La chambre était neuve et propre, avec une excellente insonorisation. Un plateau de collations nous attendait à notre arrivée. Le personnel chinois de la réception était très accueillant. L'emplacement était pratique et le petit-déjeuner chinois, varié et de bonne qualité. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été extrêmement satisfait ; séjourner dans un tel hôtel à Bichkek offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Hello, l'hôtel était bon, mais je suis arrivé tard à minuit et ils n'ont pas le service de concierge, personne ne m'a aidé à porter mes affaires quand j'avais un bébé et un grand bagage. Il était un peu déçu de la service et attendait plus pour ce niveau d'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était bon .

Location is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes. The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.

Les chambres sont agréables, confortables et propres. Le personnel est aimable et serviable ! Le petit-déjeuner dépend des horaires des cuisiniers, mais il est parfois délicieux, avec des viennoiseries fraîches, des plats chauds, des blinis et des syrniki. Parfois, il est moyen, avec des saucisses trop sèches en plat principal, des brioches Cinnabon qui traînent depuis trois jours (personne n'en prend, mais on continue d'en proposer), et les saucisses elles aussi ont quelques jours. En revanche, il y a toujours des fruits frais.

La chambre et le service étaient exceptionnellement bons, mais ce qui m'a vraiment dégagé était le petit déjeuner. Il y avait une variété incroyable d'options, et tout ce que j'ai essayé était très bon.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

A newly renovated hotel uses not really good construction materials. There is a cover maybe use for checking the water pipes next to the toilet in the bathroom. It is not completely attached to the wall, and you may see light from the opposite side, so the privacy is not very good. Also, elevator can only accommodate two people, not really convenient if you have too many luggage. If you go to the city center you need to take a taxi. The hotel is located at the end of an alley and please direct the driver to the alley. But their female staffs are really helpful and breakfast is delicious.
