Tout en tout cela, c'était si merveilleux week-end La seule chose qui avait besoin d'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre était tout bien.

Quite a basic and functional room. Opens to outdoor area. Has indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness room/gym. Amazingly powerful shower and clean high spec hotel common areas. A solid 3 star hotel with free parking as a bonus for this area.

This hotel is very clean and all the woman receptionist very polite and helpful. Very happy with the service from them. The 2 man night staff were not helpful. I didn’t understand why I can’t order drink for our room and pay end of the stay. We even received letter in the morning that was outside the room not in envelope which everyone can read I didn’t like at all , reason been dater protection with don’t forget to pay for our order which we did straight away and had my full name on it.We stayed for 3 night so what was such a problem for those 2 night shift man. Otherwise all our stay was perfect. Thank u

Ok, mais pas fantastique. Il a besoin d'une revamp et de nettoyage profond. La salle de bain a besoin de rénovation. Chauffage inefficace. Location et personnel, cependant, très bien

Another wonderful stay. Reception staff warm and friendly. Upgraded to a sea view suite, lovely views over the bay, what a view to wake up to. Huge selection of fresh breakfast food, waiting staff very friendly and attentive.  Location is fantastic a few minutes walk down the hill to the harbour. Our 2nd stay at this hotel this year, 5 stays in total.

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

Amazing stay at Hampton Hilton Torquay.Great location for town centre shops and bars.The hotel itself was very modern and well equipped with facilities.The room was comfortable and nicely furnished.Will definitely recommend to others.The breakfast was very good,with lots of quality food and drinks.

I always try and book a pre Xmas stay somewhere, with my children . I came across Woodford Bridge on a booking site , and it seemed to offer great value for money so I thought why not. There are some positives and negatives which I ll list below. Arrived on a dark and gloomy Tues evening, the roads are not particularly great , potholes galore in the area. In the dark its quite scary roads too, in the middle of nowhere !! Check in was straightforward, nice friendly staff , however I found they have a tendency to talk amongst themselves and leave you waiting for too long before saying ” can I help you ”? Apartment was very clean , modern and warm. Incredibly happy with the size of it. Easy location to the games room for my boys, which they enjoyed very much, the pool table and table tennis. However the lighting is not great around the steps , and also the warning paint on edges of steps have worn off , so I had to be very careful walking back to apt in the dark. Used swimming facilities , nice , clean , quiet . The other facilities looked good . Went to the pub on site one night. Lovely little place , although totally devoid of atmosphere, hopefully better at weekend when live music on. They definitely need something. Prices of wine extortionate 175ml for 7.25 . I had to contact reception as the seal around the oven was coming off, did this in the morning before we went to atlantic village. On our return it was still hanging off, so had to contact reception again. Although I really liked the apt , there are a couple of improvements needed I feel. Firstly I could not find a chopping board or fish slice in the kitchen. As a single female with 2 children I also did nt feel safe as the apts can be accessed by anyone , there needs to be a key card reader on the entrance to the block , not just the apt door. Overall , it was a nice enough stay but I Don t think we d return. Probably much nicer in the Summer , and more going on in the area

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, les chambres sont modernes et d'une propreté irréprochable, et la nourriture et les boissons sont délicieuses. Je recommande vivement ! Nourriture : Curry de poulet sri-lankais Boissons : Smoothie myrtille + ananas

L'hôtel et la zone étaient fantastiques, mais le service à la table de front était insuffisant. Nous avons pris un long week-end et nous sommes enthousiastes de tenter le club de plage, mais notre expérience a été étouffe par le service. Il a été fait de rester à l'abri pendant 5 minutes, alors qu'il a été dit que nous n'avions pas payé (quand nous avions) était inutile et honnêtement embarrassant. Le restaurant était la partie la plus décevante de la résidence. Je suis le service de la soirée était lent, suivi par notre ordre erroné deux fois et aussi chuté. Le petit déjeuner au restaurant était insuffisant par rapport aux hôtels plus chers qui offrent le continent. Lorsque nous avons commandé un petit déjeuner cuit, il a fallu 30-40 minutes pour recevoir quelques œufs et panqueques, bien que le restaurant était assez calme. La chambre, les installations et le spa étaient fantastiques. Beauté et confortables. Le club de plage à l'extérieur était magnifique. Le spa était parfait et les traitements étaient, pour citer mon partenaire, «l'un des meilleurs massages de ma vie». Le service était très bon, mais pas ce que nous attendions d'un hôtel portuaire.
