This hotel is very clean and all the woman receptionist very polite and helpful. Very happy with the service from them. The 2 man night staff were not helpful. I didn’t understand why I can’t order drink for our room and pay end of the stay. We even received letter in the morning that was outside the room not in envelope which everyone can read I didn’t like at all , reason been dater protection with don’t forget to pay for our order which we did straight away and had my full name on it.We stayed for 3 night so what was such a problem for those 2 night shift man. Otherwise all our stay was perfect. Thank u

La location et la vue sont fantastiques, les installations sont bonnes, il n'y a pas de déni qu'il est un ancien hôtel et qui vient avec quelques quirks et même quelques zones qui sont un peu grosses autour des bords mais il n'est pas annoncé comme l'hôtel 5 étoiles qu'il était une fois. Le personnel et la propreté de la chambre ne peuvent être défectueux !

I always try and book a pre Xmas stay somewhere, with my children . I came across Woodford Bridge on a booking site , and it seemed to offer great value for money so I thought why not. There are some positives and negatives which I ll list below. Arrived on a dark and gloomy Tues evening, the roads are not particularly great , potholes galore in the area. In the dark its quite scary roads too, in the middle of nowhere !! Check in was straightforward, nice friendly staff , however I found they have a tendency to talk amongst themselves and leave you waiting for too long before saying ” can I help you ”? Apartment was very clean , modern and warm. Incredibly happy with the size of it. Easy location to the games room for my boys, which they enjoyed very much, the pool table and table tennis. However the lighting is not great around the steps , and also the warning paint on edges of steps have worn off , so I had to be very careful walking back to apt in the dark. Used swimming facilities , nice , clean , quiet . The other facilities looked good . Went to the pub on site one night. Lovely little place , although totally devoid of atmosphere, hopefully better at weekend when live music on. They definitely need something. Prices of wine extortionate 175ml for 7.25 . I had to contact reception as the seal around the oven was coming off, did this in the morning before we went to atlantic village. On our return it was still hanging off, so had to contact reception again. Although I really liked the apt , there are a couple of improvements needed I feel. Firstly I could not find a chopping board or fish slice in the kitchen. As a single female with 2 children I also did nt feel safe as the apts can be accessed by anyone , there needs to be a key card reader on the entrance to the block , not just the apt door. Overall , it was a nice enough stay but I Don t think we d return. Probably much nicer in the Summer , and more going on in the area

Great location views from the room were fantastic Only downside is the price of parking at the hotel so had to use a different location for that

Très pauvre pour le parking, les étapes de la zone qui va au parking sont insécures pour les femmes et les enfants, puisque il y a des hommes sans-abri qui dorment et des jeunes qui fument ***** dans la zone, les frais de parking sont très coûteux à £10.90 pour un jour, donc j'étais là pour Six jours, où Premier Inn est seulement 6 90 £ pour un jour, à mon arrivée à la réception, même si je suis né à Torquay et y ai vécu pendant 17 ans mais maintenant en Thaïlande, j'ai été demandé pour mon passeport et je peux vous assurer que je n'étais pas heureux,

Grande chambre spacieuse et près du centre-ville si idéal pour les achats. Parc de voiture de Sainsbury à côté de la porte que vous pouvez inscrire quand vous entrez dans l'hôtel. Belles chambres tranquilles. Un peu datée mais adéquate pour un sommeil de nuit. Resterait à nouveau

Tout en tout cela, c'était si merveilleux week-end La seule chose qui avait besoin d'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre était tout bien.

The Palace Hotel was a delight to stay at. The rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and we were surprised to have evening entertainment. We went on a budget and were delighted with the hotel. Only thing to add was the bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a new set, I understand having orgional features is nice, however, I think new would be better. Also we were told breakfast would be £9.00 each on arrival, but when we went to pay it what a whopping £27.00 for a full English (1 of each item) amd some avocado and boiled egg on toast... of course we could have the continental... but it did make us cough a bit!! The service was great though. Overall great stay would recommend and return.

Superbe construction dans un emplacement parfait pour nous. Nous étions dans une chambre avec merveilleuse vue sur la mer pour se réveiller jusqu'à chaque matin. Le petit déjeuner était de très haute qualité et nous a donné un grand début à la journée. La chambre était très spacieuse par rapport à de nombreuses autres chambres d'hôtel que j'ai séjournée. Même lorsque les autres bouchons étaient utilisés, la douche semblait être totalement intacte. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Tout le personnel s'est rencontré comme amical, accessible et utile, ils semblaient tous heureux de nous assurer que nous nous aimions à notre séjour à The Osborne. Nous avons fait une promenade sur certains des terrains qui semblait être très bien entretenus. On resterait ici encore ? Nous avons déjà discuté de notre prochaine visite.

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。
