Pour l'équipe de garde-fous, je pense qu'ils doivent évaluer l'ensemble de l'équipe afin qu'ils puissent s'améliorer et que cela ne se produira pas à l'avenir.

L'hôtel est sympa, confortable, la déco est extraordinaire, mais c'est dommage que l'eau chaude pour les 3 jours que j'ai passé il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, désolé, corrigez-moi encore concernant les commandes de matériel pour l'eau chaude qui prennent du temps temps

The shops situated opposite the entrance & exit of the hotel play very very loud music until 3.00 a.m. We hardly slept on the first night. However, we moved to another room which was facing the swimming pool on the second night and it was very peaceful. Personally, I don't like the switches in the rooms. There should be more switches for guests to control the brightness of the rooms and the bathrooms. Currently, the room is either very bright or I can turn on 2 wall lights (very dim) + 1 night light. The Foyer and Reading switches don't work. For the bathroom, one switch controls all the lights in the bathroom & exhaust fan. Therefore, it's either very bright in the bathroom + noisy exhaust fan or total darkness. I like to see more switches for guests to control the brightness in the rooms and bathrooms. Nevertheless, this is a very beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs. I will definitely come back and stay when I come back to Pontianak.

Loving this place. Will definitely come again with the kids. Recommended for families with kid or others that love water and nature. Wonderful and peaceful resort. But aircond not really cold. Maybe need to maintenance it. Love the friendly and helpful staff

L'hôtel est très confortable. Mais les gens fument ouvertement à l'intérieur de cet espace de climatisation, comme un tour. Connexion sans ennuis. Très rapide. 2 personnes au comptable travaillent. Chaud visage toile et boissons de bienvenue offertes complimentaires. La piscine disponible mais sa pluie pendant ma visite. N'a pas pu l'utiliser. La chambre est bonne, mais le climatisation est mauvaise. Ne pas froid. La plainte à la réceptionniste mais ne semble pas avoir d'impact après le contrôle de l'entretien. La vue de la chambre 1909 est étonnante depuis son 19ème étage.

Classement : 4 sur 5 étoiles Le HARRIS Hotel Pontianak a une bonne position, un personnel amiable et un paquet solide. Le point est déduit pour le lit: les lins ont été faits frais mais ont des peintures visibles, et le mattress en dessous a été clairement soigné – C'est là où l'hôtel a d'urgence besoin d'améliorer ses normes de qualité. Avec un lit sans lit et une madrague rénovée ou complètement nettoyée, cette propriété serait facilement un choix de 5‑star dans sa catégorie pour moi.

Will avoid this hotel in future visits to this town. Too much a walk to downtown with poor sidewalks and crossings. Front desk denied my third night (prepaid breakfast/room) to be used on second night as had to leave early. Emphasize 'prepaid'. Completed review form in the room, Front desk manager emailed with apologies. The front desk lady should either be fired or went thru further customer service training and courtesy. Room circuit breaker tripped burning phone charger, and the outlet extender. Electrician came quickly tho to reset breakers. Room was very basic yet so called 'superior' room.

The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.
