Choose this hotel because it has a good location near the city center and it provides secure parking for the rental car I had. Hotel is old but maintained well. I would come back if in Tacloban.

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the staff did their best to prepare my room. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but they kindly allowed me to check in around 12:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Everyone was smiling and working with genuine care and dedication. I would like to express my special thanks to the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping team, and also the staff who always open the door at the entrance. Maraming salamat po. There is just one small thing I didn’t like: my room was located very close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Tacloban.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

Il est bien, un peu loin du centre-ville mais depuis que nous avons une voiture à sa convenance.

the bad thing we stayed for 3 nights,we had the Matrimonial room,the worst hotel room we ever stayed, no window,no refrigerator the room have smell like sewage,and its feels like we are in isolated room, we have to open the door day and night because of the smell,we told the receptionest when we left hoping they.ve done something about it,so no one else can experience,what we had experienced, the room has no lift so i suggest don't bring lots of luggage. the good thing, location is great,just walking distance to almost everything, service with the smile, free breakfast, we wont be coming back though.

Pour le prix, ça va si vous ne restez que quelques heures. Il n'y a pas de commodités... La première chambre qu'on nous a donnée n'avait pas de carte magnétique, alors on a changé de chambre. On avait encore de la place 😏 C'est une petite chambre en plus... C'est pour ça que je n'ai pas de photo, elle n'est pas très jolie hehehehe

La maison de la maison est très bien située dans la ville de l'hôtel. Il est rare de trouver un endroit qui soit si familial et vraiment accessible; mon grand-père se sentait tout à fait à l'aise dans son fauteuil roulant, et mon frère était aussi heureux que ce était un cadeau pour son diplôme.

Petit-déjeuner très sommaire Pas de restaurant (uniquement un petit-déjeuner de base) La salle de bain est petite et pleine de moisissures Les lits simples sont étroits et les oreillers sont de simples morceaux de mousse Pas d'eau en bouteille (il faut se servir en eau purifiée à un distributeur dans le couloir) Le couloir est très bruyant (les portes claquent) Deux ascenseurs, mais un seul fonctionne (pour des raisons d'économie ?) Point positif : une connexion internet très fiable et à haut débit. En résumé, un hôtel local très basique, qui ne reflète pas vraiment son nom.

Hotel room was great, very clean and exceeded my expectations. There were robes hanging and the sheets were nice and crisp. Bed was firm and the pillows were soft. Breakfast was meh. It was deep fried breaded fish and cold rice, the bread was not refilled and the scrambled eggs were not very appetizing. The location would have been nice as it is close to the airport, but if you are coming from MacArthur park, you will have to drive pretty far to make a legal u-turn, and to make matters worst, there is no parking at the hotel. They had 4 slots, 1 was occupied by their shuttle and the rest by cars that probably was there for quite a while judging by the dust gathering on the windshields.
