Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Province de Van, Turquie

We stayed at this hotel for one night mainly to enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa area. First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff and management for being friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong date, and they kindly helped us change the booking to one day earlier so we could stay immediately, which we were very thankful for. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, the room and breakfast experience were good. However, the main disappointment was the wellness facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including stains in the toilet, and we had to request additional cleaning. The swimming pool was extremely cold and basically unusable. We were told it had been turned off because of the seasonal change, which was disappointing as this information was not made clear beforehand. The sauna was also cold when we arrived, and staff informed us it needed a few hours to heat up, so we could only use it briefly. The steam room was completely out of service due to technical issues. In the end, we could only properly use the Turkish bath area. While the staff were polite and tried to help, the facilities unfortunately did not match the expectations created by the hotel advertisement and booking experience. I think this hotel has potential because the rooms and customer service were good, but the wellness facilities need better maintenance and clearer communication for guests.

En voyageant au Royaume-Uni, j'ai dû rester une nuit à Van, en Turquie pour prendre un vol le matin prochain. L'hôtel était très propre, chaud et confortable, ce qui était exactement ce que j'avais besoin après un long voyage. Le service de la maison de remise en état est très bienvenu. Le prix était aussi très juste, et l'hôtel lui-même était sans spot. Une chose qui m'apparaissait vraiment était l'ascenseur – il avait un beau design avec décoration culturelle, ce qui a fait que le lieu se sentait unique et mémorable. J'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour là-bas et j'ai pu reposer et recharger mon voyage le lendemain.

Nous avons récemment séjourné à l'Hilton DoubleTree et nous avons été profondément impressionnés par la qualité du service, en particulier de l'agent Halil. À partir du moment où j'ai vérifié, Halil est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour s'assurer que mon séjour était confortable et sans stress. Il était incroyablement courtois, attentif, et vraiment utile qu'il aide avec les directions locales, fait des recommandations, ou s'assure que tout dans ma chambre répondait aux attentes. Son professionnalisme et son accueil a fait une impression durable et a réellement relevé l'expérience globale. Il est très bien placé pour vous faire un petit tour, mais vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Merci encore, Halil, et l'équipe Hilton DoubleTree !

Two empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

La chambre était propre et confortable. Il y avait une réception parlée parlée par le Persique qui pourrait être si utile pour l'Iranien. Ils ont un club de nuit persienne. La location est si proche de la rue Chumhuriat. Il y a presque quelques magasins et supermarchés comme A101. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas vague, mais bien, avec diverses jams, beurre, fromage, oeufs, etc. Le personnel du restaurant est vraiment bienvenu. En général, il vaut la peine.

新しいホテルで、お部屋も清潔でした。 朝食会場からの景色も素晴らしく、vanならではの朝食もいただけました。 アメニティがもっと充実して欲しかったです。

Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent! The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍 Thank you🙏🏻

Les clefs sont très chauds. Ils ont répondu à toutes mes questions pour voyager et m'ont donné quelques conseils en anglais. Le dernier jour après avoir vérifié, le clef m'a même conduit à la gare de minibus, me distant comment aller au Van Castle. Le petit déjeuner qu'ils proposent est traditionnel le petit déjeuner turc. L'effet de l'isolation sonore de la chambre est très mauvais. Chaque nuit je me réveillerai à cause du bruit de l'extérieur. Si vous n'êtes pas strict avec le son, je vous conseille vivement de réserver cet hôtel.

Le personnel est amical et attentif J'ai arrivée à l'hôtel et je suis allé voir le van-cat, ils m'ont guidé directement, et quand je me suis demandé sur le bus à Doubeyajit, ils m'ont aidé comme si c'était leur propre entreprise. J'étais très satisfait de la condition et des installations de nettoyage. Merci à eux, j'ai eu une très bonne impression de Van Je le recommande à tout le monde.
