Nous avons réservé la chambre au dernier étage avec vue sur l'océan. Pas l'hôtel de rêve, mais il était propre, eau chaude 24h/24, pas d'insectes ! À notre grande surprise, il n'y avait pas de balcon dans la chambre, mais nous étions sûrs qu'il devrait y en avoir dans notre type de chambre, mais certaines personnes utilisent le balcon commun pour sécher le linge). C'était super, que la plage et les cafés soient très proches de l'hôtel ! La belle vue est également un bon point de cet endroit🫶

Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym.
Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Отель понравился, но номер был грязный. Постельное, стены и потолок в пятнах, грязь на полу, нет одноразовых тапочек, зубной пасты, щёток, халатов. Фен сломан. На балконе очень грязная мебель. Отель отличный, но наполнение оставляет желать лучшего. Завтрак (шведский стол) мне понравился. Расположен отель в тихом месте, вокруг красивые виды. Пешком до пляжа 7 минут. Есть парковка.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные! Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!!
Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания:
1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣
2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.
3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

L'hôtel a passé 1 nuit. Lorsque l'établissement était seulement un toilet pour les pieds. Ils ont apporté 2 grands. Expliquez ce qui doit être pour les mains n'a pas fonctionné ) La nuit elle-même a été inclus un fan, l'odeur d'un fil, aucun chaussure, douche tropicale située dans le mur. Le lit était confortable, le petit déjeuner était bon. Pour des arrêts économiques à court terme, l'hôtel peut être recommandé.

Las instalaciones son modernas, cama muy cómoda, vistas maravillosas a un pequeño lago, y además tiene piscina. El personal es increíblemente agradable, simpáticos y siempre atentos. El desayuno es muy completo con opciones para el turista occidental. No le encuentro ningún aspecto negativo. Al estar cerca del aeropuerto me vino genial. Y si quieres conocer Goa Vieja o Panajim, hay autobuses que pasan por la puerta misma o desde l estación de autobuses que está a 10 minutos caminando. Si volviera a Goa, me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

Very good stay...always recommended
-Excellent location, near to baga beach
-Room size is quite good and so the decor
-The balcony is cozy and so the river view
-staff is excellent and lobby is as grand as expected
-breakfast spread is good
Only downside is, external bike vendor were not willing to rent the bike due to local vendor issue.

В номере нет возможности нормально сушить вещи , только в другом здание на крыше есть сушилка
2. В номере вообще нет москитных сеток, было бы неплохо сделать полог из сетки над кроватью , чтоб полностью оправдать уровень отеля 4*
3. В ванной вентилятор дребезжит очень громко
4. Наш номер 112 был прям рядом с технической зоной ресторана и постоянно был шум от вентиляции
При прочих равных, если руководство отеля все же сделает москитные сетки на окна или сделают хотя бы пологи над кроватью, то я бы вернулась в отель.

DDe Arriba Très bon rapport qualité prix! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial, en ce sens qu'il n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Le personnel était très serviable lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter et j'y retournerai à notre retour à Goa.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

VVG travellerLe centre de la ville de Colva, où il y a quelques minutes, est un établissement très confortable et très confortable. Voici quelques points de relief de mon séjour :
1. **Exceptionnel personnel**: Le personnel de Courtyard par Marriott a vraiment été supérieur et au-delà pour rendre mon séjour confortable et mémorable.
2. **Excellent Cleanliness**: L'hôtel maintient un niveau exceptionnel de nettoyage. Il est clair que l'équipe de garde-fous prend beaucoup de fierté dans son travail, en assurant un environnement hygiénique et agréable pour les invités.
3. **Proximité à la plage **: L'une des meilleures caractéristiques de cet hôtel est sa proximité avec la plage de Colva. La convenance d'être si proche de la plage a ajouté un touche spécial à mon séjour.
4. **Chambres confortables**: Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien conçues et équipées avec des équipements modernes. Le lit était incroyablement confortable et le balcon offrait une vue magnifique sur l'environnement. Il était un retrait parfait après un jour de visite.
Le restaurant sur place a servi de nombreux plats délicieux, tant local que international.
La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux voyageurs de loisirs et d'affaires et je suis impatient de rester ici à l'avenir !

IInvitéNothing at fault at all. Room was great so as the hotel itself and the location. Food was amazing . Lots of options including pancakes waffles egg Benedict and many more, all freshly backed, cooked .
Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.
Hotel staff were also friendly, smart, passionate and respectful. Great experience over all.

IInvitéI had originally booked this place for just a few hours on my last day in goa to be closer to the airport. But good lord, i wish i had booked it earlier because it was absolutely amazing! the cottage was stunning, with easy access to the beach, and the restaurant was fantastic. My only regret is not staying for 2-3 days. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

YYaLenkaWe travelled together with my husband, we are not clubbers, of course we knew that north Goa is famous for its clubs, shacks, and night parties, BUT not by our room. Even if you party, you don’t sleep in the club, you definitely go home. But this hotel is a party hotel as it was said in the different booking aggregator, in the trip.com there were no reviews about it, so I’m the first one telling you that if you want to sleep at night you will sleep and sing songs ***** with the people from the club besides your hotel, it’s not just noisy, it’s extremely loud, unbearable noise! The location to the beach is downstairs, so you need to climb the stairs back to the hotel each time you go to the beach. The beach is cosy and clean, there are some nice places to stay and eat, to watch the sunset. By the way there’s a small swimming pool and some sunbeds in the hotel area. The room was cosy and functional , they provide even an iron. I think they try to compensate the noise at night by all means.
There are many clubs around the hotel, not just one! So if you don’t mind the parties- it’s definitely your place! I felt as I was sleeping in the club.
We booked breakfast and it was completely Indian, only eggs and toasts were served except the Indian dishes. The restaurant provides lunch and dinner in their restaurant, we tried Indian cuisine and some other dishes, but all of them didn’t satisfy us at all. So overall the stay in this hotel hasn’t been really enjoyable!
