The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. I stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru with my wife and children for a short staycation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for a family getaway.

Grand hôtel, bon pour le sol ou pour le voyage d'affaires, la localisation est stratégique

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job. Overall, I was very pleased. A special shoutout to Menda from the front office, who was always wonderful and greeted us with a lovely smile.

Le Grand Zuri Duri est un excellent hôtel qui offre un excellent confort et un service de qualité. Le personnel est amical, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec toutes les besoins. Le restaurant offre de l'un des meilleurs choix de la région, pour des activités ou des loisirs.

Decent hotel, clean enough, comfie linen, staff are friendly but sadly the shopping mall next door is not the best. Walking distance to Living World shopping mall.

Bon service, propre, la nourriture est également délicieuse👍 Mais à la piscine beaucoup de gens ne portent pas de maillot de bain😊 Il vaut mieux qu'il y ait des règles... Dans l’ensemble BON👍👍
