L'endroit est très propre, le service est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, et il est proche de l'aéroport et propose également une navette pour l'aéroport, c'est le meilleur.

At the Lobby, while waiting for the Uber, I was advised not to put my feet up on the chair nor eat in the lobby area. Yet two days we had stayed there, we had witnessed that a group of people were literally eating, and a few people were taking a nap on the couch with their feet up. ”The breakfast buffet was a letdown; the options were limited, and the food quality was very poor.” Food wasn't being re-filled in when empty. Tables weren't cleaned right away. We felt being watched when we were trying to get the second plate.. Issues with one of the elevators!! Card isn't working.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour la nuit car j'avais un vol tôt le matin. Excellent emplacement. À quelques pas de l'aéroport, propre et sécurisé. Pas de téléphone, mais un iPad était disponible pour le remplacer. Malheureusement, il ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de le faire glisser. Il fallait se connecter à la télévision, donc impossible de la regarder. Pas de manuel d'utilisation. Mais c'est un hôtel propre et sécurisé, confortable pour une nuit.

Staff is very friendly, and was helpful sending a iron to my room when we needed. On the 16th floor there is a HUGE infinite pool, jacuzzi, gym and a basketball court!! Great stay in a business district!

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport, à 6 km, mais la navette a mis 30 minutes à arriver en raison des embouteillages. Le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel a été beaucoup plus rapide. La réservation a été rapide et agréable, et on nous a proposé de monter nos bagages. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu froid, mais agréable.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

Je suis heureux de vous présenter un accueil avec un porter qui vous offre une aide avec vos bagages, le check-in était briève.  Le petit déjeuner est répandu pour mourir.  Il visitera certainement de nouveau, n'a pas réussi à utiliser le gym et la piscine, peut-être l'utilisera alors.

Positive Feedback Internet speed was good. Room condition was excellent. Facilities were great. The entire hotel is scented with luxury scent. Area for Improvement The quality of the gym towels must be addressed. I used the gym twice, and on both visits, the supposedly clean towels had a strong, foul, or stinky smell. This issue with the towels significantly impacted my experience and is an area I urge you to improve.

Overall, the stay was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the bed was a bit dirty, which caused some itchiness—definitely something that could be improved.
