L'hôtel est situé à Narathi, dans le comté de Xinjiang, très proche de la zone de vue de Narathi, et on peut dire que c'est la porte. L'hôtel appartient à un ancien hôtel de style, l'architecture est très vide, magnifique, la chambre est très nombreuses, il y a son propre jardin, le paysage extérieur d'une fenêtre de salon est très bon, les installations et les installations de la salle ne sont pas nouvelles, mais l'hygiène est propre, il y a une salle de sport mais moins d'équipements. Le petit déjeuner est très riche et les compliments sont bons.

A Technological Gem in Tashkurgan I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wanda Moment in Tashkurgan, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This hotel truly embraces high technology while providing exceptional comfort and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the well-equipped facilities. The gym and billiards room were fantastic, and the laundry facilities made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. One standout feature was the attention to guest comfort. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry climate in the area. However, I did notice that there was no air conditioning, just heating. I highly recommend opening the window to let in some fresh air; it made a significant difference in my comfort level. Overall, Wanda Moment is a remarkable hotel that exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

Les toilettes électriques et le chauffe-eau sont très modernes et la température de la chambre est maintenue à 30 °C. J'y ai séjourné 4 nuits. Propreté : Propreté irréprochable. Ambiance : Les plats à emporter sont livrés par un robot. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Service : Un grand merci à la charmante réceptionniste Lina ! C'est une très jolie jeune femme, très enthousiaste et serviable, toujours à l'écoute.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable. J'étais bloqué au retrait des bagages, mais ils ont pris contact avec le chauffeur pour qu'il m'attende (par l'intermédiaire du personnel de Trip.com, très réactif et serviable). Mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et ils m'ont aidé à commander à manger. La navette aéroport part toutes les heures, et non toutes les demi-heures. Départ de l'hôtel à l'heure pile et départ de l'aéroport toutes les demi-heures devant la porte 3, au niveau des départs.

L'environnement du magasin est léger et élégant, la zone publique est propre et colorée, la chambre est large et lumineuse, les lits sont doux, les toilettes sont complètes et les installations intelligentes sont très difficiles à utiliser. Depuis l'entrée à la sortie du magasin, le personnel est attentif à tout le processus, aidez l'initiative à emballer les bagages, introduire le milieu, les détails du service sont remplis. Le petit déjeuner est riche en frais, cuisines chaudes, plats, fruits et boissons sont tous à la fois et très satisfaits. Tout est bien pour voyager ou voyager, l'expérience est excellente et est vraiment recommandé!

The hotel is so modern and comfortable 😊 the room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. There is also free laundry facilities. Every night you can order a warm foot bath which was really good after walking around in the cold. The staff are really helpful and professional! The hotel is in a quiet area but is very convenient to the Bazaar and there’s lots of places to eat nearby.

Très bon hôtel, tout est parfait. Bien situé, à proximité des stations de ski, des commerces et des restaurants. Tout le personnel est adorable, poli, le service est de qualité, les femmes de chambre et les chauffeurs sont charmants. J'adore Altay. 🩵🩵🩵 Si j'en ai l'occasion, je reviendrai. P.-S. : Petit-déjeuner gratuit, facile à manger, les yaourts sont délicieux. J'adore les frites avec de la viande. 😊

This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.
