L'hôtel est très propre et la réceptionniste est très gentille et utile. Très heureux avec le service de leur part. Le personnel de nuit de 2 hommes n'était pas utile. Je ne comprenais pas pourquoi je ne peux pas commander de boire pour notre chambre et payer la fin du séjour. Nous avons même reçu une lettre ce matin qui était en dehors de la salle et non en enveloppe que tout le monde peut lire que je n'ai pas aimé , raison était la protection de dater avec ne pas oublier de payer pour notre commande que nous avons fait immédiatement et avait mon nom complet sur elle. The room appeared a little old, and the bathroom was not the cleanest, but the place itself was nice, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lovely garden, a sauna and gym equipments. The breakfast room had a fantastic view of the sea, and the choice of food was varied and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I always try and book a pre Xmas stay somewhere, with my children . I came across Woodford Bridge on a booking site , and it seemed to offer great value for money so I thought why not. There are some positives and negatives which I ll list below. Arrived on a dark and gloomy Tues evening, the roads are not particularly great , potholes galore in the area. In the dark its quite scary roads too, in the middle of nowhere !! Check in was straightforward, nice friendly staff , however I found they have a tendency to talk amongst themselves and leave you waiting for too long before saying ” can I help you ”? Apartment was very clean , modern and warm. Incredibly happy with the size of it. Easy location to the games room for my boys, which they enjoyed very much, the pool table and table tennis. However the lighting is not great around the steps , and also the warning paint on edges of steps have worn off , so I had to be very careful walking back to apt in the dark. Used swimming facilities , nice , clean , quiet . The other facilities looked good . Went to the pub on site one night. Lovely little place , although totally devoid of atmosphere, hopefully better at weekend when live music on. They definitely need something. Prices of wine extortionate 175ml for 7.25 . I had to contact reception as the seal around the oven was coming off, did this in the morning before we went to atlantic village. On our return it was still hanging off, so had to contact reception again. Although I really liked the apt , there are a couple of improvements needed I feel. Firstly I could not find a chopping board or fish slice in the kitchen. As a single female with 2 children I also did nt feel safe as the apts can be accessed by anyone , there needs to be a key card reader on the entrance to the block , not just the apt door. Overall , it was a nice enough stay but I Don t think we d return. Probably much nicer in the Summer , and more going on in the area

Great location views from the room were fantastic Only downside is the price of parking at the hotel so had to use a different location for that

Big problems at check in but this was actually trip.coms faulty for not confirming booking with hotel. Trip.com happy to take my money first had to complaint against trip.com the compensated me but with a fight. Location good you get breakfast included don't expect anything special. Like no round eggs. Torquay is quite expensive so alcohol and drinks prices at the hotel high. You can walk to marina in 5 minutes. No car parking so if you want parking be prepared to walk

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. Despite looking like an old building, the rooms were comfortable with good views from the window. It's basically in the town centre so you can walk to the nearby attractions. One negative was that they wanted to charge us for a late check-out.

Tout en tout cela, c'était si merveilleux week-end La seule chose qui avait besoin d'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre était tout bien.

The Palace Hotel was a delight to stay at. The rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and we were surprised to have evening entertainment. We went on a budget and were delighted with the hotel. Only thing to add was the bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a new set, I understand having orgional features is nice, however, I think new would be better. Also we were told breakfast would be £9.00 each on arrival, but when we went to pay it what a whopping £27.00 for a full English (1 of each item) amd some avocado and boiled egg on toast... of course we could have the continental... but it did make us cough a bit!! The service was great though. Overall great stay would recommend and return.

Superbe construction dans un emplacement parfait pour nous. Nous étions dans une chambre avec merveilleuse vue sur la mer pour se réveiller jusqu'à chaque matin. Le petit déjeuner était de très haute qualité et nous a donné un grand début à la journée. La chambre était très spacieuse par rapport à de nombreuses autres chambres d'hôtel que j'ai séjournée. Même lorsque les autres bouchons étaient utilisés, la douche semblait être totalement intacte. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Tout le personnel s'est rencontré comme amical, accessible et utile, ils semblaient tous heureux de nous assurer que nous nous aimions à notre séjour à The Osborne. Nous avons fait une promenade sur certains des terrains qui semblait être très bien entretenus. On resterait ici encore ? Nous avons déjà discuté de notre prochaine visite.

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。
