The reason I gave lower score on service was that I booked this room specifically because it was “1 King POOLSIDE ROOM - DIRECT POOL ACCESS” And I got there late, like minutes before 11PM but booked room around 7PM. The man at front desk was kind and quick and gave me my cards for suite saying 3rd floor. When I got into suite I gave my son a bath and then went to look out window and saw the parking lot. I was like ***. So I called front desk and lady answered and I was like *** and explained it and she apologized and said that the suite I was supposed to get had plumbing issues so they ‘upgraded’ my suite instead. Saying it’s the executive suite which is much bigger (online cost $5-$10 more than one with poolside/pool access). I asked if it was really an upgrade if it didn’t have access to pool? Again she apologized, and I said well I think I should have been called or emailed stating that after booking and given the option to have a refund or choice of ‘upgrade’, or at the least those offers when I came to front desk! Not go to suite without telling me and me getting settled bathing my son before noticing ***. Was not impressed by that at all as I would’ve asked for refund instead since I booked it for that specific purpose, direct pool access. Aside from that upset the suite was incredibly nice, could’ve used a box of Kleenex for each room, but everything was clean and they let me do a 12pm check out (not free obviously). Breakfast was included and it was buffet/continental that was so much better than expected and really great with many many options. All the staff were nice and friendly. Aside from not being told about my suite being unavailable and not given option for upgrade or refund both at time of booking AND at front desk when checking in, I would’ve given 5star rating. The location would be ideal if I was travelling to Winnipeg given how close it is to airport, but I live here so it not being closer to home is not ideal, which any hotel around the airport would’ve rated that the same. Photos of room I should’ve got though layout was the same, but the view was not.

C' est un bon séjour , personne de bureau frontal et les chauffeurs de navette aéroport sont tous très agréables et amicals

Location is okay. The hotel is connected to another hotel so you need to walk from one hotel to another one if you need to park. The corridor has cigarette smell. The room is spacious like a standard hotel . Washroom is okay but there were stain in the bath tub which I make me hesitant to use it. Overall it is okay for a short connecting flight stay. Have not

Val est une gentille dame et vous prend soin d'être un membre de la famille spéciale. Vous trouverez un petit chocolat fabriqué à la maison sur votre lit, profiter de la chaleur d'un chaud extérieur confortable. Si vous vous sentez comme chez vous, c'est ce qu'ils essaient de faire chaque jour pour vous faire cette empreintes digitales dans tous les détails que vous verrez dans cette propriété de location. J'ai appelé cette expérience de valeur pour chaque pénny qui n'était guère difficile de partout dans le monde, mais un endroit pour se sentir comme un foyer géré par 2 femmes généreuses et chaudes. Je ne veux pas écrire trop parce que je ne pourrais probablement pas les réserver la prochaine fois. LOL

Location is good. It's central to Winnipeg downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. Room was fine but our requests were not fulfilled. We asked for a quiet room away from the lift but our room was right by the lift and the room next door had a dog. Housekeeping was every other day, and some amenities were low on day 1 such as tissue paper and towels. We had to go to the front desk to request extra supplies. Breakfast was good. The hot water dispenser had a coffee aftertaste which did not mix well with my tea. Additional fruit options would have been nice, only apples and limited bananas. Overall, the stay was fine.

Réservé avec trip.com app. Troisième séjour à cette localisation. Grand emplacement. Bon parking. Arrivée efficace. Chambre propre, calme et confortable. La douche avait une grande puissance et des shampooings et des lave-vaisselles montés à la paroi étaient un bon touche. Le petit déjeuner buffet, y compris divers fruits, céréales chaudes et froides, yogurt, bacon, sauce de tournesol (et plus) était délicieux. Nous aimé parler à Ruby, qui est un magnifique ambassadeur d'hospitalité pour le Inn. Vérifiez que c'était rapide et facile. Merci beaucoup! Reviendra bientôt!

Le plus mauvais service que j'ai jamais eu dans un hôtel. Peu pire, après le deuxième jour, personne ne semblait être conscient de ce qui s'était passé à ma nettoyage sèche. Heureusement, il l'a fait, mais j'ai fini par payer pour un retour tardif de ma voiture de location. Je n'ai reçu aucune excuse de personne à l'hôtel.

Nice room, great location, very comfy bed! The room we were initially given had a strong smell...it was a pet friendly room, so possibly dog pee. We told the front desk of the issue, and we were immediately given a new room which was great. Very convenient for my husband to walk over to the airport for his early morning flight. We also had dinner at the hotel next door, which is connected by a tunnel...great dinner and we didnt even have to walk out in the rain 😊
