Séjourner au Radisson Gdansk n'était pas seulement un voyage, c'était une expérience. Dès notre arrivée dans le hall paisible aux senteurs de yuzu et de cèdre, nous avons été plongés dans l'élégance et le raffinement. Notre suite donnait sur un canal. Le dîner Michelin de l'hôtel était inoubliable, tout comme l'expérience du spa onsen traditionnel. Le service était intuitif, discret et véritablement exceptionnel. Chaque membre du personnel nous a traités non pas comme des invités, mais comme des visiteurs d'honneur. Cet hôtel est bien plus qu'un hôtel de luxe : l'hospitalité y est un art. Chaque centime en vaut la peine.

Excellent hôtel, tant pour ses équipements (salle de sport, laverie et espaces de détente) que pour son emplacement, à mi-chemin entre le centre de Gdańsk et Sopot. Il est également tout près de deux centres commerciaux et d'une gare desservie par de nombreuses lignes. Malheureusement, nous avons rencontré un problème majeur : l'hôtel nous avait réservé une chambre pour une personne, alors que nous étions deux. Ils nous ont proposé une chambre supplémentaire, les chambres doubles étant complètes, mais cela reste une erreur d'organisation assez grave.

The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating. At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise. The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

C'est un spectacle de la vie, mais il est très agréable de se rendre à l'hôtel. Il nous a aidé à organiser une chambre avec un canapé Le lit était déjà fait quand nous avons vérifié dans et il nous a également donné beaucoup de conseils pour visiter Gdask. L'équipe a préparé un petit déjeuner pour nous, et nous l'appréciions. La chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bains se sentait très nouvelle, et il n'y avait pas de dégoûts. L'hôtel est à environ 20-minute taxi à Sopot, à la vieille ville et à l'aéroport. Je vous recommanderais de vous assurer que vous vous éloignez des zones touristiques encombrées tout en vous plaisantant à votre séjour confortable et à votre excellent petit déjeuner.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. À 2 minutes à pied de la rue principale et de nombreux bars et restaurants dans la même rue. Les chambres sont très modernes et spacieuses. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent, tout ce que l'on peut attendre. De plus, c'est un hôtel très sûr et un bon endroit où séjourner pour quelques nuits.

L'hôtel est très bien, propre avec un bon petit déjeuner et surtout juste devant une arrêt de bus qui vous emmène au centre en 8 minutes

Amazing hotel right in the heart of the Old City. Everything is just around the corner. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar (and amazing cocktails, too). We have experienced impeccable service, I am very impressed with how friendly and attentive everyone has been. Our room (accommodating family of 3) was very spacious and so clean, everything was new. You can select your pillows if you like and get extra toiletry items from the reception. I would absolutely come back as this was truly a great one night stay!

The Scandic Hotel ~ Location, Staffs, Room Cleanness & Room’s view = What can I say, One Word ~ Perfect:) Just 3 slow walk through the Gdansk Clowny (Train) Station underground/underpass. The hotel is exactly located when you walk out from the underground stairs. 15mins walking distance to the main Town Hall & all the landmarks of Gdansk. You can choose to book Bolt or Uber. Very reasonable price if you are lazy to walk especially during Winter Season. But I choose to walk cause you’ll non stop snapping for pictures along the way. Gdansk in White is in another World man..loved it. Highly recommend Scandic Gdansk hotel to anyone. Cheers :)

Приятные новые апартаменты. Бронирование, регистрация и выезд все автоматически. Очень удобно. Вкусный и сытный завтрак доставили в номер. Отель рекомендую. Если кому-то принципиально, в нашем номере не было телевизора. Пожелание к хозяевам отеля: в душевой установить стопор для дверки, пока ее не разбили.

This has been the perfect Airport Hotel. Approximately 400m from the terminal - we couldn't ask for closer! The room was cool, clean and comfortable with solid blackout curtains and steady water pressure. Most importantly, when our flight was canceled and we had to wait the staff here went above and beyond in understanding our tiredness and travelers needs. We got our room back and caught up on precious sleep and then while we futher waited on our flight, we were welcome to enjoy the hotels most comfy lobby with great facilities. We are grateful to the to the stuff for giving us a space to relax and unwind making our unexpected delay an enjoyable one. Fully recommend this flight for all international, long haul travellers.
