Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Brunei-Muara, Brunei Darussalam

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et vous aurez une très grande chambre. Le seul problème, c'est qu'elle date des années 70/80 (le jubilé de la reine d'Angleterre, pour rappel) et n'a pratiquement pas changé depuis. C'est une véritable machine à remonter le temps, très authentique, mais pas très propre. Le lit est nettoyé tous les jours, donc pas d'inquiétude ; c'est juste que tout est vieux et taché.

Amazing resort! The Empire Brunei is truly luxurious — grand lobby, beautiful sea views, and very spacious rooms. The service is top-notch; staff are friendly and helpful at every step. The pools, private beach, and golf course are fantastic, and the whole place feels peaceful and relaxing. A perfect spot for a getaway if you want comfort, nature, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

”La chambre était étonnamment plus confortable que prévu, à l'exception de la climatisation un peu bruyante. Le personnel de service de l'hôtel était très gentil et l'emplacement était très bon. Il y avait des supermarchés, des dépanneurs et des marchés nocturnes, donc vous pouviez répondre à tous vos besoins alimentaires. et les besoins en matière de shopping. Le parking était également bon !

Il y a une piscine intérieure et le personnel est sympathique. Un parc d'attractions est accessible à pied à proximité, ce qui m'a permis d'utiliser cet hébergement. La plupart des autres voyageurs ont indiqué y avoir séjourné avant de séjourner à l'Empire Brunei Hotel. Malgré un intérieur vieillot, je trouve que ce prix est un bon rapport qualité-prix à Brunei. Vous pouvez prendre le bus n° 55 depuis la gare routière de Brunei et descendre juste devant l'hôtel pour seulement 1 dollar brunéien. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le service de navette gratuit vers l'aéroport le dernier jour.

Convenient and overall good experience highly recommended. We enjoyed Brunei more because of the services offered by TCRS. Free shuttle to/from airport, very helpful staff, drop off and pick up to the must see places in BSB (the drivers are very nice esp Mr Boy who is very nice), good location close to these sites walking distance and the room is clean with good variety in breakfast. Easy to contact by whatsapp and email. Value for money, amazing 3 star hotel. The receptionist have good handover of work, you can book your trips and the next shift will deliver it well.

L'hôtel est très basique. L'équipe de réservation a besoin d'améliorations. J'ai appelé pour qu'ils apportent quelques modifications mineures à ma réservation, mais je n'ai reçu aucun e-mail de leur part jusqu'à ce que je vérifie ma réservation et qu'ils me répondent. J'ai alors remarqué que mon adresse e-mail était mal orthographiée, même si je l'avais déjà écrite plus de trois fois. Les serviettes fournies étaient tachées et la serviette de toilette n'a été fournie que lorsque j'en ai fait la demande. L'expérience globale a été agréable et l'emplacement est pratique, car il y a quelques restaurants dans les environs qui servent une cuisine bonne et correcte. En conclusion, même si j'ai apprécié l'expérience globale et que j'envisagerais d'y retourner, j'espère que la direction corrigera les problèmes de réservation et de service de ménage. Grâce à ces améliorations, cet hôtel pourra véritablement offrir une expérience exceptionnelle et sans accroc.

Nothing but 5 stars. Lets start with the location. Not very far from town as you can see from map. Neighbouring local kampung houses. Just below the hotel there is one fine restaurant that looks premium. Embun doesnt have many rooms, they gave me the room just behind the reception. Dont expect someone to man the counter, just press the bell and Mr Jimmy will come running. A superb friendly and attentivve gentleman. Room is very comfortable and very clean. Towel provided is clean. Water pressure and great with heater. It is very chilly in the morning if you aretakingt bath. Yes we are facing mangroove swamp and a nice huge river. Best part, TV is great with youtube. Apart from some board games at common hangout area, there is a pool at the back of the hotel facing the river. U cant really swim, just dip and enjoy the view. N Parking wise not an isue as there spaces for at least 9 cars. Now comes breakfast, not your usual hotel buffet, they served your breakfast personally with some nice omelette, local kuih and oranges. Very delicious. Will i come back again? Yes. Better than J Hotel which I frequent. Although embun doesnt have smart lighting and etc like J hotel where we uses a old school key to access our room, but the human side of Embun wins hands down. Love this hotel.

L'hôtel devrait être le meilleur de Bandar Seri Begawan. L'emplacement est idéal pour voyager. Il n'est pas loin du Sultan Memorial Hall, de la mosquée Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin et du village flottant. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec des équipements de base. La variété du petit-déjeuner est correcte. En particulier, il y a ici un bureau de location de voitures AVIS où vous pouvez louer et récupérer une voiture à l'hôtel (parce que j'ai 72 ans, plusieurs grands sites nationaux ne peuvent pas louer de voiture au Brunei, donc il n'y a aucun problème pour louer une voiture). ici). Il n'est pas pratique de ne pas avoir de voiture au Brunei. Merci au personnel de la réception de l'hôtel. 👍

Being able to walk over in the evening to sample incredible local street food—like grilled fish, satay, and kueh malaya—without worrying about parking or transport was a massive plus. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the central location makes exploring the rest of the city a breeze. A definite five-star experience!
