The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Tout va bien, sauf pour le climatisateur. Pas froid en tout cas. demander à l'hôtel de venir vérifier pour cela, aucune action n'a été prise. seulement à la nuit après quelques temps de demander de vérifier puis le technicien est venu vérifier. oui. juste vérifier seulement. après cela rien encore. tout est grand. mais parce que A/C , l'expérience a été abrupte un peu. de 10/10, descend à 7/10. oui juste en raison de l'aircondition. Je reste dans la chambre la plus coûteuse. mais le service pour cela était totalement hors. pour un nouveau client, assurez-vous de être strict avec l'hôtel. Si aucune action n'a été prise dans 1h, vous pouvez envisager de changer une autre chambre ou hôtel.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

Nice place to stay in the city of Pekanbaru… Easy access to everywhere… Room is too spacious and comfortable… Breakfast menu is amazing and delicious too… Highly recommended…

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of food options served. overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay🫰🏻🫰🏻

Très agréable d'utiliser cette application.. obtenir le prix le plus cher par rapport à d'autres applications.. L'hôtel est très confortable, le personnel est très amiable et la chambre est super propre. recommandé pour les vacances familiales..

Sarapan OK Pelayanan OK Kamar mandi agak sedikit bau dan tidak ada sabun cair nya, diganti sabun padat.

Over sudah sangat baik, namun Fasiltas area merokok tamu yang perlu jadi perhatian fihak Management dan Pengelola Hotel agar bisa di improve, terutama area restorant saat sarapan dan lorong koridor lantai room non smoking yang tercium bau asap rokok.
