Very spacious room. However, room was along to main road and rather noisy at night for a light sleeper. Dinner option at restaurant does not meet expectation Was told that there is no ayam and bebuk.. This morning at 5.30am, when i wanted to return room key, staff was not enthusiastic in assisting me. He was busy meddling with incoming flowers.

Je voudrais féliciter sincèrement Shinta à la table de front pour son service exceptionnel. Depuis mon arrivée, elle était incroyablement amicale, chaude et bienvenue. Son vrai sourire et son attitude positive m'ont immédiatement fait sentir à l'aise.
Shinta a été très utile tout au long de mon séjour. Son professionnalisme, combiné avec sa gentillesse, a vraiment fait une différence dans ma expérience à l'hôtel.
Vous êtes un excellent représentant de l'hôtel et votre service est très apprécié.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour la nuit car j'avais un vol tôt le matin. Excellent emplacement. À quelques pas de l'aéroport, propre et sécurisé. Pas de téléphone, mais un iPad était disponible pour le remplacer. Malheureusement, il ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de le faire glisser. Il fallait se connecter à la télévision, donc impossible de la regarder. Pas de manuel d'utilisation. Mais c'est un hôtel propre et sécurisé, confortable pour une nuit.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La Wi-Fi était rapide et la télévision intelligente m'a permis de regarder Netflix et YouTube avec facilité. La location est également très grande, près de la zone BSD. Très recommandé pour un séjour confortable et confortable!

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience.
One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is new in the area, location is also good, near Aeon mall just by 10 minutes walk. Check in was efficient and the staff done a great job. Hotel breakfast was good but not much selection from my point of view. The only one disappointment for me is that we request room with city view but we endedbup with something totally different from what we expected. Our room view was blocked by some like of hotel ventilation and we can't see a thing, as I posted on my last photo. We got a room on the 1st floor.

DDiego sBenicioLe service de l'hôtel était excellent : le personnel était toujours attentionné, poli et prêt à rendre service. L'emplacement est un atout majeur, très pratique grâce à sa proximité avec l'aéroport, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. De plus, la présence de plusieurs commerces de proximité à proximité immédiate de l'établissement rend le séjour encore plus pratique et confortable. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

IInvitéUn hôtel confortable et propre, bénéficiant d'un emplacement stratégique : accès direct au centre commercial Bintaro Jaya Xchange. Le personnel était sympathique et nous a même permis un départ tardif, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était bien équipée : télévision, climatisation, mini-réfrigérateur, fer à repasser, shampoing, après-shampoing, lait corporel, et bien plus encore. Merci à DoubleTree d'avoir rendu notre séjour agréable !

IInvitéHotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks.
Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay.
Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included.
Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water.
P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones.
Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?)

LLoumir2024This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays.
The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops.
The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave.
Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

IInvitéThe only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

FfnabilaThis is no doubt the best hotel for anyone for anyone who’s planning to attend any event in ICE or the surrounding areas. However, if you have no such urgency or a casual traveller, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay here. The location is a bit far from everything, the amenities are rather lacking and the cleanliness is a bit questionable - I peeked in between the toilet sink and it was very dirty 😢 The variety of foods for breakfast was not THAT much, and when there’s an event the hotel got super busy, the breakfast spot was really crowded and I’m afraid the staffs are nor prepared for such influx of people.

Amenities poor due to bad experience at the massage at level 2, made me waited almost 1.5 hours even with prior arrangement with the counter. Receptionist of the hotel helped me to make the booking. Terrible experience. The massage ladies sit there for show only dun know how to massage.

J'ai récemment séjourné au Neo+ Airport Hotel et j'ai été agréablement surpris par mon séjour. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'aéroport, c'est une excellente option pour les voyageurs qui recherchent un endroit confortable pour se reposer avant ou après un vol.
🛏️ Chambre :
La chambre était propre, moderne et bien entretenue. Le lit était confortable, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et l'éclairage était bon. J'ai apprécié le design minimaliste et l'optimisation de l'espace. Le Wi-Fi était fiable et rapide, ce qui a été un atout majeur pour moi.
🍽️ Restauration :
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était assez varié, avec des plats locaux et occidentaux. Les produits étaient frais et bien préparés. Le service en chambre était également rapide et à un prix raisonnable.
🛎️ Service :
Le personnel a été aimable et serviable tout au long de mon séjour. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème. Ils proposaient également un service de navette vers l'aéroport, ce qui a facilité mon voyage.
🌆 Emplacement :
L'hôtel est à quelques minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, ce qui le rend idéal pour les escales ou les vols matinaux. Il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire dans les environs, mais c'est parfait pour une halte rapide et reposante.
🧼 Propreté :
L'hôtel était impeccable. Les parties communes et la chambre étaient très propres, ce qui m'a permis de me sentir à l'aise et en sécurité pendant mon séjour.
👍 En résumé :
Le Neo+ Airport Hotel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ce n'est pas un complexe hôtelier de luxe, mais pour un hôtel de transit, il offre exactement ce dont vous avez besoin : confort, propreté et commodité.
J'y retournerais sans hésiter si j'ai besoin d'un hôtel près de l'aéroport !

NNathalie BAREAUJ’ai eu un Séjour parfait pour un transit de 1 nuit près de l’aéroport .La chambre est luxueuse avec une très bonne literie .Le personnel est fantastique, le petit déjeuner très copieux et tres varié avec de délicieux cappuccino option oatmilk faits par le barista .
Et de plus on vous organise une navette gratuite aller/retour pour l’aéroport .
