Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à État de Puebla, Mexique

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

La ubicación es excelente para conocer Zacatlan, todo esta muy cerca.

Tout était parfait, mais je les demandais toujours de mettre des bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires dans la chambre (( ils n'ont pas)) et une fois j'ai appelé la réception pour demander de l'eau qu'il dit (( nous sommes en train de courir de l'eau potable, vous devez acheter dans le magasin près 24/7)) Qu'est-ce qui vous prend ??? Pas d'eau ??? Est-ce que vous êtes sérieux ??

Precio calidad bien, ubicación muy céntrica a una cuadra del zócalo para moverte está genial , falta mejorar la atención desde el mostrador y tener cuidado con la limpieza había restos del huésped anterior , solicite un rollo y nunca llegó , si se puede mejorar la imagen de la TV. Pocos canales y no se ven bien

Très bonne position, mais la chambre qui nous a été donnée était un four, il n'y a qu'un ventilateur agréé entre le coffre-fort et le bureau, la salle de bains aussi très fermée quelque chose de dangereux quand vous partez, puisque l'eau passe un peu à la chambre, depuis que Nous sommes arrivés à la télé, nous avons signalé que la télévision n'avait pas de signal et qu'ils n'ont pas pu nous régler ou nous offrir une autre chambre, si vous le demandez seulement pour être fatigué et dormir, réveiller et sortir immédiatement est essentiel.

Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido. La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,. Sólo tengo un par de observaciones: - Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño - El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

This is an extension from our previous stay. We think this is one of the best hotels in Puebla for the price. The rooms are large with a partial kitchenette that has a small sink, fridge and microwave. The AC worked all the time and was cold and the water pressure along with hot water was consistent and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. All other amenities were a plus such as drinking water, coffee and coffee cooker. The hotel is in a great location that is walkable in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very easy to catch a taxi by the hotel. Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. We extended three times here during our stay in Puebla and while the Day of the Dead was going on. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Está en el centro de Puebla, con una ubicación estupenda para salir en las tardes y noches para caminar y admirar el centro histórico., a su alrededor hay varios lugares para conocer. La atención es excelente, la habitación cómoda y los baños amplios. Las reglas son claras., también hacen actividades turísticas guiadas con bastante información sobre los lugares más importantes y emblemáticos de Puebla.
