« 酒店距離高鐵站5公里左右，打車過去10分鐘左右，酒店隔壁就是一個大商場，吾悦廣場，商業很方便。給的樓層可以，20樓風景很好，房間衞生OK，洗澡水很大很熱很舒服。第一天晚上有個燈找不到怎麼關也很快幫我們解決了，第二天的早飯也很快豐富，總體很可以。需要改善的是到的第一天中午有新人在一樓宴會廳辦酒席，電梯廳稍微有點吵，也有賓客在一樓大堂抽煙，這點需要提醒改善。 »

IInvité酒店很漂亮，環境優美，處處是景，休閑散步很舒適，自帶室外温泉，不過由於天較熱沒有去體驗，衹在外面看了下，很有意境。房間很大，乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服，衞生間也非常大。膠囊咖啡機，迷你吧一應俱全，連吹風機都配備的是戴森。帶陽台，床面對着整面的玻璃移門，現野開闊通透，令人心曠神怡。服務周到，管家提前一天即已主動聯繫，發送酒店位置、內部活動以及南山竹海遊覽地圖等各種訊息，全程提供服務，反饋及時。早餐很豐盛，中式西式品種齊全，味道不錯，還有扎肝、麪疙瘩等物色點心，水果有荔枝、龍眼以及常規的西瓜、西瓜等等。家人們都很滿意。

IInvitéTrès satisfait d'un voyage, il y a beaucoup d'hôtels dans l'ensemble du champ de la béquille, parce que le type de chambre nécessite deux litres, donc vous avez choisi la vallée de la garde. Après votre arrivée, il a été trouvé trop précieux et vous avez trouvé une position tranquille dans le béquille. La chambre de la vallée de la garde n'est pas très grande, donc très calme (par rapport au salon de la ville de la vacance 🤣) est adaptée aux amis qui veulent se calmer et se déplacer pour se reposer ～ La vallée de la garde a beaucoup de cours de traitement, j'ai connu un peu de bruit et j'aime beaucoup la radio. ps. Ne essayez pas facilement de faire la tête de flèche 😂😂😂 Les défis sont grands pour les jeunes et les personnes âgées moyennes. Je suis particulièrement ravi de l'administrateur de la vallée Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

IInvitéThe surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

IInvitéLa salle de bains est très large et lumineuse et très propre. La climatisation est bonne, la température de l'eau est stable. Et il y a un table de la légumineuse, la vie est très confortable.
Dans le village de vacances, il y a tous des voyages de roulement, très pratique, pas de jambes déchirées, il y a beaucoup de places pour les enfants. Très bon
Merci particulièrement au directeur Ding Wenlong, la réponse rapide, nous avons organisé notre séjour en avance. Dans le processus, nous avons parlé des principales attractions de visite en avance, et des arrangements d'activités de ce jour, particulièrement fiable. Et je sais que les enfants ont passé leur anniversaire, nous avons envoyé un gâteau de anniversaire, vraiment surpris 👍
Il faut aussi prendre l'automobile, nous envoyer à plusieurs reprises, nous expliquer les lieux de plaisir et les lieux de photographie sur le chemin.
