The hotel staffs are very nice and hospitable; however, restaurant service was not always up to standard. This hotel location is very good and it’s near by everything.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

This is an extension from our previous stay. We think this is one of the best hotels in Puebla for the price. The rooms are large with a partial kitchenette that has a small sink, fridge and microwave. The AC worked all the time and was cold and the water pressure along with hot water was consistent and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. All other amenities were a plus such as drinking water, coffee and coffee cooker. The hotel is in a great location that is walkable in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very easy to catch a taxi by the hotel. Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. We extended three times here during our stay in Puebla and while the Day of the Dead was going on. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean. On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

La chambre est plus vieille et la plus inacceptable est le service de l'hôtel. Je cherchais la réception de l'hôtel pour demander où il pourrait prendre une tasse d'eau chaude. Il m'aimerait dire sans raison que je suis retourné pour téléphoner au service de la chambre et que je suis allé à un agent d'hôtel nettoyant l'assainissement à la porte de la chambre, J'ai dit que ma chambre avait besoin de deux bouteilles d'eau, et il m'a fait attendre, et il n'a pas été livré à personne.

Depuis l'arrivée ... un cauchemar complet, j'ai fait ma réservation et prépayé en ligne avec Trip et j'ai été dit par le personnel de l'hôtel qu'ils n'avaient pas de registre du paiement et qu'ils ne m'ont pas autorisé à entrer, jusqu'à ce que je l'ai appelé et après 1 heure ils m'ont permis de entrer. Je voulais aussi commander le service de la chambre, il n'y avait pas de menus et leur service en ligne n'était pas en service... les chambres sont un peu vieilles et leur ac n'était pas en service surpris... Il y a beaucoup d'options à Puebla ... ne vous dérangez pas de rester ici c'est très surestimé....

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻dans ma expérience la réception n'était pas bonne, la fille au bureau frontal était inamicale, vous devez faire votre propre check-in (scanning a QR) et la dame ne vous donne que la carte clé 🛏️La chambre est très aubergine, pas cozy, semble vieille; mais le lit est confortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Le parking est OK mais n'est pas seulement pour les clients de l'hôtel, ce qui vous fait sentir un peu insécurisé.

📍The location is really good, same area for a big commercial area: restaurants, bars, stores, gym… 🅿️The parking lot is shared with the mall, don’t forget to ask the reception desk to validate your parking ticket. 👩🏻💻The lady from the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🛏️ The room has the basic equipment, the bed is really comfortable and they offer 2 kinds of pillows: soft and middle hard 🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.

Service was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty! The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless. It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city. I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
