Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Préfecture d'Ōita, Japon

The room and the Onsen were EXACTLY like those in the listing and were absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious and the range more than adequate. The location is good if you drive but is about 1km walk to Beppu Tower and a bit more from the night street. But I’d happily trade that for the spacious room and the wonderful sea and sunrise view.

Superbe hôtel, très design. Le service est excellent et le personnel est très professionnel. L'hôtel propose même des commandes tactiles via iPad. L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare JR. Le seul bémol est que les prix sont assez élevés le week-end et qu'ils fluctuent beaucoup.

Chambre parfaite vue mer, avec une vue panoramique sur le lever et le coucher du soleil. La riche organisation d'activités de l'hôtel offre de nombreux espaces interactifs dans l'hôtel. Délicieux petit-déjeuner et dîner kaiseki, excellent service et extrêmement rentable. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience de séjour parfaite et je pense qu’il mérite une note plus élevée.

What a blast I had here!!! I only stayed for one night and now I wish I had stayed longer. It was a Friday so Rio, the owner, organizes a night of games at the public gymnasium for teenagers (who although growing up already have the strength of super-powered samurais) and whoever else wants to participate. I haven't run and wake up with so many bruises since high school! It was really cool how everyone is quick to set the props for each game, we played 4 or 5 games in one hour!!!! It felt like a much longer time, everyone gave their best presence and participation all the time! It seems the other nights he takes everyone for a walk to see the stars, and Tuesdays there's also volleyball. Anyways, he is pretty proactive and creative , so I'm sure there's many variations and possibilities! The living room is very pretty, the sofas super comfortable and the view gorgeous! The bed was very hard :/ this was the only big issue for me. The onsen is so cozy, the water super smooth and instrumental music playing. Delicious! The conditioner smells great! I was a bit worried that they had too many rules, because when I contacted they informed about the need to leave the house everyday from 10 until 16. And that the eating time was very specific: 7:20 in the morning and 7 at night... So I was worried they would be too strict...but there's no need to join the food. I had breakfast and it felt like it would be at the communal dinning of beauxbatons, everyone sitting closeby with identical very beautifully presented meals that come in many quantity but small portions. It is not my jam, but for sure it is special! Some informations could be a bit more clear because they are a bit slow responding. For example they have a pick up time in front of the army at 6pm. I asked info for an amazing lady at the Art Center inside the station, Chika, and she called them. She ended up taking me herself and was the best company I could have found! She is an artist, we went to the supermarket and had great conversation! I recommend going to the art center to say hi to Chika! Lots of love, thank youuu Mountain Mamas!!!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. Because the location is super convenient. Very near to Oita Station. Same as other Dormy Inn, there is free noodles at night. I didn't have chance to try their noodles. Because there are so many good foods at Oita / Beppu.

La chambre était impeccablement propre et très spacieuse. Le style tatami japonais lui conférait un charme authentique. L'hôtel met à disposition une navette gratuite pour la gare JR. Des boissons et des petites collations gratuites sont proposées l'après-midi et après 21h. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable ; même lorsque les enfants couraient et renversaient de la nourriture, le personnel faisait preuve d'une patience exemplaire, sans la moindre plainte, et prenait même le temps de les réconforter. L'hôtel propose également des bains publics (onsen) gratuits au rez-de-chaussée, avec des bassins intérieurs et extérieurs. Juste en face de l'hôtel, on trouve un magasin Lawson. En sortant, à environ un kilomètre sur la droite, il y a un supermarché de fruits de mer et un restaurant de ramen. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner buffet de l'hôtel est très copieux et la salle du restaurant est vaste.

Appartenant au groupe hôtelier Dormy, cet établissement propose de nombreux équipements et services similaires, tels que des onsen (sources thermales), des fauteuils de massage, des rafraîchissements gratuits, un service de blanchisserie gratuit, des ramen servis tard le soir, et même des onsen privés. Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel est l'obligation d'enlever ses chaussures avant d'y entrer. Il faut les ranger dans les casiers prévus à cet effet, ce qui implique de les récupérer à chaque sortie et de recommencer la même procédure. Pour quelqu'un comme moi qui entre et sort de l'hôtel plusieurs fois par jour, c'est un véritable inconvénient. J'ai été surpris par le nombre de touristes qui arrivaient et partaient quotidiennement. Il n'est donc pas étonnant que le personnel de l'hôtel ne semble pas toujours très accueillant.

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were grateful for hotel shuttle service to the hotel as it saves us the trouble of climbing up slopes with our luggages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warm welcome of the staff with free drinks provided at the lounge. The Sora Room is well equipped with amenities and comes with the private onsen, for you to enjoy any time. Recommend to get the ice (outside room) for a cool ice coke after onsen. Definitely have to give the Japanese breakfast and Kaiseiki dinner a try. Every single dish is so delicious and palatable. The hotel is located at Kanawa, within walking distances to the popular attractions such as Hells of Beppu and Onsen Museum. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Beppu!

J'ai fait une réservation parce que j'aimais la salle des tatamis, mais l'odeur des tatamis était vraiment forte. La propreté n'était vraiment pas terrible. Vous pouvez utiliser le bain privé pour 5 000 won, mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé car j'étais seul. Le personnel est sympathique et l'emplacement est incroyable. La mer de Beppu se trouve juste au coin de la rue et l'arrêt de bus pour la ville est juste au coin de la rue.

We checked in on 15 Jan, 2026 and planned to stay at the hotel for a nite. When we arrived the railway station , we walked around for a while and got a taxi outside the railway station to the hotel without paying the fare. Probably the hotel had arranged with the taxi drivers in that area that they will pay the fare directly. The check-in procedure is easy and comfy. 2 staff lead us to our room 小樓球。It’s a very nice room with 2 private onsen. The spring water is nice and made our skin very smooth. The hotel had arranged enough drinks for us, 3 alcoholic and 3 nonalcoholic. We had our dinner at ard 7pm. The presentation of the good is very good & eye catching. However, the quality of the sashimi was not very fresh. Taste of the tuna was a bit fishy and it’s wet and found bloody water after picked it up from the dish😓. I don’t eat beef and the hotel changed the 5 pcs of wagu to 3pcs of eel which didn’t taste very well. Not sure whether they grill it or not. Also they changed the beef that served with rice to miso and I didn’t think it’s fair enough. The breakfast on the next morning was up to standard. Bread was fresh and hot. Egg and sausage were quite good. Overall, service is good but the standard of dinner made me disappointed as I had informed the hotel at least one week before check-in and I think they have ample of time to adjust the menu for me. I’ve been to some other hotspring hotels with same request of not eating beef. They had changed my menu to chicken, pork or seafood like fish or shrimp and provide the equivalent size of meat for replacement.
