« 酒店距離高鐵站5公里左右，打車過去10分鐘左右，酒店隔壁就是一個大商場，吾悦廣場，商業很方便。給的樓層可以，20樓風景很好，房間衞生OK，洗澡水很大很熱很舒服。第一天晚上有個燈找不到怎麼關也很快幫我們解決了，第二天的早飯也很快豐富，總體很可以。需要改善的是到的第一天中午有新人在一樓宴會廳辦酒席，電梯廳稍微有點吵，也有賓客在一樓大堂抽煙，這點需要提醒改善。 »

IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place!
The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring.
The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool.
The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest.
Will I recommend this hotel - YES

IInvité環境：風格簡約乾淨，空調提前幫忙打開，整體體驗沒有任何問題
服務：朋友隱形眼鏡液沒帶，老闆還幫忙送了一小瓶自己的，非常感謝
早餐：有雞蛋水餃粥類粗糧 乾淨簡單
缺點：冬季上山，游泳池和户外設施沒開放。房間門外的小湯池也不好用非常冷，除非是一直加熱的。但是湯池蓋子可以蓋住了泡，沒有加熱也容易降温，或者做其他升級。
要不然實際體驗就是：良好的環境服務+乾淨的早餐+良好的住宿環境，其他額外附值的東西 冬天根本不能用，價格快小一千，夏天這個價格剛剛好，冬天性價比屬實有點不高，7-800還能接受，畢竟位置偏僻，各處需要成本。
冬天夜晚還有一些活動圍爐煮茶放煙花，但是抵達超過十點也會錯過了，冬天着實淒涼

2000多房價是給了別墅面積，山谷環境和非常熱情的接駁車司機。
槽點：
設施：剛入住就發現床尾尾凳搖啊搖，要求更換，説沒了衹能換兩個化粧凳，這個我接受，因為安全第一。
衞生：因為樓下有spa房，就泡澡去哪裡，並不使用馬桶，誰知喵了一眼發現沒有打掃乾淨，迅速通知管家，雖然馬上來人打掃並送了酸奶水果安撫，但心裏膈應。
療愈：這個是最大槽點！看中你是養心谷才來的，結果你的療愈是糊弄人的！你説是外包的我説了我不管，衹要服務好就可以，然鵝，療愈女老師全程無表情，看她的臉我就不能療愈！晚上音療就瞎敲幾下頌缽，對待客人毫無熱情禮貌可言，全程再度冰塊臉，以至於我們過了十分鐘就逃離了！這個療愈中心絕對是酒店敗筆！
管家：沒有覺得管家有多熱情，而且感覺感覺管家微信是今天甲，明天乙在操作，沒有連貫性，沒有覺得被照顧到！建議你們好好和接駁車司機學習！他們的態度才叫服務！
餐飲：有句説句，接待中心早餐還是優於主樓的，
少而精！還有海蔘藜麥粥，驚艷！歡迎水果比較差，黃瓜蔫的！其他水果也很一般。
總結，涵田這個國內品牌還是不夠優秀，有很多提升空間，特別是療愈中心好好整治一下，真的砸招牌，！

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

VVicky&SueLa valeur de la salle de bain est vraiment incroyable. Le scénario est grand et le sens de la conception de la deuxième phase est bien supérieur à la première. La chambre a balcon, Daisson, Aesop, la piscine de soupe privée sont configurés en ligne, minibar gratuit, et envoyer des enfants pour garder la tasse chaude. Le parc de cuisines est caché dans la jungle, le bébé est super amoureux et il peut se coucher à côté de la chaleur.
Mais le point de départ est également très clair: le grand bébé est trop chaud, et le midi de nuit est aussi appelé! affecter le sommeil! Les bébés doivent fermer le savon de balcon; le service n'est pas professionnel, il n'y a pas de visite, le service téléphonique n'est pas encore 😂 acheter; le prix du buffet de 198 yuan est très bas;
Le matériel est excellent, la gestion doit être améliorée, adaptée à la recherche d'une dépréciation et à des amis peu exigeants pour le service.
