love the place! location is great as it's near other establishments. the staff are nice and accommodating. they also have a care resto inside that has great food!

All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

2 jours d'une expérience était magnifique. Le service client est en cours. Le personnel était professionnel et courtois. Ils ont également offert des compliments qui nous ont heureux. Les installations sont également amicales et le lieu est bon pour un toddler à marcher. Très bonne expérience et sera probablement réservée dans un avenir proche.

Le centre de la ville est très proche de la terminale et de la ville dont nous avons besoin le plus. Vous pouvez facilement naviguer dans les centres et églises proches que vous vouliez visiter. Le lieu est propre et le personnel est accueillant. Vous pouvez vous détendre et passer la nuit mieux parce que le lieu est calme. Nous pouvons recommander cet endroit à mes amis qui voulaient un endroit où la ville est à quelques minutes à pied.

We had a good stay and the discounted price was an amazing value for money. The room was very spacious and with few sharp corners it was great to let our 1-year old baby run around the room. Breakfast and general helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The swimming pool area could be improved slightly, the paving around the pool was very slippery when wet.

Je profite de mon séjour à l'hôtel. Les membres du personnel sont hébergés. Wala lang syang food et nataon na malayo pala e2 sa aking ppntahan. Hindi ko masyado napagaralan. Mais globale maganda pa rhin sya. May konting sira lang sa pinto at sa aircon. Généralement, heureux pa rhin. 4 sur 5 étoiles.

Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

the staffs are very accomodating. they will greet you once they see you walking around the hotel. the amenities are good they even give you what you requested. i really love the smell of their shampoo and body wash ☺️. the breakfast buffet is soo good! and it is included in the hotel fee. the pool is very clean and they allow us to get a mango from the tree beside the pool. my husband and i really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. we’ll sure be back soon! thank you from guards to hotel staff ❤️

I stayed at a hotel in Legaspi and overall had an average but comfortable experience. The room was a decent size and the air-conditioning worked well, which made the stay more pleasant. A few mosquitoes managed to get in, though, which was a bit annoying. The TV was quite small, but usable. The bathroom could use some improvement—there was a bit of mold, and while the hot water worked, the water pressure was quite low. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with a nice central area that made it easy to get around. Not a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
