Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Boukhara, Ouzbékistan

Я бы хотела вернуться в этот отель и порекомендую друзьям. Отель новый и красивый. Сотрудники ресепшена всегда с улыбкой и доброжелательны. Помогли с арендой велосипеда. При заселении предложили на выбор два номера, предупредили что под окнами дорога, это было очень важно, тк в предыдущем отеле этого не сделали и я не спала две ночи, мы выбрали номер с окнами на дорогу, это не мешало сну, было тихо. При заселение, спустя минут 20 к нам зашли поинтересоваться как мы расположились, считаю это высоким уровнем сервиса, спасибо. Вкусные завтраки, красивая посуда, еда под пленкой, чтобы не заветривалась. Из того, что можно улучшить, так это косметику для душа. Не ожидала что в отеле такого уровня, будет мыло для рук и гель для душа один флакон, и стоит он возле раковины. А в душе только шампунь, без кондиционера. Мы подумали что кондиционер и шампунь забыли поставить, о чем сказали на ресепшене, и нам обещали принести через 30 минут. Не дождавшись мы ушли гулять по городу, а вечером обнаружили те же банки, и только тогда мы выяснили что кондиционер не предусмотрен, если бы об этом сказали утром, то купили в городе. Свой др я встретила здесь, мне бы было приятно получить какой-то небольшой комплимент от отеля, в виде маленького торта со свечкой на завтрак или что-то еще, как это делают в других странах. Это мои рекомендации, что можно улучшить) Еще один момент, за 3 дня у нас ни разу не прибрались, только заносили воду и туалетную бумагу. Возможно на дверь нужно было повесить табличку с просьбой о уборке. Но опять же я привыкла к тому, что по умолчанию убираются каждый день и я использую эту табличку только в случае, когда уборка не нужна. Отель похож на картинку из сказки! Я рада, что выбрала именно его.

在布哈拉住了兩晚，都是這家酒店，很温馨的一家小店，體驗感很棒 老闆英文很好，服務態度很棒，會幫我們抬行李箱上樓下樓 酒店的早飯驚艷到我了，種類豐富，當地的烤包子特別好吃，酸奶粒也很棒哦，第一次吃到這樣的食物 酒店裝修主打一個温馨居家，有一個鵝黃色的小院子，有免費的茶水可以喝。晚上我就和朋友坐在院子裏，喝茶看電影，超級舒適 酒店地理位置也不錯，步行去景點都在15分鐘路程內。附近有雅克城堡，卡隆宣禮塔，四塔清真寺，地下清真寺，布哈拉雙年展，博羅考茲清真寺等景點 酒店出門左手邊有一課古樹，下面會有老爺爺在下國際象棋，旁邊還有一衹黑色小貓咪會來跟你貼貼 民宿老闆孩子有一個很可愛的小奶貓可以玩

The decoration is lovely! Overall, everything is good. However, the room and bathroom are quite small. It would make a significant difference if the soap holder were installed on the wall with the faucet instead of the side wall, as the shower space is limited. The staff were wonderful!

Чистый, с хорошим завтраком отель. Приятный персонал на ресепшн. Отличное расположение, до главной Достопримечательности 7 минут пешком. Предупреждаем, что желательно такси с жд вокзала заказывать нужно заранее. Яндекс не принимает заказы. Прождали час, так как принимали заказ, но машина не подъезжала. В час ночи это был довольно неприятный момент.

Stayed for two(2) nights. Location was perfect - not very inside so that I could easily book a taxi, yet close enough to blend in with the Old town. Meal was good, staff was friendly. Room condition was also okay. Well recommended for stay.

Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

Pour Bharra, le prix de l'hôtel est élevé. La position est très bonne, à proximité de la cor minore, il est possible d'atteindre de nombreux points d'attractivité. L'unique chose est que l'hôtel ne se sépare pas du son, parce qu'il est similaire à un hôtel familial. Si vous dormez plus tôt, ou vous commencez plus tard, préparez vos oreilles, vraiment pas de son. Le petit déjeuner est préparé pour deux membres du personnel de l'hôtel, pas le grand restaurant de l'hôtel, mais le problème de manger. Le service est très bon, le petit frère de la réception est très bon, les deux femmes qui préparent le petit déjeuner sont également très bonnes! Dans l'ensemble, il est très recommandé!

La position est très bonne, juste dans l'ancienne ville de Bharra, vous pouvez marcher à tous les endroits attractifs, le petit déjeuner est très riche, une personne ne peut pas finir, la chambre est très chaude, c'est trop chaud, c'est très bon pour l'hiver. Très recommandé!

отель очень удивил своей чистотой, гостеприимством! шикарным завтраком! и прекрасным персоналом!! реально ранее читала отзывы кто-то там писал про завтрак, что мало еды и размеры порций)) не понимаю таких людей, т.к. выбор и сервировка завтрака просто прекрасная! все было вкусно и достойно! мы туристы из Сибири, очень рады были побывать у вас в гостях в Бухаре!!
