A proximité de la station Sendai mais consciente de perdre la direction, assurez-vous de demander la direction locale avant de partir à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et les femmes travaillant dans le cantine étaient professionnelles. Calme-toi et dormi bien. Beaucoup d'équipements ont été placés près de l'ascenseur à G/F. Heureusement, ce jour était soigneusement heureux, en utilisant le bus Loople pour se rendre à travers mais le lendemain (4/Apr/2026 Malheureusement, il pleut et se froid à Matsshima

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Très bonne expérience d'hébergement 👍 Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour deux valises dans la chambre. La chambre dispose de lits jumeaux confortables pour dormir. Des machines à air et des sprays aromatiques sont fournis. Des articles de toilette sont disponibles dans le hall et même des peignoirs sont fournis. La salle de bain a une baignoire. Le service de check-in est très chaleureux, et vous pouvez également utiliser le check-out express au moment du départ (la carte de la chambre se perd dans la case de check-out de l'ascenseur) C'est dommage que je n'aie pas eu la possibilité de payer un supplément pour le petit-déjeuner cette fois, je l'essaierai certainement la prochaine fois que je resterai ici. Il est très proche de la gare arrière de la gare de Sendai et juste à côté de l'arrêt de bus Hanamaki. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés à proximité, ce qui en fait un quartier pratique.

Location is good just 10 minutes walk to Clis Road. Price is reasonable, and breakfast is good. There are Parking lots nearby, but a bit expensive. Trip described this hotel opened in 2023. But this is definitely not a new hotel, bathroom smell bad and cleanliness need improvment.

The hotel location is near the shopping mall and 5-10 minutes from the Sendai Station. However,I will not recommend this hotel If you have rented a car for your trip as the hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 shared car parks near the hotel and they are quite full on Sat and Sun.

Pleasant experience overall! The hotel was well-run with friendly staff and clean facilities. Convenient location and comfortable rooms. Good value for what we paid!

La chambre est assez grande pour changer même ma valise d'une valise brisée à une nouvelle. J'aime avoir des baskets de bambou pour me porter quelque chose à la valise. Il est très agréable d'avoir une saune, une valise intérieure, une valise extérieure et une valise froide. J'ai été heureux d'avoir une crème glacée après la messe et je peux avoir une petite boîte de brames gratuitement.

酒店在山坡上，但酒店提供巴士接送服務，讚！ 女湯內提供大毛巾供住客步行往露天溫泉，溫泉旁預備了篝火，增加氣氛；溫泉後可在女湯更衣室內享用按摩椅。美中不足的是在trip.com預定的一泊二食不可選擇晚餐內容，看着其他住客享受高級料理，心裡很羨慕。

The location is excellent, very close to the station. Right behind the hotel, there’s a morning market with a fish market and plenty of delicious local food to try. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. There’s also a beer market with beer on tap nearby, a famous grilled beef tongue restaurant right next door, and an izakaya just across from the hotel, making it very convenient for food and drinks.

Had another great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai. The location remains one of its strongest points—very close to Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city and connecting to transport. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and efficient use of space. Everything was in good working condition and thoughtfully arranged for a smooth stay. Staff were polite, professional, and quick during check-in and check-out, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The overall environment of the hotel is consistent and reliable, which makes it a great choice for repeat stays. Overall, a solid and dependable hotel in Sendai with excellent convenience and value. Highly recommended for both business and short leisure trips!
