Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.

Excellent hotel location for the heliport, always clean, with nice gym and pool. Had comp breakfast which was very nice.

C'est notre deuxième visite en tant que famille au Cromer Country Club. Cette visite nous avait étendu notre invitation à nos parents. Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour de 4 nuits. Cet endroit est brillant et hébergé pour les familles. Nous avons un bébé de 9 mois. Nous avons demandé un appartement près de la route pour nous permettre un accès facile pour un pram. Comme ils l'ont fait. Personnel amical. Le restaurant servi pour notre bébé et la nourriture était délicieuse. Vous pouvez marcher à la côte confortablement. L'appartement était propre, mis à jour et accessible à notre famille. Nous recommanderions et allons encore.

Résidé dans l'hôtel du Dukes Head- Kings Lynn pour rencontrer des amis le jour avant le mariage. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de la ville et se trouve à l'abri de la première vue dans de bonnes conditions à l'extérieur et au lobby. La chambre de l'autre côté n'était pas grande. La douche s'échappait, le sol n'était pas nettoyé. Le pire était placé près de l'ascenseur, le bruit était ridicule, comme avoir une télévision en plein volume toute la nuit. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.

We wee offered a twin room although we requested a double, but the receptionist was very helpful and, with housekeeping, converted it into a double forthwith. The location was good and quiet, and the breakfast selection was reasonable, but very well cooked and one of the better English breakfasts we have had in the country. We assumed that the swimming pool usage was not part of the deal, and regretted not using it when we found out that there was no additonal fee for it. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful, maybe caught her on a bad day but as she was rude unhelpful and unwelcoming over our 3 day stay, we felt she let the whole hotel down. The rest of the staff were amazing! Helpful, cheerful, happy to go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room. Had it not been for the lady on the front desk, I would have given a 5 star rating, but she really needs some retraining.  The rest of the staff, keep up the great work!
