'est qu'à quelques minutes en taxi, ce n'est donc pas un problème.

Il est situé près de l'entrée du compartiment national, il y a beaucoup de magasins et de bars de nourriture. Il y a un centre commercial 々, un endroit très pratique pour les achats. Il est proche de la ligne de métro de la ligne est de la feuille de Qingjiang, et le transport est facile. Le magasin de confort est également près, je l'ai imprimé cette fois, mais c'est très pratique. Il y a une imprimante dans le bâtiment, je pense que la communication commerciale est très bonne.
Le petit déjeuner est plein de plats, je suis satisfait de l'odeur.

Globalement : Un séjour agréable et spacieux !
Nous avons eu un séjour très satisfaisant ici. La location est grande alors qu'elle n'est pas juste près de la gare JR, c'est une marche gérée 7–10 minutes même avec un pendule. Le personnel était incroyablement ami et nous faisait sentir bienvenus.
Le prix est très raisonnable. The only minor downsides were the lack of a closet (not much space to hange clothes) and the limited breakfast variety. Even so, we would definitely recommend it for the value and comfort!

IInvitéWe went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

권권형It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.
Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!
Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

IInvitéLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.

Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.
