Bon petit-déjeuner, emplacement idéal à proximité des attractions. En revanche, pas de parking à l'hôtel ; il faut se débrouiller pour trouver un parking public, le Regina Maria, situé à 10 minutes à pied. Notre chambre, au deuxième étage, nous obligeait à monter les bagages par les escaliers, car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. De plus, la climatisation n'était pas assez efficace ; il faisait assez chaud et lourd dans la chambre.

Everything met high standards from check-in to check-out. Location: Superb setting on Strada Lungă 5. It is situated right at the edge of the historic Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main square and city sights while offering easy transit connections (about 4 km from the main train station). The Room: We booked the Superior Twin Room. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. The twin beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the dedicated desk area with a coffee/espresso setup was great for relaxing. The keycard access system made entry seamless. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was pristine, featuring vibrant turquoise mosaic tiles, a spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and complete cleanliness. Having a stocked mini-fridge in the room was a very convenient touch. Service: The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our requests were handled smoothly, including luggage storage. Good to know: Located on a main street, requesting a quiet room away from the elevator ensures a peaceful night's rest. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers visiting Brașov!

The spa pretty much is making the hotel , room is big , vintage still, the restaurant is good but they are calling this so called singing band, once the restaurant is quite busy they are coming over you and pretty much asking for money , is just a different way for beggars, same thing the restaurant around the corner i forgot the name . Of course you have the option to go eat on swissotel which doesn’t have this gypsy beggars coming over you .

Located in the lower part of the old town yet still within easy walking distance of the center( 5 mins), this hotel offers both convenience and tranquility. The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, while the entire compound was clean and featured stylish interiors with a pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings were exceptionally quiet, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The hotel owner was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the visit, adding a warm and personal touch to the experience.

Nel complesso è stata una piacevole esperienza. L’hotel è in una buona posizione, il personale è gentile e disponibile e la struttura offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le camere sono confortevoli e la colazione è soddisfacente. L’unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è la manutenzione generale della struttura, che renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Con qualche intervento di rinnovamento e maggiore attenzione ai dettagli, l’hotel potrebbe offrire un’esperienza davvero eccellente.

Il m'a déçu. Ils m'ont donné une chambre plus grande que prévu, mais j'avais des trucs. En trois jours, pas un jour de nettoyage dans la chambre. Vous vous sentez abandonné comme client. L'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas comme il faut. Consultez le récepteur (localisé dans un autre endroit et appelé avec perception, pour le résoudre. La réponse « attendez plus longtemps » ce qui n'a pas fonctionné puisque j'ai attendu 20 minutes avant que l'eau chaude arrive. Seulement le dernier jour, j'ai pu me doucher avec de l'eau chaude. Le prix est trop élevé pour le type de service obtenu. Il y a des endroits avec beaucoup mieux d'attention au client et beaucoup plus d'amenities que ce lieu. C'est une maison vide où vous ne pouvez dormir que sans plus. Je recommande vivement de trouver un endroit à un prix plus adapté aux services reçus.

La chambre était fantastique! Moderne salle de bains super propre, douche agréable. Chaque jour Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Grand balcon. Super confortable lit et cuisinière. Les cocktails au bar étaient fantastiques. Distance à pied au parc, ainsi qu'au centre-ville. Le personnel de la ville, qui m'a aidé à réserver les Tours du château, m'a aidé à passer à Brasov Sign - belles vues sur la ville.

we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.
