We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean and well-maintained, and we absolutely loved the welcoming vibes created by the friendly staff. The location is very convenient, and the view from the 19th floor was truly spectacular – a highlight of our visit. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend it to others!

Got the first room located in 11th floor... room are clean but have a problem with ac.. want to change room take so long.. after that got another room same at 11th floor... the ac also weak wind blow... so tired and dont want to request change room again

I have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please. However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well. I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles. It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.

All is good for all traveller.... especially with family.. Food and service was wonderful 💯 One thing please upgrade Wifi router at DUSUN area.. Will come again soon...

Lampunya kedap kedip beberapa kali harus dimatiin dulu terus dinyalain, baru bisa. Selimutnya ukuran kecil untuk bed king size. Pintu susah dikunci, sprei bolong2.

Le nouveauté de la chambre de Pontianak, plus son sourire, et le bureau de Mas, clémentaire qui porte des lunettes. Merci pour son sage traitement du problème de l'attente de la chambre interminable, espère être plus réussi pour Novotel dans cette ville de Pontianak. En tant que voyageur qui voyage beaucoup, je suis satisfait du service, en particulier le bureau frontal, le dernier message est son sourire comme l'un des obstacles frontaux des hôtels.
