Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Stay (Feb 25 – Mar 1, 2026) Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my stay at your hotel from February 25 to March 1, 2026. While the hotel's recent renovations have resulted in pleasant hardware and the location is convenient for transportation, my overall experience was significantly marred by several service and management issues. The specific areas of concern are as follows: 1. Delayed Response to Maintenance Issues For the first two nights of our stay, the drainage in the bathroom was clogged, causing water to flow very slowly. This issue was reported to the front desk immediately but was not addressed. It was only on the third day, after we mentioned it again to a manager we encountered in the restaurant, that the problem was finally resolved. The slow response to a basic room maintenance request was disappointing. 2. Construction Noise Disrupting Rest Throughout our stay, we were disturbed by loud construction noise coming from the adjacent room. This occurred early in the morning (around 7:30 AM) and again in the early afternoon (around 2:30 PM), making it impossible to rest during these times. A peaceful environment is a fundamental expectation for hotel guests, and I believe construction work should be scheduled in a way that minimizes disturbance. 3. Breakfast Quality and Variety The breakfast offerings were monotonous and the food was generally quite salty. Furthermore, there was a noticeable lack of options suitable for guests with Chinese culinary preferences. As an international hotel, a more diverse menu catering to different cultural tastes would be beneficial. 4. A Serious Security and Safety Incident (Most Critical Issue) This incident, although it happened to my travel companion, is the most serious matter I must raise. At around 3:00 AM, she was abruptly awakened by loud knocking on her door. Looking through the peephole, she saw two strange men standing outside. Feeling terrified, she immediately secured the door with the latch. Subsequently, the phone in her room rang, but she was too frightened to answer it. When she complained to the front desk the next morning, the explanation provided was that it was ”Muslim faithful reminding each other to pray.” We find this explanation shocking and completely unacceptable. Two unknown men knocking on the door of a lone female guest's room and then calling her in the middle of the night is a severe breach of safety and privacy. It is the hotel's fundamental duty to protect its guests from such disturbances and threats. This explanation is not only unconvincing but also reveals a critical failure in your security protocols and staff training. Conclusion: In summary, while the physical hardware of the hotel has improved with the new renovation, the management standards and overall service quality were, in our experience, subpar. The issues we encountered, especially the last one concerning personal security, have severely undermined our trust in the hotel. I urge the management to take these issues seriously, particularly the security incident, and provide a reasonable explanation for what occurred, along with assurances that measures will be taken to prevent such situations in the future. I look forward to your response.

L'une des recommandations pour apporter la famille, la nourriture est délicieuse, l'atmosphère est comme le paysage et les piscines sont également très bons pour les enfants et les familles

Le service était très bon, du personnel de sécurité à l'équipe de réception et le concierge, tout le monde était gentil, professionnel et très utile. Le personnel de sécurité était particulièrement aimable, nous aidions à nous aider à transporter nos bagages et à ouvrir la porte de la voiture. C'est vraiment un service de cinq étoiles. La chambre était très confortable, le lit, l'éclairage et l'atmosphère globale étaient excellents. En termes de location, il est très pratique, près de Gaia Mall et l'aéroport.

Tous les personnels Politély, Nicely, helpful, friendly ❤️.les aliments très délicieux, beaucoup de sélection des aliments, décoration de l'hôtel si beau ❤️ , l'hôtel très propre 🥰 . Nous reviendrons à la prochaine vacances nous sommes ❤️ Merci beaucoup pour l'hôtel Tulip.

Loving this place. Will definitely come again with the kids. Recommended for families with kid or others that love water and nature. Wonderful and peaceful resort. But aircond not really cold. Maybe need to maintenance it. Love the friendly and helpful staff

La feuille de lit est inséparable, pas de couleur blanche mais devient déjà gris 🙈 Le sol de la douche est très doux, il est dangereux pour les enfants ou les personnes âgées !! Impossible de répondre à la demande du client

I have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please. However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well. I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles. It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.

Good recommendations from a friend living in PnK. Hotel meets my expectations & experience with the girl is fantastic. Friendly & helpful Staff very customer focused. Location is good next to the Ayani mall. No complaints. Definitely will choose the hotel for my next stay.
