I had a great stay at this airport hotel. Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the incuded breakfast, which was fresh and convenient. Overall, an excellent option for a comfortable and quiet stay near the airport.

Il est demi-noit à l'hôtel. Je suis venue en voiture, le nom de l'hôtel dans la navigation n'est pas correct avec Hilton. Je n'ose pas entrer pendant un demi-jour. Les installations et les chambres de l'hôtel sont bonnes, pas de problème. C'est comme si c'était un hôtel de collaboration pour British Gas, où le parking était rempli de voitures de la compagnie britannique de gaz.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options. We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel pour une courte escapade au château de Windsor avec deux amis. L'hôtel n'était pas en centre-ville, mais l'accès était facile. Nous avons marché environ 30 minutes pour arriver à l'hôtel, puis 30 minutes supplémentaires pour rejoindre le château, qui était un très joli quartier. La chambre était vraiment agréable : grands lits confortables, belle télévision (même si nous avions oublié le Firestick et ne pensons pas qu'il s'agisse d'une Smart TV), thé, café et bouilloire fournis. La salle de bain était propre, même si l'eau chaude était un peu difficile à faire fonctionner. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel, à l'exception du bruit des enfants de notre voisin d'à côté, qui nous a vraiment empêchés de dormir, peut-être parce que nos chambres avaient une porte communicante (fermée à clé), mais nous entendions les parents parler vers minuit et les enfants se réveillaient en hurlant à 5 h du matin ! Du coup, nous n'avons pas pu bien dormir. Je pense que si nous avions eu une autre chambre sans portes communicantes, cela aurait été parfait. Le personnel était adorable, mais lorsque nous lui avons annoncé la nouvelle le lendemain, elle nous a dit qu'ils nous auraient changé de chambre, mais qu'il était inutile de changer de chambre à 5 h du matin, alors que nous devions partir à 10 h. J'ai aussi oublié ma brosse à dents et on m'a donné un joli petit kit dentaire avec brosse à dents et dentifrice ! Je recommande de séjourner ici, mais renseignez-vous pour savoir si votre chambre est communicante, car vous préférerez peut-être éviter cela.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

A great hotel, close to the motorway for the night before arriving at Heathrow for early morning flight. Only 3 days before arriving, I received an email stating that the car park for the night would be £7.50 for the night. Unfortunately none of this was mentioned in the booking, be aware that there is a car parking charge overnight

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of a very high standard. I would especially like to commend Kiran at reception for her outstanding professionalism and support. She ensured that our check-in process was seamless and efficient, addressing everything with a warm and courteous approach. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly enhanced our stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A Wonderful Stay at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel We recently stayed in the Windsor House section of the hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness stood out immediately — everything from the bed to the bathroom was spotless, making it feel like a true home away from home. It’s rare to feel so comfortable using hotel facilities without hesitation, but this room was truly impeccable. The location is ideal — just by the riverside and within easy walking distance of Windsor & Eton Riverside Station, Côte Brasserie, and the boat tours. Windsor Castle is only a pleasant 15-minute walk away, making it perfect for sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. From the warm welcome at reception to the helpful and friendly cleaning staff, every interaction felt genuinely caring and professional. Our stay included breakfast, which was a generous British buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including pastries, fresh fruit, and more. There were plenty of drink choices with refills available, and the coffee was lovely — a great way to start the day. In conclusion, we highly recommend the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel. We were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

Probablement le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons séjourné en travail tous les week-ends et nous sommes dans un hôtel de loisirs tous les week-ends, toute marque nouvelle, jacuzzi était imréaliste, la salle de vapeur aurait pu être plus chaude, la sauna était 100c qui était belle, jamais vu un tel chaud, La chambre a aircondition, le petit déjeuner buffet était magnifique, très propre.

Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée, mais malheureusement en mauvais état. Après un long vol, j'avais hâte de prendre un bain chaud, mais le robinet de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas et l'eau s'écoulait mal. Le distributeur de savon pour les mains était vide ou hors service. La porte des toilettes fermait mal et la ventilation était également défectueuse : une combinaison peu agréable. J'ai signalé tous les problèmes à la réception, mais j'ai eu l'impression que personne ne s'en souciait. Ils ont sans doute une clientèle captive à Heathrow.
