Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Hotel is in the great location, next to the mall. The service was great and have a friendly staff. There’s water leak from the window when it rains in my room and the staff had quick response and action. Breakfast is ok and it located in the rooftop.

Good experience but not fond of their hair dryer and electric kettle, dont know what brand they are but too hot on their surrounding metal cover it might burn your hand. The hair dryer is too hot for my hair as well. Oh and yeah the parking lot is kinda packed...we arrived early and its almost full. Everything else are good.

Le séjour à l'héritage Dago de la Suisse-Belresort était pure heureux. La chambre élégante, la brise de montagne et les vues panoramiques ont créé un repos pacifique. Very nice and quite surrounding, perfect for resting. Big room, king bed, and they provide a baby crib for my child. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices made our stay prefect. Thanks!!

As premium Hotel, it's organised clean and very good location. Farther more has very beautiful green mountains around, high quality of services and facilities. Clean tidy Room and very cozy bed. Good breakfast has wide variety for options and tastes. The staff friendly,

Bel hôtel et excellent service, quel que soit le service. En tant que touriste, je dois composer avec les différences de langue et de système. M. Kukup, employé du comptoir, et Mme Nuansa (désolé si je me trompe de nom), une jeune employée du comptoir, ont fait tout leur possible pour m'aider. J'apprécie vraiment leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité. Merci encore. J'étais tellement absorbé par la beauté des paysages que j'ai pu prendre des photos de l'hôtel et du personnel. Ci-jointes : Kawah Putih et le jardin de thé. J'espère que cela incitera davantage de voyageurs à venir séjourner dans cet excellent hôtel.
