L'endroit est très propre, le service est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, et il est proche de l'aéroport et propose également une navette pour l'aéroport, c'est le meilleur.

At the Lobby, while waiting for the Uber, I was advised not to put my feet up on the chair nor eat in the lobby area. Yet two days we had stayed there, we had witnessed that a group of people were literally eating, and a few people were taking a nap on the couch with their feet up. ”The breakfast buffet was a letdown; the options were limited, and the food quality was very poor.” Food wasn't being re-filled in when empty. Tables weren't cleaned right away. We felt being watched when we were trying to get the second plate.. Issues with one of the elevators!! Card isn't working.

Nous sommes restés bloqués à l'aéroport à cause d'un retard de vol et avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Récemment ouvert, il est excellent, tant au niveau du personnel que des installations. Les prix étaient également raisonnables pour un hôtel aussi bien situé.

Staff is very friendly, and was helpful sending a iron to my room when we needed. On the 16th floor there is a HUGE infinite pool, jacuzzi, gym and a basketball court!! Great stay in a business district!

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

Nous sommes arrivés vers 2 h du matin et le passage en douane s'est déroulé sans problème. En sortant de l'aéroport, tournez à droite et entrez dans le hall Ouest. Vous verrez le chauffeur venir nous chercher. L'aéroport n'est qu'à dix minutes à pied. L'hôtel est comparable aux hôtels Four Seasons en Chine. Le séjour a été très confortable. Les produits de toilette étaient complets et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Jakarta.

The hotel is nicely located. Has a nice pool as well. Staff is helpfull and friendly. We stayed for a total of 3 nights here. 1 night at the arrival of our vacation and 2 at the departure. The breakfast is really good. For the two nights at the departure, we were offered an upgrade (from garden view to lake view). The room we booked was a kingsize bed but we got a twin room instead. So it wasn't really helpfull for us. Also the airconditioning in the room was a bit off. Only could do mega cold but since we we're away a lot, It didn't really bother us. All in all it's a nice stay, but the upgrade didn't make sense.

La chambre était très spacieuse pour un voyageur solitaire comme moi. L'hôtel était très propre et la chambre était vraiment agréable et confortable.

Positive Feedback Internet speed was good. Room condition was excellent. Facilities were great. The entire hotel is scented with luxury scent. Area for Improvement The quality of the gym towels must be addressed. I used the gym twice, and on both visits, the supposedly clean towels had a strong, foul, or stinky smell. This issue with the towels significantly impacted my experience and is an area I urge you to improve.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) My family (4 people) stayed at Grand Zuri BSD City from 8 to 9 July 2025, during the major flood in South Tangerang. We arrived well past midnight, completely exhausted from the situation, but the reception staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and fast, even at that late hour, with no issues whatsoever — something we deeply appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and neat. All in-room facilities were in excellent condition, including complete amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. Despite the difficult circumstances outside, we felt safe and well taken care of inside the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options — a great way to start the day. Throughout the stay, the friendly and professional staff made sure we felt supported, which really made our short stay memorable during those challenging two days. I would highly recommend Grand Zuri BSD City to my friends, family, and acquaintances — not only for the quality of the hotel but especially for the exceptional hospitality and service in times of need.
