Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief. I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY! Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead. Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away! I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess. So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund. 6.5/10

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

Ils ont été très bien accueillis (à midi, mais ils ont gardé ma chambre. J'ai appelé pour leur dire que je volerais tard. J'ai assisté à la formation de mon fils mais son check-out a duré longtemps - probablement parce que leur NCO les a manqués et ne voulait pas qu'ils quittent ....so Je suis fini le check-out de l'hôtel beaucoup plus tard que l'heure de check-out standard (11am - J'ai vu le check-out juste après 1pm) - mais parce qu'il était lié à la USCG - ils ont renoncé à la taxe tardive - qui a été très appréciée. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le chemin de l'ascenseur a une machine qui a fourni des aliments et des sodas junk - mais vous avez besoin de liquide physique pour les utiliser. La chambre était propre - pas de odeur étrange et très grande et spacieuse avec une salle de réception (soffie et télévision) pot à eau chaude pour le thé à café, etc. La salle de bains était bien stockée avec des serviettes, mais le lavabo était étrangement situé près du bassin de la salle de bains au lieu de la douche - ce qui était étrange. Le savon à main était bon et de taille (util pour laver le corps, vu la position fixe du corps laver à côté du baignoire). La chambre était très chaude et très confortable, et il était très chaud et très chaud, puisqu'il était froid et hiver et humide à l'extérieur. La plupart des personnes ont été accueillies dans le centre de l'hôtel, et les personnes ont été accueillies dans le centre de l'hôtel.

I had to stay overnight to catch a very early national Flight from DCA After flying in at 6 pm at Dulles Airport. I was good to reach by Silver/ Blue line and Bus. They have a free Airport-Shuttle to DCA starting at 4.30 am and breakfast. There is a small Shop to get food and Drinks.

Chaque année, je vais à Richmond pour séjourner dans cet hôtel, la chambre est grande et le lit est super grand. Très confortable. L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner buffet, qui n'est pas une variété d'instructions, mais c'est toujours possible.

In pics and in person the modern fresh room style is appealing though the functionality is sub-par. An example: one night table was a solid piece, no drawer or shelf with the top diameter much smaller than my laptop. Typically, a phone (use as an alarm), a bottle of water and an iPad , e-reader or book/magazine would be on a nightstand. Whoops, no room for all that and the slick surface made me nervous to leave my iPad on it. The open closet is fine, especially for me as I don't hang or put clothes in a drawer, but the only space available that wasn't in the bathroom is directly below where one would hang their clothes and right above the fridge. This could make it a perfect spot for a soft sided cooler, but this relatively small space (didn't measure, maybe 14”x20” with Keurig-style coffee maker already on it) is where one might set snacks, extra sodas, the cereal one brings because they like to eat the same thing every day and need a spot to set their cereal bowl while grabbing milk out of fridge right below. Not sure about you, but I'm not terribly comfortable putting food & dishes in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is where my coffee maker needed to go (if I'm remembering correctly) the outlets where not accessible so Mr. Nespresso did need to go in the bathroom. Bathroom shower had some mold around the caulk area, otherwise serviceable. Not a horrible room overall, but not as nice as other similarly priced nearby chains so I'll stick to those.

The shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns. The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00. All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation. Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

Les installations de la chambre ne sont pas bonnes, l'hygiène est également bonne, il y a un supermarché près de l'hôtel, il est également très pratique, aller à Cassie est également très proche, à environ dix minutes de marche, le service est également très bon

We spent the weekend in Wytheville to go to the FPHL Blue Ridge Bobcats play hockey against the Pee Dee IceCats. The location from the hotel to the Hitachi arena was excellent. We will be back on the 27th and the 28th! Thanks for treating us and the team so well!
