CC MussoodeeEverything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed .
We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed
Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full
English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon .
We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

5. **Location Considerations**: If you're not driving, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It’s a bit isolated, making it less convenient for those relying on public transport.

IInvitéBeautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming.
The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok.
The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel.
We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers.
Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces.
Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself.
We look forward to going back.

IInvitéThis is our second visit as a family at the Cromer Country Club.
This visit we had extended out our invitation to our parents.
We all enjoyed our 4 night stay. This place is brilliant and accommodating for families. We have a 9 month old baby. We asked for an apartment close to the road so we could have easy access for a pram. Which they did.
Staff friendly.
The restaurant catered for our baby and the food was delicious.
You can walk to the coast comfortably.
The apartment was clean, updated, and accessible for our family.
We would definitely recommend and go again.

SScottStayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding.
The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby.
Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

MMooneyUne bonne piscine et une salle de sport. Restaurant fermé lundi et mardi, il y a de la cuisine de rue Van à l'extérieur qui étaient agréables. Chambre a été de taille adéquate. Petit balcon. Aucun ascenseur pour le premier étage. Location est un peu loin de faire à pied en dehors de l'hôtel.
