The bed sheet was dirty, looks like they didnt change it at all. The pillow was dirty too, I called the room service twice to change it but they never came and I gave up. The door for the bathroom was broken and its really hard to open and close it, eventually it fell off the rail. One time the hotel lobby smelled so bad because the toilets are near and the doors are not closed. Somehow the receptonists doesnt notice the smells at all and we had to tell them.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was satisfied with the overall experience. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It is very close to a shopping mall, so it was extremely convenient to find restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities without having to travel far. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for both short and business stays. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The front desk staff were particularly impressive. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and kindly. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient location, reasonable price, and good service. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location directly connected to a shopping mall, making it extremely easy to access restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and various stores without needing transportation. The hotel was really clean! The architecture is beautiful with it's black and white combination of color and it's minimalist elegant structure. The service was amazing! The staffs are also very kind and helpful! I can confidently say it's one of the best 4 star in semarang, and deserved to be in the list of 4 star select!

Comme cela a été mentionné dans mon examen précédent, l'hôtel demain est un hôtel qui offre une très bonne expérience, mais qui est très bien vieillissante. Le séjour était bon Le repas était étonnant, mais je dois dire que dans la classe d'hôtel 4 étoiles au centre de la Samarang il ya beaucoup d'autres choix, donc vous sentez libre de regarder ceux d'abord mais ne laissez pas le nouveautel complètement hors de votre liste.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

Loving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

J'ai réservé deux chambres pour mon ami et ma famille et pour moi-même. Superbes chambres. Très spacieuses. Valeur pour de l'argent. Tous les équipements sont inclus. Beau piscine. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont très gentils et polis. Soutenir un personnel de bureau de front agréable et un personnel de sécurité. Elavita bureau de front est très bon. Elle a apporté tout le soutien pour réserver ma 2ème chambre. Je suis triste que je ne puisse plus rester quelques jours parce que je suis de retour à Jakarta. Bonne séjour agréable. Ne partez pas n'importe où. Surtout ne réservez pas les hôtels Redoorz. Ils sont des escrocs. Réservez cela personne ne veut aller à Purbalingga. Redoorz m'a échoué

L'emplacement est stratégique, près du centre commercial et à quelques pas de la vieille ville qui regorge de restaurants et de bâtiments historiques. Le hall de l'hôtel est correct, le petit déjeuner est correct mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix d'étals. La nourriture au buffet est tout simplement ordinaire. Les chambres sont grandes, le mobilier est ordinaire, le signal TV n'est pas bon. Les employés sont sympathiques et très serviables. Pour les voyages où vous ne souhaitez pas vous détendre dans votre chambre ou profiter des installations de l'hôtel (la piscine était en réparation lors de notre séjour), cet hôtel convient car l'emplacement est vraiment bon.
