This boutique hotel was conveniently located near the old town of Vilnius in rooms that were originally monk cells. The hotel is right next to the St. Theresa Church and the Gate of Dawn which are two interesting attractions to check out if you're in Vilnius. There are quite a few shops and restaurants nearby as well. We booked because the prices were very fair considering the location and we saw a review that said the parking was free. The parking is no longer free and costs 12 Euros a day which is still a decent price. A city tax of 2 euros per person per night was collected upon check in. The beds in the twin room we booked were very comfy and they had good pillows too. The room was very quiet and we got a good night's rest here. The room did not have AC but did have a radiator where you could control the dial. The room was a little stuffy but leaving the window opened solved this quickly. We appreciated the workspace, tea station and wardrobe in our room. The bathroom was nice too and had great shower pressure and a warming rack for towels. There is body wash and shampoo provided but the packets are a bit on the smaller side. It is important to note that you need to put the cleaning sign on the door in the morning or the room will not be cleaned. Cleaning included stocking up toiletries and changing towels. The breakfast was just a bit more when we booked and we enjoyed it. There were these apple stuffed crepe pancakes each day that were delicious and enough food to get the day started. The breakfast is set in a monk's dining hall and we felt that was pretty cool.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which made travel time longer and may not be convenient for travelers without a car. However, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is satisfactory to stay at this hotel given the price level.

. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, and I have no complaints about them. Unfortunately, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. It clearly needs renovation, especially in the rooms and facilities. The refrigerator in our room did not work at all, even though it was plugged in. The air conditioner leaked water directly onto the floor, and it only worked properly when set to 18 degrees Celsius. At any higher temperature, it leaked heavily. The dark brown walls made the room feel quite gloomy, and the bathroom looked outdated. Overall, the staff were excellent, but the hotel's condition and equipment were disappointing.

Les salles de piscine devraient être séparées, je pense, pour les enfants et les adultes. C'est agaçant de venir se détendre et d'entendre seulement les enfants crier, nager, etc. ; vraiment pas pour se détendre. Concernant le service en chambre : j'ai passé deux nuits et personne n'est venu vérifier, nettoyer ou remettre mes bouteilles d'eau, mon café, mon thé, etc. Si je vais à l'hôtel et que je paie plus de 100 euros par nuit, j'aimerais avoir des affaires dans la chambre et la salle de bain, car par exemple, je voyage partout dans le monde et je ne voyage donc pas avec beaucoup d'affaires, donc tous ces objets d'occasion devraient être inclus dans le service en chambre. Et s'il est indiqué « spa, piscines, espace détente », j'aimerais avoir un endroit calme et relaxant. Donc, pour moi, le prix d'une nuit dans cet hôtel devrait être de 30 euros maximum, car c'est actuellement très cher, ça n'en vaut vraiment pas la peine. À Vilnius, il existe des hôtels moins chers avec de meilleurs services, incluant tout cela.

Attention, le spa est payant et le prix est malheureusement vraiment outrageusement cher à notre avis ! D'après les photos, nous pensions qu'il serait là, surtout pour le prix d'un hôtel à Vilnius, c'est pourquoi nous avons effectivement réservé l'hôtel ! Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon ! Et les chambres sont correctes. Mais trop cher pour le package complet !

It's my first time to stay at holiday inn and I would say that it was a memorable experience. The location is near from the old town. Many restaurants, pub and grocery stores. Only from 5-10 mins walk. Public transportations like trains/buses are nearby. Easy to locate and find. The room was clean and spacious. Modern and useful. Comfy beds with fresh towels/linens. Fast check in/out. Staff attentive and professional specially ”Lina” she allowed me to check in early and helped me about my questions regarding where to goad etc. The breakfast was amazing! Many varieties and rich. Hotel amenities like gym, spa and toiletries are the only cons that I could say. Gym small but useful. I wasn't able to use the sauna because of short time/stay. While toiletries has no slippers, extra toohbrush/paste and etc. my overall experience was great. I will definitely come back here again and highly recommended!
