Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Pendjab, Pakistan

Excellent hôtel 5 étoiles avec un personnel exceptionnel. J'ai eu le plaisir d'être aidé par une jeune femme du service clientèle pour un problème de billet d'avion intérieur. Elle m'a également réservé des billets de classe affaires pour Islamabad avec une grande attention. Tout le personnel est aimable et courtois et fait tout son possible pour satisfaire les clients. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et les lits très confortables. La salle de sport est spacieuse et bien équipée pour le cardio-training et la musculation, et la piscine est à la température idéale. J'ai été vraiment surpris et impressionné par la qualité de cet hôtel et j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, très proche de l'aéroport de Lahore. Il y a une navette régulière pour venir chercher et déposer l'aéroport. Le parking est également pratique. Les installations de l'hôtel sont également très adaptées. voyages d'affaires!

We attend the hotel with outside temperature of 45 degrees after a long journey on the 3rd day of Eid after having stayed a nice hotel in Multan with fully functioning facilities. The reception was well maintained and nice and cool, we were given our rooms and the porter led us to a door and to our dismay, which went outside to the unfinished shopping mall so we could access the second lift on the other corner of the building as the lift in reception area was out of order. The lift took us to the second floor, where the decor reflected the reception area , however they had turned off the air conditioning for the building there excuse was that the building engineer was on eid holiday only he could turn on the corridor ac ? we were shown our rooms which were hot as they had just turned on the Ac in the rooms we had booked the large deluxe rooms , however had to change both our rooms about 4 times as issues with inaffective ac units, this didn't get resolved until midnight. The restaurant was closed even though the staff were there , the other parts of hotel were not accessible as the air conditioning was turned off. In the morning the staff immediately apologised as there was no buffet or active kitchen so the breakfast which was out sourced was a option of eggs and paratha and toast. There was 4 of us and after a 10 minute wait we were given one cold old paratha cut into 4 pieces it seemed like it was a left over. I complained and we then received some paraths which were reheated old and hard. Why accept customers if you don't have fully functioning hotel, it could of been a good stay if everything was functioning as the hotel has nice decor.

Nous avons eu une très bonne séjour à l'hôtel royal suisse à Lahore Pakistan ce 5e année nous y avons séjourné très très bon personnel et très bon service 10 sur 10 👍 très bon personnel spécialement réception sont très bons nous aimons séjourner là Mohammed de Royaume-Uni Angleterre

J'ai mangé plusieurs fois de la bonne nourriture chinoise. Le petit déjeuner est également copieux. Il y a un chef chinois qui le gère Le seul inconvénient est l'eau potable dans la pièce. La qualité de l'eau est trop dure. Après avoir fait bouillir la bouilloire pendant deux jours, il y a beaucoup de tartre. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra s'améliorer. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois. C'est très proche de l'aéroport et la sécurité est très bonne.

Overall experience was good. I have been going to this hotel since I was a little boy in the 90s. The good: Quality service. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and continental options. Breathtaking view. Consistency across 3 decades. The bad: Facilities are very outdated and need a big upgrade. My 4 year old played on the same swings that I played at his age. Great for nostalgia and recreating old pics. However, shows how outdated things are. In fact, some were just broken. Table tennis and squash rooms that were freely available for guests years ago are closed and replaced with some 4D entertainment which wasn't functional. Not much for recreation for a resort-type hotel. Room TVs were not smart TVs.

Bien qu'ils aient quelques chambres plus anciennes, il y a aussi de grandes belles chambres disponibles avec sèche-cheveux et garde-robe. Le climatiseur fonctionnait bien. Le petit déjeuner était décent. Le coucher n'était pas chaud.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Tower Gulberg. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore and look forward to staying here again in the future

La location de cet hôtel est excellente, seulement une promenade à 10-minute vers le centre commercial proche. Il y a également plusieurs boutiques de snack en bas, et la commande de Foodpanda à la nuit est très pratique et rapide. Le personnel est très gentil et utile. Ils m'ont même envoyé une carte et leur emplacement précis, qui était très réfléchi et bienvenu. En termes de chambre, alors qu'il n'y a pas de système d'eau chaude dédié, la température de l'eau est naturellement chaude en raison du temps chaud au Pakistan. Le site de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

Good experience, will definitely try again. Great to talk to the swimming pool guy.
