Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Préfecture d'Ōita, Japon

The room and the Onsen were EXACTLY like those in the listing and were absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious and the range more than adequate. The location is good if you drive but is about 1km walk to Beppu Tower and a bit more from the night street. But I’d happily trade that for the spacious room and the wonderful sea and sunrise view.

Le hall est très design et spacieux. Le service et les chambres avec source chaude sont excellents. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare JR. La consigne à bagages après le départ est gratuite. Il y a du personnel étranger, donc la communication en anglais est facile.

Chambre parfaite vue mer, avec une vue panoramique sur le lever et le coucher du soleil. La riche organisation d'activités de l'hôtel offre de nombreux espaces interactifs dans l'hôtel. Délicieux petit-déjeuner et dîner kaiseki, excellent service et extrêmement rentable. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience de séjour parfaite et je pense qu’il mérite une note plus élevée.

What a blast I had here!!! I only stayed for one night and now I wish I had stayed longer. It was a Friday so Rio, the owner, organizes a night of games at the public gymnasium for teenagers (who although growing up already have the strength of super-powered samurais) and whoever else wants to participate. I haven't run and wake up with so many bruises since high school! It was really cool how everyone is quick to set the props for each game, we played 4 or 5 games in one hour!!!! It felt like a much longer time, everyone gave their best presence and participation all the time! It seems the other nights he takes everyone for a walk to see the stars, and Tuesdays there's also volleyball. Anyways, he is pretty proactive and creative , so I'm sure there's many variations and possibilities! The living room is very pretty, the sofas super comfortable and the view gorgeous! The bed was very hard :/ this was the only big issue for me. The onsen is so cozy, the water super smooth and instrumental music playing. Delicious! The conditioner smells great! I was a bit worried that they had too many rules, because when I contacted they informed about the need to leave the house everyday from 10 until 16. And that the eating time was very specific: 7:20 in the morning and 7 at night... So I was worried they would be too strict...but there's no need to join the food. I had breakfast and it felt like it would be at the communal dinning of beauxbatons, everyone sitting closeby with identical very beautifully presented meals that come in many quantity but small portions. It is not my jam, but for sure it is special! Some informations could be a bit more clear because they are a bit slow responding. For example they have a pick up time in front of the army at 6pm. I asked info for an amazing lady at the Art Center inside the station, Chika, and she called them. She ended up taking me herself and was the best company I could have found! She is an artist, we went to the supermarket and had great conversation! I recommend going to the art center to say hi to Chika! Lots of love, thank youuu Mountain Mamas!!!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. Because the location is super convenient. Very near to Oita Station. Same as other Dormy Inn, there is free noodles at night. I didn't have chance to try their noodles. Because there are so many good foods at Oita / Beppu.

The overall stay experience was excellent, and I would especially like to commend Li-Ying Wu (also known as Go Reiei) from Taiwan. From the very beginning of the check-in process, she demonstrated a professional attitude by thoroughly explaining all the hotel's facilities and services. She always wore a warm and welcoming smile, which truly reflected her dedication to her work and her respect for the guests. During my stay, my family had quite a few demanding and complicated requests, requiring frequent assistance from the staff. Throughout it all, Li-Ying patiently addressed every single question without showing any sign of impatience.

🌟 Première visite à Beppu et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Chaque détail du bâtiment est pensé avec soin : les petits espaces sont aménagés avec ingéniosité et charme, créant une atmosphère à la fois chaleureuse et élégante. L’accueil était chaleureux et les prestations de grande qualité. L’onsen privé (♨️) était absolument magnifique, superbement entretenu et un véritable point fort de notre voyage. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la gare, ce qui rend tout très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Very luxurious and spacious apartments, very good hot spring, open air on a roof, also you can get an apartment with two private same hot spring baths! Right in the centre of Kannawa hells course

L'hôtel nous a fait une excellente impression ; nous avons tout adoré. Dormir sur un tatami était particulièrement intéressant : c'était une première pour nous, et l'expérience était à la fois insolite et mémorable. Le personnel était aimable et attentionné, ce qui a contribué au confort de notre séjour. Les onsen étaient un atout majeur : l'hôtel en propose plusieurs types, rendant le séjour encore plus relaxant et immersif. En résumé, tout était excellent ; je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience nouvelle et s'immerger dans une ambiance japonaise traditionnelle.

We checked in on 15 Jan, 2026 and planned to stay at the hotel for a nite. When we arrived the railway station , we walked around for a while and got a taxi outside the railway station to the hotel without paying the fare. Probably the hotel had arranged with the taxi drivers in that area that they will pay the fare directly. The check-in procedure is easy and comfy. 2 staff lead us to our room 小樓球。It’s a very nice room with 2 private onsen. The spring water is nice and made our skin very smooth. The hotel had arranged enough drinks for us, 3 alcoholic and 3 nonalcoholic. We had our dinner at ard 7pm. The presentation of the good is very good & eye catching. However, the quality of the sashimi was not very fresh. Taste of the tuna was a bit fishy and it’s wet and found bloody water after picked it up from the dish😓. I don’t eat beef and the hotel changed the 5 pcs of wagu to 3pcs of eel which didn’t taste very well. Not sure whether they grill it or not. Also they changed the beef that served with rice to miso and I didn’t think it’s fair enough. The breakfast on the next morning was up to standard. Bread was fresh and hot. Egg and sausage were quite good. Overall, service is good but the standard of dinner made me disappointed as I had informed the hotel at least one week before check-in and I think they have ample of time to adjust the menu for me. I’ve been to some other hotspring hotels with same request of not eating beef. They had changed my menu to chicken, pork or seafood like fish or shrimp and provide the equivalent size of meat for replacement.
