Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. I stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru with my wife and children for a short staycation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for a family getaway.

Grand hôtel, bon pour le sol ou pour le voyage d'affaires, la localisation est stratégique

The hotel is very clean and peaceful， The service is also good， rooms are spacious and dont carry bad smell. The only problem i can think of is towels and curtain. which i guess wont be problem for anyone who is not picky like me， there is a little amount of light leaking through curtains which will make you awake if you are sensitive to light. Also the towels are thin which are not to my liking and they are missing small towels. Breakfast downstairs is delicious but there isnt much to select from.morning coffee is the best i have tasted all over indonesia. Over all good hotel and would choose to stay here next time too. Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

La chambre est propre Le lit n'est pas très confortable, il faut un pour être transformé en un nouveau. La location est un peu loin du centre. La salle de sport est très petite et décevante, il ne devrait pas être appelé comme une salle de sport, mais une salle avec 1 tapis et un ensemble complet de cloches.

Le Grand Zuri Duri est un excellent hôtel qui offre un excellent confort et un service de qualité. Le personnel est amical, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider avec toutes les besoins. Le restaurant offre de l'un des meilleurs choix de la région, pour des activités ou des loisirs.

I booked Hotel Zuri Pekanbaru for my wife, who was on a business trip. She originally wanted to stay at Swiss-Belhotel, but it was fully booked. We looked for another hotel nearby and found this one. It is a 4-star hotel, and the place is very nice. Most importantly, the breakfast was just as delicious as the breakfast at the 5-star hotel we had recently stayed at.
