« Hotel room was great, very clean and exceeded my expectations. There were robes hanging and the sheets were nice and crisp. Bed was firm and the pillows were soft. Breakfast was meh. It was deep fried breaded fish and cold rice, the bread was not refilled and the scrambled eggs were not very appetizing. The location would have been nice as it is close to the airport, but if you are coming from MacArthur park, you will have to drive pretty far to make a legal u-turn, and to make matters worst, there is no parking at the hotel. They had 4 slots, 1 was occupied by their shuttle and the rest by cars that probably was there for quite a while judging by the dust gathering on the windshields. »

InvitéI had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience.
The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

InvitéThe food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options.
I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

I love these hotel near to everything, near to Tacloban airport. If you doesn't want to go out there is restaurant at the rooftop and main floor, gym and afordable spa, my family enjoyed it. Linen are good quality except not proper way of laundry the colored become grayish instead of getting white but everything is perfect.

That girl abroad
Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important.
I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations.
I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity.
Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience.
I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

Miss SigNous avons dû demander à la réception de nous changer de chambre car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a une fontaine à eau au 3e étage. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet ; le choix est limité, mais suffisant. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.
L'emplacement est idéal. Des supérettes Andok's ouvertes 24h/24 et des supermarchés se trouvent à proximité. On trouve des distributeurs automatiques de billets partout.
Restaurants à ne pas manquer : Ocho, Prakaz BBQ et Fahrenheit Food Center. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également une bonne adresse. Les portions sont généreuses et savoureuses. Le personnel est très accueillant.
Cet hôtel regorge d'objets anciens et charmants, de véritables pièces de collection ; très intéressants.
Conseil : si vous avez le sommeil léger, demandez une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue, car le bruit de la circulation est important, les chambres étant situées jusqu'au 4e étage.

Mon TumJ'ai récemment séjourné au GoHotels Tacloban pour un court week-end. La chambre était simple mais bien agencée : draps propres, lit confortable et juste assez d'espace pour se sentir comme chez soi. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions, comme la bouilloire, le pichet et le petit bureau. De plus, l'hôtel est situé juste à côté du centre commercial Robinson's.
Le personnel a été très aimable et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Le hall d'entrée avait une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante, et c'était un endroit agréable pour se détendre avec un café le matin.
Bien que l'hôtel ne propose pas beaucoup de prestations de luxe, il est parfait pour les voyageurs à la recherche d'un hébergement propre, calme et abordable. Je le recommande sans hésiter aux personnes voyageant seules ou aux couples avec un budget limité. J'y retournerais avec plaisir !

Mark Ryan TorrenteOverall its always a nice stay with Summit Hotel. Been staying with the same hotel every year since 2023. They gave me a late checkout because the room was not yet ready.
Hotel is strategically located and very accessible. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Pool is nice. The downside only is there is no gym. I hope that they are able to make one.
During my stay this time, I was awaken by a drilling and thumping on the wall next room at 3am! It was just a bummer coz I was not able to sleep afterwards. Reported it the next day and told me there is something wrong with the AC next door. And gave out notice to all rooms that they are having some maintenance during day time and may hear some noise.
Other than that, its a great stay always. Ill still consider staying with Summit Hotel.

La salle de bain est petite et pleine de moisissures
Les lits simples sont étroits et les oreillers sont de simples morceaux de mousse
Pas d'eau en bouteille (il faut se servir en eau purifiée à un distributeur dans le couloir)
Le couloir est très bruyant (les portes claquent)
Deux ascenseurs, mais un seul fonctionne (pour des raisons d'économie ?)
Point positif : une connexion internet très fiable et à haut débit.
En résumé, un hôtel local très basique, qui ne reflète pas vraiment son nom.
