Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel central, mais une position idéale pour Old Street, les marchés de la nuit et le bus au canyon. La chambre était superbe, mais pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il a vraiment besoin d'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais un peu plus varié serait apprécié. Ils n'ont offert les mêmes 2 fruits 3 jours en fils. Une honte à Xinjiang, avec tant de fruits différents et bon marché autour. L'hôtel était très bon, il resterait certainement à nouveau.

Il y a un transfert aéroportuaire, qui peut transporter deux bicyclettes de conteneurs. L'hôtel est ouvert à 9h00 (ou 6h00) pour que les passagers du transfert puissent se reposer plus tôt. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel n'est pas terminé en raison de son séjour. La réception nous donne la possibilité de dîner d'abord, et c'est très respectable pour les passagers qui ne sont pas dînés en raison de l'avion de service précoce. En raison de la quantité de bagages, merci à la réception pour aider à monter et à rester dans les chambres. Les installations intérieures sont parfaitement équipées, les toilettes à bains uniques, les sals de bains sont très confortables et les tissus sont épais. Le petit déjeuner est plus choisi, la soupe, le soda ou le pain occidental, les petits plats chinois, les fruits, ainsi que le thé, le lait, le café. Les services sont amicals, rient et répondent aux besoins des voyageurs et contribuent à résoudre le problème dans la mesure du possible. Le seul défaut est que le bain n'a pas de toilette, qu'il ne peut pas se débarrasser de vêtements, que le sol de la salle de bains est légèrement lisible.

L'emplacement est excellent, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Une navette dessert également la station de ski. Équipements : La chambre est spacieuse et le lit offre un confort idéal ! Les toilettes électriques et le chauffe-eau sont très modernes et la température de la chambre est maintenue à 30 °C. J'y ai séjourné 4 nuits. Propreté : Propreté irréprochable. Ambiance : Les plats à emporter sont livrés par un robot. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Service : Un grand merci à la charmante réceptionniste Lina ! C'est une très jolie jeune femme, très enthousiaste et serviable, toujours à l'écoute.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. This hotel is so exceptional! This hotel made me choose atour again and again for the rest of my trip in China, i’ve moved several cities and i always choose Atour because i stayed in Atour Yining. The room is spacious, service is excellent, breakfast is so delicious, midnight porridge service is so comforting. Love everything about this hotel, it makes my time in Yining so much more enjoyable because i get a plentiful rest here.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better.
